We waited for khinkali for more than 3 hours, brought them under their closure, also not the ones that we ordered, the dough was torn, cartilage came across, no service. All the locals around who came after us brought all the orders earlier, and our requests and questions were ignored. In addition, they brought what we did not ask for. Georgian salad is chopped into huge chunks, you need to bite a tomato 3 times to eat, cucumbers also, it turns out not a salad, but some kind of slicing, there is no taste of salad at all. They wanted to give up the ice cream, which was not brought, because they didn't even want to anymore, in the end it turns out that they can't refuse. In general, expectations are not justified at all, the evening is lost.

We read a lot of good reviews and went to this restaurant for lunch. The food was disappointing . In satsivi, the chicken is like an alien alien trapped in a nut swamp just before serving the dish and completely soaked in sauce. The kebab is tasteless, dry and hard. The kebab is tasteless. We came on the advice of friends.

A family was sitting at the table next to us and judging by their faces, they were waiting for the waiter to just ask for the bill for 20 minutes.
When we finally managed to catch the waiter, he stood with the most indifferent look with an earpiece, did not really hear anything, and constantly shouted "kartuli", although I can make an order in all languages, thank you.
Each type of khinkali can be ordered from a minimum of 5 pieces.
In general, they did not make the order and went to another place where they do not care about the guests.

The place is very spoiled, the manager is arrogant, the waiters barely walk. The order was waited for exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes, also with a small child, for whom, by the way, there was no high chair. Although in the whole institution I did not see a single child sitting on a high chair. I understand that there are a lot of people and it's hard to please everyone, but I haven't seen such a big deal for a long time. I give 2 stars only for the food, which was delicious.

I constantly had to call out to her or go to her at all. There is no call button either. The menu via the website is extremely inconvenient, many do not have descriptions of the dishes. We arrived at 21:30 and got in line. They were put in jail at 21:38. We made a simple order, a couple of glasses of beer, pkhali, shish kebab and mushrooms. As a result, we waited 1.5 hours. There is a suspicion that the waiter forgot about the order, and remembered about it only when we reminded him after an hour of waiting. The waiter is not friendly.
The phali tastes worse than in any Georgian canteen. There is little filling. The shish kebab is too salty. The glasses are warm.
They asked for the bill, they still haven't brought it.
