Lake zhyvopisnoe, the location itself is also very beautiful, there are playgrounds, a sauna (it wasn't enough for me in spirit, but it could accommodate 4 people).
The cabins are warm and clean. The Internet is not everywhere... We tried to go go-karting, and everyone liked it in the snow. It's a bomb.... and they caught about 10 pikes, distributed them to everyone, the largest was 2 kg.

A great place to relax: fresh air, sun, lake - all the components of summer happiness! There is a sauna, gazebos, barbecues, a Playground, table tennis, badminton, hammocks, you can play volleyball. There are also gazebos with barbecue grills, a volleyball court, a locker room, a toilet, and you can dive from the pier. The rooms are clean, cozy, there is a kitchen, refrigerator, TV.

I'll start with the pros. Beautiful place, air, forest, lake. The Rooms are cozy And Spacious. The fishing was a success, there is fish. There are hammocks, gazebos, ping pong, trampoline, swings, slides on the territory. We really had a rest. The staff was friendly, they always responded promptly to requests.
We were here 4 years ago, there is something to compare it with.
Now the cons.
I beg you, put the dogs behind the fence or in the valliere. One of them broke down with us, it's not scary for an adult because they are cowardly, but children... When leaving, they collected a sofa and really felt bad, a used condom... They just killed him. The whole area is littered with cones, it is inconvenient to walk.
There are other disadvantages, but not significant ones. Honestly, I would put 3. But the air and nature are a big plus.

The base is located on the shore of the lake. The place is very beautiful. Equipment of the territory by 4 points (on a 5-point scale). Not much is running. The staff is attentive. There is a volleyball court, a recreation area for children, gazebos. The entrance to the water is convenient. The road to the base is not very good. It's better to go by jeep.

A great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and get away for a few days. Coniferous air, silence, a nice lake with a pier, all the amenities in the cabins.
There is something to compare with, this place deserves a solid five in the price/quality ratio. We will definitely come back again!
Minor flaws:
Sometimes it is difficult to find administrators, because there is no one in the house, and there is a voicemail on the phone
If with children, it is better to restrict access to the wooden ship with the flag "picnic park", there are such flimsy steps that it is scary to go up and down.

And the house itself is "full of minced meat")): dishes, kettle, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, towels, slippers, etc.-in general, everything is thought out!) We made reservations in advance, by our arrival the house was warm, the beds were already made, the table was set and the contracts were ready!) It's very nice!) The admin guys are professionals, everything is for the client! Thank you very much for the warm welcome and care! We really liked it, it's a pity that there are so few. It's an amazing place. We stayed in December when we went to Vitebsk. I really didn't want to stay at the hotel and accidentally found this place. It's a very soulful place. The admin guys are very friendly. The rooms are essentially separate houses with a separate entrance and their own manual area. The room is perfectly clean and cozy. It can accommodate 4 people. All for 5!! Keep it up !

Well, anyway, we miraculously got there, and then a surprise awaited, we rented a bathhouse. Everyone was frozen to the waist, and we also had to bring the bathhouse to that temperature ourselves so that we could steam in it, and not freeze.

The place is good, BUT there are quite a lot of them:
1. The price for this level of service is greatly overstated.
2. Wooden houses with several rooms, very good audibility, which prevents you from relaxing.
3. The local "looker" is persistently trying to communicate on a political topic, and even actively bends his line, which is annoying.
4. There are no hangers in the closets, there is nothing to hang clothes on.
5. Cars have to be parked far from their house, which is not convenient.
6. It is not easy to find this place, the sign on the road is indistinct, fortunately we met.
I can only recommend it because of the beauty of the place itself, the rest is so-so. If you eat, it's better on weekdays when no one is there.

Categorical refusal to refund money, there are ambiguous clauses in the contract, but the administration is young, absorbed in its development and creativity, they do not have time to think about the problems and rights of customers. Of course, there will be lawsuits, courts, which I do not want, but I also do not want to lose 400 rubles. It is worth considering whether to contact such a service.
