Although we were with two teenagers, they lacked animation. There are a lot of sun beds. The staff, although they do not speak Russian, always tried to help))) Safari didn't like it. No helmets, the equipment is falling apart. Instead of the stated 45 minutes, we skated for 15/20 minutes at most. We were at the hotel in April 2024. There weren't many people. We checked in quickly, we were lucky the room was in the 2nd building of the Marina. For some, this may be a minus, since the evening disco is in front of him and do not expect silence. There were always sun beds by the pool. The entrance to the sea is only in slippers. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful and unusual. Take a bunch of beautiful photos. It is made of stone. Almost all rooms have sea views. In addition to, perhaps, 3 buildings, there are rooms with access to the pool at once. A kilometer of coastline. There are two artificial lagoons. I swam about 4 hulls every day. It's shallow and safe there. Going down the stairs. There is a grid. Take the corals with you by all means. There is also a bay on the left side of the hotel, at the very end by Poseidon: there is already a bay in the sea, it is also very nice there. The sand. The fish are near the shore, all swimming with a mask. And you don't even have to go to the reef. The hotel also has its own reef. Diving can be ordered. The hotel is windy. And there will always be winds. Therefore, I definitely won't recommend it in cold weather. We were in early March, well, it's very hard to get in and out of the water. The Infinity pool was heated. There is another pool on top, already a shallower one. There are mostly families with children there. Therefore, come in warm weather, when it is already about 30 degrees Celsius. The breeze, on the contrary, will blow over and help to transfer the heat.
We lived in the 2nd building. Beautiful view of the Marina and yachts (view from the room in the photo). The room is about 50 square meters. The beds are large and the mattress is comfortable. On the second day, we were given bathrobes and slippers. But this is for money, they gave us dollars and asked for it. The bar was replenished every day for free. Initially, they were not in the room. There was always hot water in the shower. The balcony. I really liked the double room. The best buildings, as for me, are 2,3 and 4. Everything is near and close. And they are updated and renovated. The rest of the buildings are still a bit far away and you will have to walk a lot. Or wait for a bus or a tuk-tuk. There are only stairs on the territory. As far as I know, there is an elevator in only 3 buildings. I would not recommend this hotel to the elderly. It's going to be hard. Besides, the hotel is slippery. And there are signs hanging all the time, be careful. It didn't help me. I fell 2 times in 9 days. Once after mopping the floors, right at the exit of the room. The second time on the stairs. When going up to the reception, one step merges there. Therefore, walk very carefully!
Meal. I do not agree that there is nothing to eat at the hotel. There's plenty of food there. There are as many as 4 restaurants open in the evening. We went mostly to Alfredo. There was always something grilled for lunch and dinner. It's just that the food is monotonous. But if you go to every restaurant. You can always find something new. The Citadel and Gulina are located in the first building. I saw shrimps once in Gulin for the whole time. Baking bomb❤️. I couldn't refuse a croissant for breakfast. Pizza is made during the day. I'm not particularly whimsical in terms of nutrition. I was fine. But, of course, food is not the strong point of this hotel. For example, in the Sahl Hasheesh Pathway, I liked the food much more. There was also a festive dinner in honor of March 8th for the girls. I didn't see anything here. Some kind of beautiful pitch. On alcohol:The beer is delicious. Some cocktails. Just in case, take your alcohol. Because I'm not much of a local.
Animation. That's where I lowered my grade. Frankly, weak. It is mainly aimed at European pensioners. And the whole hotel is focused on them. I understand that this hotel is a relax type. But, God, these guys are like sleepy flies. They were, in principle, never seen.
Saved the beach volleyball. I bought a ticket to a club on their territory. At first, the animator told me $15, and I'll be there in 2 hours. He said it was already 20. Don't waste your money. The music is not about anything. But the berry on the cake was that they didn't even take me to the club. At the appointed time, the animators just walked past me. The level of organization there is zero, this is the first time I've seen it. Our Russian guys are just smart in terms of organization. As a result, I went to the club alone. For children, animation entertainment is also at the "village school" level. The hotel is not for children. They won't have anything to do there. Just go out and have fun.
The rest of the staff were generally smart and tried to bring drinks. Everyone was in time. But there is a man walking around the territory who "breeds" for a massage. The prices charge unrealistic. 150 bucks. Of course it's not worth it. I went for a full-body massage for $50 an hour. I didn't need peeling. The girl was massaging. I liked. Just bargain with him. The second time, I went for a full-body massage for 40 dollars. I was surprised that someone was paying $100-150.
In general, I can recommend the hotel. But for a romantic couple vacation. The hotel is located at a distance from everyone, you can't go out and walk somewhere on foot. Not bad, it was from February 25, but it was better before. The food in the dining room is modest, but you won't stay hungry. for some reason, plates in the dining room should be taken almost from the floor, respectfully bowing at the feet of the chefs (very convenient especially in old age). There is only water in the minibar. Bathrobes and slippers are not given out, bed linen and towels have not been changed in 8 days (and where are 5 stars here?). There are no climbing slides or trampolines for children (there used to be) . Beer, wine in bars and canteen are only named, and apparently strong alcohol is non-alcoholic, although I have not tried it, but people drink stupefied glasses in the morning but there are no drunks - a PARADOX! But the pools are really warm like a bathtub, 30-40 degrees,
The staff is polite and friendly.
If there is an early arrival and a late departure, you can use all the services of the hotel for free, you will be fed and bathed and you will not be asked from the bar.
In case of late departure, when the room must be checked in at 12-00, and you will be picked up from the hotel only at 20-00, you can extend the room but only until 18-00 for $ 72 they were no longer allowed, saying that there are no rooms available and you need to prepare a room for the next guests.

