Very nice location. The staff is kind.
But the restaurant meal is not enough to make you feel full and the taste is not really delicious. Room quality is good and the view from the window was amazing
It's a great hotel, but there are downsides. The territory is wonderful, very spacious, well maintained. We were constantly traveling, and we didn't have a good rest! The food is delicious, there is a lot of variety of food. The rooms are nice and clean, but we didn't like the fact that only one room has air conditioning, which is of course so-so. For cleanliness. Everything is clean everywhere, but there is black mold in the pool, and because of this we did not go swimming. We didn't get to the beach season, but I think it's a good one. Class service and everything. The staff is smiling, kind, and makes sure that the guests enjoy everything. We went bowling on the last day. It's VERY cool, big enough, and it plays good music. So the hotel is great in one word!!!!
We stayed in the autumn of 24. A large hotel, decent rooms, good breakfasts. The huge territory of the park, the beautiful beach, the weather was great - we even had time to sunbathe. The views of the reservoir and the mountains are stunning not only from the territory, but also from the observation deck, it was possible to go boating. There is a restaurant on the territory of the park.
The territory is well-groomed, green, cleanliness is monitored. Everything is beautiful, the scenery is pleasing to the eye.
The beach is large, there are changing cabins, a shower. Sun beds with umbrellas are provided free of charge. Trestle beds with a canopy for a fee, or for 'VIP'. Although taking into account the cost of rooms, even the cheapest ones, imho should be provided free of charge. There are water equipment for rent, the prices are too high. You can eat at the cafe. There is white sand in the upper part of the beach, it is beautiful, but some small black fleas have bitten. They ruined the whole impression. As the water leaves the reservoir, the usual bottom with small stones and sand is exposed. It is clear that it is not the sea, but it is possible to make paths to the water.
There is an outdoor pool where parties with music take place in the evening. It's beautiful, but the water in it is cold even in sunny weather. Swimming is not comfortable. It's a pity there is no heating.
The rooms are clean, there is almost everything you need except an iron. The air conditioner/ heater is noisy, but it is tolerable at a minimum. There is no sound insulation, absolutely everything can be heard from the corridor. You can get scared when people start talking in the hallway. It feels like you're in your room.
The restaurant took only breakfast, a buffet. The assortment is not bad.
There are sometimes more staff on site than guests, but everyone is very polite, communication is pleasant.
The overall impression is pleasant, but taking into account the prices, the service should be tightened up in small things. There is a lot to improve.
A tourist tax has been introduced for foreigners.
We had a rest from May 7-9, 2025, the suite would have earned an excellent rating if not for, but the Internet is very bad, the bathroom is from the distant past, the air conditioner did not work, they explained the heating season, sorry, the heating season at plus 25-28 degrees is strong. We only had breakfast, of course there was no abundance, you can have a variety for a couple of days, but not wow, we could just order lunch and dinner from the menu, but there was no choice at all, if we had rested for more than two days, we could have starved to death. Of course, the territory is well-groomed and beautiful, but as far as I understood, we were still at the very beginning of the season, so there was nothing to do in the evening, generally a quiet retirement vacation. Yes, the hotel is located in the mountains, it takes no more than 10 minutes by car to the nearest civilization, but if you don't have your own car, as was the case with us, you can't call a taxi, and if it works out and someone agrees to come, they charge triple the price, like Yandex doesn't take into account the mountain terrain, and it's not profitable for a taxi to get there It's a long drive, but the guys are only 10 km away. In general, if you don't pay attention to all this and be prepared for it, then the location is cool, and yes, maybe it will be more interesting in high season. As in all of Uzbekistan, the staff is polite, ready to help, answer any question.
A very good place for a family holiday, nice and polite staff, delicious food, buffet.the rooms are cozy and readable.there is a free playground for hotel guests, sun beds near the pool and on the beach are also free.the territory is well maintained, there is a place to walk.there is white sand along the beach, there is a large swing and an embankment.the price also includes an indoor pool with an unspecified time (only there are no signs on the door when you return to the shower, where is the male and where is the female door)
A great place to relax! European level of comfort and cleanliness! The shore is very beautiful and convenient for entering the water. The cuisine is delicious. Beauty in one word is all around and in everything!
Very clean beach, white sand. It's nice to walk on it. The rooms are chic and spacious. The territory is huge and clean. There is a buffet restaurant in the pyramids, and special respect for the food. A huge selection. Mre really liked going there. The view opens up to the mountains, it's nice to get up every day under this view. The service is 100 percent, they can always help. There are many places in Charvak where you can swim. For example, in a reservoir, in a huge pool with refreshing water. I advise everyone to visit.
