The food is at the lowest level. Pancakes, meat and cheese are terribly sour and it is not possible to eat them. The rolls are more than normal. The menu does not correspond to the reality. The trays are dirty and sticky, the tables are not wiped, the plates are generally dirty and do not wash ( and they are put on trays ) .
Checks are given only upon request. When they asked for a complaint book , there was a very unhappy facial regrowth, the complaint book ended a long time ago, there was nowhere to write.On repeated complaint, the girl raised her tone , and then criticized.

The pizza and pancakes are sweet and very tasty, the only thing that left a residue is not pleasant, it's French fries ... as if they poured the leftovers, what was at the bottom of the package.

So-so. We ordered rolls, waited an hour. After we asked the girl at the checkout where the rolls were, she admitted that they had forgotten about us. When the waitress brought it, she began to justify that there was too much flow, the cook did not have time. They said that we knew that they had forgotten about us. Embarrassed, she left. The next time, we, a company of three people, all had stomach troubles together after their pizza.
I will not hide it, there was a lot of pleasant experience of visiting this institution, but the latter negated all the good things.
Everything is fine, but sometimes they sin by not pouring beer (glasses differ in volume). It is disappointing that in relation to regular customers :)
In general, it's good, but once they served an unpeeled pizza and began to hang noodles without a claim that I don't understand anything and that's how it should be. I didn't swear, but the sediment remained.