The huge coastal area, the architecture of the buildings really resembles the walls of an ancient citadel. The walls of the buildings are made of crushed sand tuff. The paths are lined with 6-sided tiles, flower bushes and trees are planted along the walls, which are regularly watered. All water is imported technical. Drinking water is delivered in bottles. An open bus runs between the buildings along the entire territory of the hotel every 15 minutes. For those who like hiking, there are beautiful stairways. The total number of steps from the beaches to the highest building exceeds 150 pieces. But this is not a solid staircase, but ergonomic blueberry passages with platforms.

A large number of restaurants and cafes are organized for catering, where you can eat, have a snack, and drink a cool drink. However , the assortment of main dishes is too small . The fruit plate is limited to apples, bananas, dates, non-sweet melon, and sometimes watermelons or grapes.
Staff on the beach constantly offer to bring refreshing drinks to vacationers. In short, everything is very organically included.
The interior of the rooms is very cool, the style of the citadel is preserved, but everything is very cozy and harmonious. All rooms have sea views, a dressing room, a large bathroom.
The staff is very friendly, smiling and caring, regardless of tips. Bravo guys.
In conclusion, we must definitely recognize this hotel as one of the best not only in Hurghada, but also in Sharmal Sheikh.

I highly do not recommend this hotel, maybe other hotels of this chain are better (but I do not think), but in this you will spoil your vacation.
This is my opinion, whether you listen or not is up to you.
The hotel was visited in early February 2024.
If you want to visit it with a child, have a delicious meal, then you are not here, a 5* hotel does not deserve 3 * +, a maximum of 4 * with a big stretch.
Briefly:
- the rooms are well-worn
- there is very little food for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- in the breaks between breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is nothing to have a full snack
- on the beaches, only to the left of the main building there are mini bars with drinks, there is no food, on the right side there is a beach, there is nothing to drink
- there is no separate food for children
- there is no entertainment, there was an animation near the heated pool
- uber and indrive will not be allowed into the hotel, you will take an expensive 3-4 times taxi from the hotel
- there is nothing near the hotel within walking distance
- the rooms are large
- the view is beautiful
- you need to walk a lot, the rooms are far from the restaurants

If you have problems with your legs or do not like to walk, the hotel is not for you.
A very large area, the rooms are not in the main building, they are far away from both the beach and restaurants.
The room was cool, the air conditioner was turned on for heating.
We took the most ordinary room, it's big.
The territory is large, but stupid, there are a lot of stairs, we lived in the 6th building, to the sea and to the reception, with a child in our arms, 10-15 minutes, it's hard to walk, a lot of stairs, descents and ascents.
There is nothing near the hotel, you can take an Uber or indrive for $ 5 to Cenzo Mall or to Hurghada for $ 10. If he agrees, it can be cheaper.
But! One day the hotel just stopped letting Uber and indrive in.
They drown for their taxi, which is 3-4 times more expensive. When asked why and what happened, the boorish receptionist and the Mr. at the reception began to tell something not very clear, the hotel just decided to raise more money.
For a 5* hotel, I consider this behavior to be lawless.
Of the advantages:
Several pools on different levels, most likely excellent in summer.
There is one heated pool, not closed, the water is warm, but not very.
There is WiFi, it works almost everywhere, the quality is more or less, but it is better to take a SIM card at least at the same airport (I took orange with 4g)
Minuses:
It's definitely not 5*, I don't know why they praise it so much, maybe it's even worse in others.
With children (up to 2 or maybe 3 years old there is nothing to do here).
There is no children's menu in restaurants at all (it was very strange for us)
It was not possible to find rooms for the mother and child, it is not comfortable to change the same diaper.
A kids' club, very sad, a few toys, and that's it.
Food is also sad. There is no variety at all, there are no salads, just sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, a couple of types of chicken, some fish and meat, several side dishes.
Forget about seafood, fish, meat, and grilled poultry.
The tables are also cleaned for a long time, served for a long time, if one is gone, then most likely you need to ask for the serving yourself.
For dinner there is a "table" with drinks, juices, beer, etc., after 30 minutes it turns into a garbage can, no one is watching it, everything is wet, dirty.
If you look more broadly at the hotel as a 5* (and 5* should be very good), then there is no such minimum as napkins on tables and saucers for coffee mugs.
There is nowhere to have a full meal between breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I was also very surprised that there are no slippers and dental supplies in the room, this is the first time I have seen this in 5* hotels.
I would like to note that a small cake was brought to the room on my birthday. From such small advantages and attention, a good service should be built.
Total.
If you are used to relaxing, beautiful and delicious, then my advice is to look at other hotels.
If I had the opportunity, I would leave this hotel for another one during my vacation.