We had a rest from December 7 to December 9. When checking into the room, they asked for a marriage certificate (registry office).
You cannot pay for lunches and dinners at the reception right away, you need to go to the restaurant (dining room) and allegedly pay there. The room is small, rumpled sheets, towels with yellow spots. The room was cleaned once in two days.
The audibility in the rooms is like walls made of cardboard and wallpaper, literally everything is audible. On the night of the first day there was a fight, swearing and clarifying the relations of a drunken company, the administration did practically nothing (called the security point / reception 5 times) and clarified relations with them in the corridor, adding volume.
Meal. You need to pay for lunch and dinner separately, 200,000 soums per person per meal. The choice of food is meager, only vegetables and five types of potatoes (fried, boiled, mashed, etc.). Meat was seen once for dinner on the second day. Thirty-three types of olives, salted vegetables, but you can't make a full dinner or lunch out of it.
The most terrible thing is the pool. There are no signs of what is where. There are no chairs/benches in the changing rooms. The cabinets are old, battered, rusty through and through, the doors are twisted. The smell is like in an old basement. There are no whole faucets in the showers. Due to the lack of ventilation, something is constantly dripping from the ceiling. Black mold is everywhere. In the toilet, in general, all the walls are covered in mold, and no one is going to clean it.
There is a persistent smell of mold everywhere. There is also no ventilation in the sauna/bathhouse. Everything is thoroughly damp and mildewed. Only the sauna itself is in its pure form.
The pool complex itself stands apart from the main buildings.
I do not advise you to spend time and money on this complex.
It's a good place. There was a season before the opening and charvak was still in the middle and went swimming in the pool on the territory of the recreation area. The water was icy cold. Overall, we had a great rest.
Recently, my husband and I went to the Pyramids. We really liked it. The place itself, nature, and the hotel are all very beautiful. The room is neat and clean, the service is also very good. I also liked the way they cook, everything is very tasty and varied.
A good civilized hotel, where they feed for slaughter. Snow-white bed linen, comfortable beds, In-room air conditioning, large TV with Internet. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools, its own beach with sun beds and umbrellas, towels are provided for the beach.
The staff is as responsive as possible, everyone speaks Russian. A place where you can relax perfectly.
A large area for walking, a great clean beach, umbrellas, sun beds, white sand. Good breakfasts. But room cleaning is not very good. We had dirty bed linen with stains, someone else's sock in the closet. The plumbing is loose. I liked the children's play area outside, the swimming pool. But the bowling alley only works from 18 o'clock, and I wanted to play in the afternoon. But even at 18 o'clock, they hardly found an employee through the reception. We searched for him for 30 minutes.
That's great!
I was with my husband in early September, there were very few people, I ate a buffet, the room was overlooking the pond. We were lucky with the staff at the reception, they were nice, responsive and friendly) shower accessories in the room, slippers in the room. We were lucky with the weather, we even took a swim!)
I recommend it! The place is wonderful.
There is a large territory, there is a swimming pool, but there is no gym. A spa area from the last century. A large restaurant where the staff speaks little Russian or English. A small lobby bar with a meager assortment
We happened to be on Monday. We spent the night in the mountains and went down to the beach on the way. We've been swimming all day. We went around the entire territory. The prices and quality of food are almost like in the city. A large swimming pool. Music. Decent rooms came into the hotel. I liked almost everything. Very comfortable new mattresses on deck chairs only on the right beach. There are none on the left. There are few people on Monday, about 30 percent of the right beach is filled, on the left there are units. The water fell about 3 meters, not critical. And the whole beautiful picture is spoiled by the fact that the descent into the water is terrible: small sharp stones, silt, algae in places in the water. It is possible to descend only in the center where concrete slabs about 1.5 meters wide lie. It is necessary to descend carefully. The plates are destroyed in places, there are sharp edges. And the whole beach was swimming along these narrow slabs. It is a pity that the owner did not have enough (attention, strength, funds) for such an important detail as sand. I hope this will be fixed.
How beautifully everything was done .Comfortable sun beds, white sand, excellent service. Music, contests, lots of entertainment.
There is a lot of space, there is enough for everyone.
The cleanest toilets.
The view of the mountains is a special beauty
Good bed linen and pillows in the room. They cook delicious and well, you can take a buffet meal. The main thing is not to overdo the calories :) Beautiful beach. It would be good if the sand were still sifting, the rain and snow would have crushed it.
The resort area 👍, despite the fact that the season was not open at the time when we visited this place , It was quite comfortable and the water was warm 😉
I had a great rest. The room is small but comfortable, not very new.The beach and pool are great. The restaurant serves delicious and inexpensive food. The view from the window to the lake is amazing.
