I was in the salon and talked with a very pleasant and polite florist girl (I don't know who answered me in Viber later) and I selected the necessary available flowers in the bouquet. The day before delivery, I am warned that these flowers are not available and that photos of the available flowers will be sent to me on the day of delivery, I agree with this and wait for the photo. The next day, I was sent a photo of an already assembled bouquet with replaced flowers, which I did not like right away and I asked to replace and add specific flowers, which was done, then they sent me a photo of the bouquet, which suited me almost completely, but as it turned out, the florist was not satisfied. I asked to add one branch to the existing bouquet and throw off the photo, which was not done, instead 2 were added and the rose branch was removed without approval, which was previously present. The bouquet turned out to be sticky, which did not tire me. All this was discussed in correspondence, after which the florist did not want to change anything, referring to the fact that she would spoil the flowers. I explained once again that I was not satisfied with the bouquet and that due to the lack of the right flowers, we should come to a more or less suitable option. It was done as I asked and one branch was added, but the rose was not returned to its place, which I noticed after paying for the bouquet. All this was accompanied by passive-aggressive correspondence. In the end, after I asked about the rose, the florist replied that she had removed it because she herself felt that the rose did not fit anywhere, without coordination and in her opinion, without taking into account the wishes of the client, the answer came that such flowers were not harmonious and did not combine with each other, they basically did not they are collecting and I should have contacted another store, where they collect everything in a row in a bouquet (literally), which in the end I will do, because I believe that as a client I have the right to my vision and asked to collect specific flowers from the availability, without asking for advice and opinion. There is delivery, a large selection of fresh flowers, but unfortunately there is no customer orientation and respect for the customer's choice. I am attaching a photo of a bouquet that is not harmonious (in the opinion of the florist).

I was satisfied! We have collected an amazing bouquet of the freshest and most beautiful flowers! Very kind staff, pleasant interior and lighting. I don't really understand it myself, so they helped me with the choice and made a very beautiful assembly! Definitely coming back here again!

The store looks very good, roses now cost around 10 rubles, but I was counting on normal fresh roses, and I got unfrozen ones, whose leaves dried up after 2 days, a couple of leaves remained more or less alive, but giving almost 100 rubles for a bouquet, I want it to stand for five days...
