The price-quality ratio. Initially, we did not see bad reviews, we booked, we did not change anything, since we were traveling for only 5 days. The hotel is small, lived on the 2nd floor, the room is spacious. The house is wooden, easy to breathe. The room has minimalism: beds, a table, chairs, a rack and a hanger. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom in the room is clean. The bed linen and towels are clean. The sound insulation is not very good, but we only spent the night, we were lucky with the neighbors. By 23 o'clock it was always quiet, and so the companies gathered in the courtyard, in the common kitchen. We didn't cook, but we have everything for it. The only thing is that the residents themselves make a mess in the refrigerators, they should clean up everything when they leave. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea. The beach is just fabulous, with pine trees. That's why we came to Ldzaa. Wi-Fi was available on site. Larisa, despite feeling unwell, greeted us well when we crossed paths in the yard, she was always friendly. A couple of times we came across cows nearby on the path, I'm terribly afraid of them. Yes, there are tortillas under my feet, but it didn't spoil my rest. I highly recommend it to those who go to enjoy nature, a wonderful beach, and admire Abkhazia on excursions. And if you need a TV, a refrigerator in the room, you will have to look for a more expensive hotel. Honestly, I didn't want to leave. By the way, excursions are easy to book, there are a lot of tents. You won't stay hungry either. Pitsunda is just around the corner. We also visited New Athos and Old Gagra. And the sea in Ldzaa is the purest. Thanks to Larisa for the quick response when booking and our rural vacation. The sea and the pines!

The hotel administrator, the son of the hostess, charged us money for a vacation in the house, immediately one hundred percent prepayment, there was no reservation of the house upon arrival! The money was not returned either! The hostess, wanting to remedy the situation, offered a double room for three adults! After the trial, she found us a quadruple room! Last year we already rested at her place, there are terrible beds that creak, and pillows are the cheapest and most penny that you can buy! But!The most masterpiece is the crane!!!it is not possible to wash or wash your hands under it, how short it is! That's why we didn't want to go to their "hotel", but were going to rent a house from their relatives!but the landlady's son skipped our money and didn't book a separate house!The difference between a four-bed room and the money we paid 16,000! The son of the hostess does not return the difference! The deception and theft we faced has greatly changed our attitude towards this hotel!

A great place, a good location, because there is no road nearby, but 5 minutes to the sea. We had a room with a large bed, with toilet and shower. Everything is modest, but we liked it so much that we extended the rest. There is a kitchen, several refrigerators, always hot water, wi-fi, a courtyard with sun beds. There was a dining room nearby, and if you walk 7-10 minutes, there will be a street with many canteens for every taste, we saw a pizzeria and a cafe with Ossetian pies. I liked everything.

I really wanted to leave a review about the hotel, so that people who will go on vacation will treat the choice of a place of residence more responsibly! We were vacationing in September 2023 . A pre-payment is taken for booking, which is not refunded if you suddenly did not like the accommodation and you decide to move out. The room is very simple, little furniture. The bed is just some kind of horror to sleep on it will not work. The bed creaks even from turning to the other side, pillows are only one name in fact it is better without it , because headache and neck pain are provided to you after sleeping on it. Purity by 3 . There is no noise insulation , you can hear everything , especially if you are on the 1st floor , how they walk , sleep , talk . The shower was constantly clogged . If you have run out of toilet paper or filled a bag in a bucket , then you need to come up and ask the hostess for your needs here will not be interested . Wi - Fi works intermittently , and sometimes it just isn 't there .There is a summer kitchen on the territory, which you can use, a refrigerator, but we did not use it. It was very unpleasant when the hostess allowed the new tenants to celebrate the anniversary, which lasted three days (our final three days). It was some kind of horror . Well , it seems that people have come to rest , this implies silence , peace , and then a party like in a restaurant with music starting from lunch and ending at 23.00 and then talking until the morning . To which Larisa (this is the hostess) replied they paid, and all the others apparently give away 3000 per day for so. The hostess is just apparently a person who wants to hear only good things , if you suddenly say something bad about the room or about the territory , she immediately becomes a sour face , which will be all the time when addressing her . Another minus is the discussion of the guests who lived and all the bastards turn out , who stole the chairs , who didn 't pay the money , etc . Maybe someone will tell about us))) You have to walk to the sea for 20 minutes , not 3-7 minutes and avoid obstacles in the form of cow cakes . I do not recommend choosing this hotel , as it is not worth the money , and the review can be continued indefinitely, as the sea left not good impressions. But we really tried to find a positive , but it didn 't work out .