A great place for a family holiday, the rally is the absence of alcohol, cleanliness, unobtrusive music. Prices for a children's attraction 50,000soums, an aquabike 400,000soums, a motorboat 700,000
Admission 150,000 for adults from 12 years
old 75,000 from 6 to 12 years old
You can get there by Yandex taxi, as well as back without taxi problems in access.
You can get to the railway station Khojikent and from there by train to Tashkent. Check the train schedule
Have a nice rest
A great place to relax!Clean, comfortable, prices are normal. If you want to swim in Charvak, the water is clean, there are small waves in the morning and evening and it looks very much like the sea.If you want to swim in the pool, the water is clean. It is better to go on weekdays, there are very few people. There is a cafe where they make very tasty pizza, as well as milliy taomlar.Drinks, ice cream-everything is within walking distance.
A wonderful hotel, all at the level of international standards. Water, beach nearby, swimming pool, restaurants. The only thing was that there were small grates with the staff, but the manager decided everything was fine.
Cool! If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, here you are, a quiet family vacation! Fresh air, delicious national cuisine, clean beach with golden sand))), and of course nature, fascinating landscapes!... the hotel is renovated, the rooms are clean, cozy, the linen is new, the staff is very attentive. We took a suite on the 4th, 5th floor, the view is simply amazing!
Pyramids. The first of the hotels in the Charvak region. The location is convenient, there is Parking, but there are not enough places in the summer season. Check-in for a car 50,000 thousand. The rooms are in average condition, some require repair. In general, a great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Feedback
We booked a room in the pyramids on charvak from June 16 to June 21. 5 days. A double room cost us 1,700,000 per night. The pole is 100 thousand for every day for bringing a mattress for a child.
I'm not even shy about leaving our number 313, maybe they'll remember us. At first glance, everything was beautifully neat.
As a result, the air conditioner did not work. It did not turn on or off in any way. There was a broken shelf in the closet. And of course, the mattress was not brought which was requested.
We went down for a walk, and asked to do everything at the reception.
The mattress was brought to us before our arrival, when we went to bed, the air conditioner was said to have been repaired, the shelf was not touched.
We started turning on the air conditioner, as a result, it works for heat only and only at minimum speeds, they no longer began to say anything, since they went to bed.
But that wasn't all, as a result, our air conditioner was leaking and overnight the mattress on which our daughter slept was all wet from this, that was the repair.
Today is the last day of our stay, the air conditioner still does not work, the shelf has not been repaired. And they didn't try to relocate us either. There is no ventilation in the room, so it is very stuffy. The room is not cleaned every day as it is written.
Buffet breakfast, there was no coffee on day 1. Which was very surprising, either a marketing ploy, I had to buy a paid one. There is not enough water in this heat. There were also 2 0.5 bottles of water at check-in and that was it. Everything else must be bought. Water for 1 liter costs 7000, which is twice as expensive as in the city.
About the food. The food is delicious, the food is all made for Europe, but the portions are very small. The portion for children was given the same as for an adult . If there was no daughter who didn't finish and her husband finished, then we would go hungry.
For lunch and dinner, drinks include a glass of compote and tea. The child does not drink hot tea. It turns out that you need water, and if you need it, you need to buy it again.
And so it turns out like we have everything turned on. But that's not enough.
Well, the cherry on the cake. At 23:35, children were running around our floor near our door, since two rooms next to each other, which belonged to the family between us. Husband, wife and three children. Our daughter was already asleep, and in principle, after 23:00, in our understanding, there should be silence. We called the reception, they did nothing, my husband came out and asked to close the door. So that you can't hear the children screaming, screaming and messing around, the time is 23:40.
Here a man comes out and throws himself at his husband with mats and says that he beats his face.
Then the receptionist reacted. But the story is just out of the ordinary. The man was swearing, calling names, throwing himself all the time.
But we didn't do anything, we asked to close the door. The time is 23:45, since our child is sleeping.
Yes, of course, the rest was very much affected.
Never come here again . I don't recommend it to anyone. This is a very beautiful picture, but in the end there is no service, no silence, no respect.
The area is very beautiful. Nice beach, great restaurant overlooking the reservoir. We had a good rest, we liked everything and the prices are reasonable
Please make the pool a family pool or part of the beach, it is not very pleasant when you come with your family, for example, 2 sisters and a wife, but normally relax without eyes, let's say mildly "not well-mannered" who come in 2-3 cars and consist of 5-15 "not well-mannered" and can not even afford to buy swimming trunks for 50t, and stare without stops, yelling like "ill-mannered" at girls, or making any days purely family-friendly is the only and huge minus
There are no words about the beach and the pool itself, everything is great, there are restaurants with different cuisines and acceptable prices, electric cards that are happy to give you a ride, rental services for scooters and mini yachts
And please, if you already charge 50t for Parking the car, at least make a canopy for it
The rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Clean linen. I liked. Of the disadvantages, only an expensive restaurant and expensive alcohol. It is advisable to take it with you from Tashkent. You can have your own there.