We had a rest from November 12 to 19. This is the best hotel we've ever been to!!!! If you are vacationing without children, you want a vacation with a sense of Europe, then you are here. 90% of the guests are Europeans. The staff is very polite, the service is at the highest level (no need to go to the bar for free drinks yourself, waiters go everywhere, who will always bring you drinks). Every day we had dinner at a new a la carte restaurant (in the morning you reserve - in the evening you come). There is a big screen on the street where sports are broadcast in the evening. Every evening, from about 18, there is live music on the pier, after a show in the amphitheater, then a disco until 11 o'clock. There's always something to do. 3 beaches, 2 lagoons, 3 swimming pools. The third beach (the best for swimming with masks, there is a reef). There are fish in the lagoon too and there are no waves. 3 billiard tables, almost always free until 5 pm, then as luck would have it. Tennis and volleyball, basketball are all there. The territory is like one small town. We were given a standard room in the 8th building (the farthest), but we paid $ 50 at the reception and were given a deluxe (the room is huge, very beautiful) and the building is a little closer to the sea. If you want silence, forgive the 5,6,7 building, if it's closer to the party, then the 2nd building (but up to 11 right under the windows you will have loud music every day). Buses travel around the territory, they take you to the building.

I stayed at the hotel from January 10 to January 21, 2022, two adults. The hotel is excellent, I definitely recommend it. I was pleased with the polite, unobtrusive staff. A very good varied diet, an abundance of vegetables and salads. The vegetables are well washed and fresh. There was always meat, chicken, fish, kebabs, sauces, side dishes, pancakes with various jams, lots of pastries and just incredibly delicious and beautiful bomb cakes and pastries in the evenings. There are porridges and muesli in the morning. From fruits: apples, melon, victoria, oranges, bananas. They prepare delicious coffee, cappuccino, latte. You will definitely not stay hungry.
The entire territory of the hotel is large, clean, well maintained. The rooms are cleaned well, the bed linen is snow-white, bathrobes, slippers are available.
Right on the beach of the hotel, closer to the place where the boats from the hotel go out to sea, there is a wonderful coral reef, and if you take a mask with you, then the delight of the underwater world is guaranteed to you.
All rooms have sea views, we always heard the sound of the sea)), if you don't want to walk far to the restaurant, then take 2,3, building. We had 5, but it was quiet there).
There is animation in the evening, and a nightclub on site. People come to it from other hotels, entrance is paid. We didn't go.

With corals and shells. Even the rooms have coral walls. Everything is built of it here. The citadel lives up to its name. Very beautiful! The rooms are relatively clean. You can ask to wash and remove the stains, if we have found any. They react instantly. There were problems with the air conditioner when checking in, but it was quickly repaired. It's strange that they checked into a room with problems. There is a residue left. Who should check and specify? The room has a luxurious bed with a comfortable mattress, a sofa, a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle, plenty of water, tea and coffee. The linen is always fresh. I contacted the hotel manager and guest realization. The hotel manager started shouting and threatening me that he would call the police and I would pay a fine. He said he was going to watch the cameras, but he never came back.
The second time, I paid $200 for a massage, at a price of $130. I was told that the change would be given in the evening, before the massage. In the evening, they started giving me change ($70) in $1 bills, I refused to accept such a bundle of money. After that, I sat in the spa reception area for 20 minutes, then asked how long to wait - I was offered to go to the locker room. I changed my clothes and went back to the waiting area. Instead of a massage, I was offered to sit in the Jacuzzi. I refused and demanded a refund, to which I was told that there was no money. I also called the reception, they told me that the spa was already closed and they couldn't help me, so they hung up.
Almost all the staff is extremely unpleasant. We were at the hotel from December 17 to December 27, 2021. Traditionally, we rest in Vietnam at this time, but the coronavirus interfered with our plans! The hotel has 3-4 small stalls, I would say, at obviously inflated prices. Corals are traded from $ 15 per pair, masks from $ 25. By the way, dollars and euros are in use everywhere. I had to bargain for the slippers. We bought 2 pairs of 10 dollars each. A chic 5* hotel in Hurghada. We arrived in early July 2023 from Moscow , late at night, went with friends, 2 families + one child. They immediately gave us the presidential number S104 (just a bomb), but we ordered 2 separate Deluxe suites, like caves, and then, at our request, we were relocated to them (also very cool). There are 3 large pools, one Infinity pool. The beach is huge over 1100m with a huge number of individual lagoons, but the entrances are rocky, corals are needed. There is 1 sandy lagoon, where many people hang out, it is very convenient with children, there is a reef, beautiful fish, no sharks were observed during 2 weeks of rest, although many swam with masks for buoys every day!!!The food is excellent and varied, the food is very tasty! The alcohol is local Egyptian, there is beer, whiskey and tequila, but it tastes like an amateur, someone praised it, it did not go to us.