We had a rest in 2021. The hostess was always with a sour face, moaning all the time that there was no money, her son was taking everything. They paid for their son's housing. Due to family circumstances, we had to leave earlier, the money was not returned. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, the beds really creak from just turning from one side to the other.

We rested in the first half of September.We arrived at night, instead of a double room booked, we were given a quadruple room, well, that's okay.But, there was a flood in Pitsunda in July and the house was also flooded.The floors were removed, new ones were not laid.They lived with black floors.It's not nice.Of course, it cannot be called a hotel, a guest house.You need to take care of the house, but there is no one.Larisa, the hostess, she is an administrator, she is a laundress, etc., is not a very hardworking woman.Therefore, this object looks deplorable.We paid four thousand per day, booked on a daily basis.It's not worth the money.Very strong audibility, if people just pass on the second floor, it feels like a herd ran.And Larisa, please buy normal pillows, they are terrible.The sea and the mountains are beautiful .Will I go to this place again.God forbid.Thank you.

Rip beach hotel in Ldzaa. The hostess kicked us out! I am shocked by such rudeness.
We booked this guest house for 7 nights. Upon check-in, we were met by a disgruntled hostess Larisa. The room was not cleaned, apparently they forgot about it (but it's okay, everything happens), they waited for the room cleaning and we were settled. When I wanted to pay for the accommodation by transfer to the card (I also made an advance payment by transfer to Larisa's son Philip, who is the director, and no one talked about cash), Larisa began to grumble, resent and talk about her sick son and that she needed locks in the doors, that she needed cash here and now (why do I need this this information? I came to the sea! Moreover, at least they warned me!). In general, I met you very "hospitably". Scolded for such a payment, with the words: "Is this your first time in Abkhazia?!". Yes, it was my first trip to Abkhazia. But the most unpleasant thing started later… We were moved to the second floor, another son of Larisa lived above us, who, according to her, was sick. He listened to music until the morning, and the sound insulation of this wooden house is bad, and we, accordingly, also listened to this music until 4-5 in the morning! Larisa was approached, one night there was no music after the appeal, and then all over again. So we lived for 5 nights. One day new guests came to the guest house, looking for housing and while waiting for the hostess, they began to wonder what was here and how. My mom told me that we practically don't sleep with music. Larisa came out, the new guests left, refusing to move in. And she yelled at us for sharing it with them. And she said she would return the money, get out of here, I give you 30 minutes! Neither she nor her son returned the money. And there was no desire to stand and swear with her, especially since they were with a 4-year-old child who was crying because of all this swearing…A disgrace !!! We are all shocked by this! Now it is clear why in all hotels and houses in Ldzaa everything is occupied, and here half the house is free....

We had a rest in early September 2022 at this hotel and were satisfied. The hospitable hostess Larisa is always ready to help with various issues, even to choose excursions.The sea is 1-12 minutes away. One of the disadvantages is that there is no shadow on the territory except under a canopy combined with a kitchen, but otherwise you can live and most importantly there is no TV in the room and this is wonderful!!!))

There were grievances, the hostess was not hospitable!We arrived late, tired from the train, asked for something to eat, we had heard a lot about Abkhazian hospitality.......but unfortunately we were given a lapel turn. Although we said we would pay for everything.And I also understand that everyone needs money, but it's a sin to profit from the disabled, they deceived us with housing for 8 thousand, God grant them health!I do not recommend the hostess Larisa. We will go next year, I advise you to have a Dream Hotel there!

We visited this hotel in August 2021. The rooms are all standard. Furniture from Ikea. I agree with other reviews that the pillows are very small. We cleaned every 3 days, changed linen and towels every 5 days. If necessary, you could invite them more often to clean up. The shared kitchen matches the photos. There are 4 electric stoves in the kitchen, a lot of dishes. There was enough for all the guests. There were 2 large refrigerators and one small one. There is really not much space in the refrigerator, while the guests themselves cluttered the refrigerator with old products.
One of the advantages is the proximity to the sea, clean territory. The audibility in the rooms is really high, while no one interfered with each other.
The hostess Larisa always answered questions, recommended where to eat and, in general, was always ready to respond to our requests.
We are happy with the place. I believe that this hotel corresponds to the stated description. Many of the guests have been coming here for years.