Everything has changed very much for the better.
Alcohol was banned, repairs were made, and security was strengthened. All the staff behaves as friendly as possible, creating a very comfortable environment for the client. Special thanks to the staff of block B! Managers, respshen, everyone!
I will also add about the restaurant. The complex nutrition is just super. It's really a buffet. Chefs are just magicians. Everything is very tasty . They also ate non-complex, that is, by order. They also cook very well.
The beaches have been cleaned up. They divided it up . Everything is clean and tidy. In general, I definitely recommend it .
The beach is modern, sun beds, umbrellas, sand on the shore — everything is as it should be. You can have your own drinks, but without melons/watermelons. There is a cafe of national cuisine and a fast food restaurant. In general, we liked it. Only one question is why people are willing to pay 150 thousand per person for the beach and cannot afford to buy swimming trunks.
Ps: There are 2 beaches, the second twin for introverts is located behind the playground after the first one.
I liked everything except the breakfasts.
There is nothing to eat, the fruits are finely chopped so as not to take them to the beach.
The bread is old, the porridge is inedible.
The bedside table in the room was all filled with sweet water, the cleaning staff was a hack.
At night, the Uzbeks knocked down the door in the next room, witnessed a scene of jealousy. During the season, the Pyramids are crowded with vacationers, if in one word - an expensive ZOO!
I was pleasantly surprised to visit here after 12 years. It doesn't compare to what it was. Great place! A clean beach with white sand! Well done! I hope they won't ruin it.
After the renovation, the rooms became more pleasant. It is convenient that throughout the territory they carry electric cars wherever you tell them.
The pool could have been better. The depth is great everywhere. Not for children.
The territory is very large.the beach is pure white sand, but as it descends into the water, there are stones there .I liked the food very much.the rooms are at the highest level. TV, refrigerator, safe, one thing but expensive
After the renovation, the rooms became just super comfortable. The service has become better. The food is quite good. The territory has become cleaner!
A good place. After the renovation, we were for the first time, we liked everything, the service is good, the food is delicious, a large and clean area (lots of space for walking), an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley.
We made a nice sandy beach, but there is little white sand near the shore. When entering the water, the water is dirty. They get so much money, they could clean it up.
The food in Milli Taomlar is expensive, it is better to eat near the barrel.
Entrance prices for adults are 100 00 soums, for children over 7 years old like 75,000 soums. On weekends, a car entry fee is charged.
A beautiful complex, access to charvak, but it is almost impossible to get there without your own car, you need to go by minibuses or with taxi drivers for 100k and here you are just at the entrance, and there you are informed about the entrance price of 150k soums, okay, we go on straight along the roadway, because there is not even a path for pedestrians, very we follow the signs for a long time, because the territory is large, we go to the toilet and there... A paid toilet, and no one cares what you paid for admission. Are we in the Soviet Union for a paid toilet? Especially for 150k and barely getting there. They are very proud of the sandy beaches, but near the sunbed and umbrella, which you can take, there really are 10-15 meters of sand towards the water, then 100 meters of cobblestones and large stones, the same in the water. The water is blocked by buoys, you can swim 10-15 meters deep and that's it, there is nowhere to swim. The view is very beautiful, it's true, the mountains, the blue lake, but you can get the same thing on a wild beach. It is forbidden to smoke and drink here, but the staff came, two men came, sat on a swing on the beach and lit cigarettes. Excellent attitude towards visitors. Further, upset by the blocked water and stones, we headed towards the pool, the water is icy in it, they replenish it with a simple tap, there is no heating, the water is colder than in the lake at 40 + temperatures outside, this is not normal. The men's shower smells of urine, which is logical with a paid toilet, in the farthest shower stall the walls are covered with black mold from below and all the cabins are made of chipboard. Seriously? In one day of work with such prices, you can earn money on plastic floors. There is not a single hook in the locker room, not a single one at all. You stand in a booth and throw everything on the floor, which, by the way, is also not made of tiles, but some dirty bricks or whatever it is. Or hang everything on the door. A "chic" service for 150k, just a sunbed and an umbrella, which were not needed at all in fact. But still go back to Tashkent with the same adventures... Because of this place, we will never return to charvak again, we saw it once, we were upset and that's enough.