The owner of this hotel disappointed us very much. On the way, our car crashed, and we could not arrive, the breakdown was very serious, they dragged us to the service station on a tow truck and repaired it for 5 days. I called the owner, explained the situation, asked to return at least part of the prepayment, but alas... It's probably greed...

We were at Pine Beach at the end of September with a family with children. We really liked it. The rooms are good. The territory is small, but cozy. There is a Playground, a barbecue area. There is a large TV on the shared terrace. There is a shared kitchen, which is very convenient when relaxing with children. 8-10 minutes to the sea. Cows did not interfere ). The lie begins with a booking card - the tourist is told that the hotel is located near the sea. In fact, you will need to walk for a good 15-20 minutes off-road, with a suitcase it is almost impossible. Of course, the owners offer a transfer to the hotel, but for some not quite adequate money. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately offered to cancel the reservation on the website, in return they promised some kind of "gift". This is done so that you can't leave any negative feedback afterwards - as if you weren't there. In addition, you will immediately be charged the full amount for your stay. You should not give all the money, believe me, you will regret it later. I'll make a reservation right away that this is a hotel for families with children. This is important because you will encounter a lot of noise during your stay. The hotel is built of planks, the audibility here is very high. You are unlikely to be able to do "adult things", so it is better to spend your honeymoon elsewhere. We lived with a young company, so it was quite uncomfortable - we had to return to the hotel just to spend the night. The rooms are very sparsely furnished - a standard bed, a table, a rack and a chair. I must say right away that the bed here is creepy - it's just a wooden structure that wobbles and creates unnecessary noise. It's impossible to get enough sleep on this one. Additionally, I will note very small pillows. For an adult man, this will be a test - his head literally falls through and ends up on the mattress. The owner of the hotel named Larisa deserves special attention. A woman likes to control everything, including your life. She will ask uncomfortable questions, speak directly if she doesn't like something. That is, there is no question of a service here. A good example: an iron is declared in the hotel, but in fact you get a burnt (really black from burning) unit, which is offered to iron things. All this with a very stupid smile, as if no one is to blame for this. Allow me, how much does a regular iron cost? Is it really impossible to allocate funds from profits? Of course you can, but why, if a Russian tourist already "grabs" all this! The second very interesting moment of communication with Larisa is her claims about the "stained" sheets. It has always seemed that in the hotel business, bed linen is an expendable material - it is given to the dry cleaners or a new one is purchased. But here your laundry will be washed by hand. Therefore, every speck will be given pain in Larisa's heart, be careful. To top off this story, I want to tell you that in 7 days of staying at the hotel, we were cleaned only 1 time and then with a clear tip. That is, I really had to come up and ask to get out. In response, they heard: "I'm so tired today, but I'll definitely clean up." Of course, Larisa cleans too. Patience ran out after we ran out of toilet paper. I'm sorry, but adults who come to rest in the country expect some kind of hospitality, don't they? Does a grown man really have to go and ask for an extra roll? Excellent hotel, all wooden, pleasant atmosphere, smell. All furniture, dishes, etc. are brand new, not worn out. The hosts are very kind, polite, and hospitable. The yard is large, there is a place to park the car. There is a great playground with slides for children. There is a place to roast a barbecue. Not far from the sea, there is a cypress alley near the sea. One small minus, this is the location of the hotel, was not immediately found, since there are few signs and maps do not understand how to get to the hotel without the Internet.

The mattresses are terrible , it's not comfortable to sleep on them , pillows can't be called pillows either, she 's always there, but as soon as you lie down on her, one pillowcase will remain , in the room for 10 days they never cleaned or changed towels , they didn 't take a bucket of paper to the toilet either, and flush it down the toilet Paper is not allowed! Kitchen ......2 plates on one plate , is it okay !? Refrigerator 3 ,2 of them 110 cm and with one shelf))) The 3rd one is tiny, and it doesn't work))) there was no continental breakfast included in the price))) the territory is small, there is nothing to do here, there is no TV in the room, there is also a refrigerator and a closet, too, there is an untreated shelving, from which puffs remain on clothes! Wherever we have rested, in which countries we have not been, we understand more with my husband what's what... There were 5 times in Abkhazia, this one conquered, now a favorite place, in all plans, modernity, cleanliness, sincerity, the sea is close, children have something to do.
