Oriental sweets are only available at the Citadel restaurant. The rest are just plain cakes. We checked into a Deluxe room, but it was decrepit and had a view of the roof of the next block of rooms, with the sea somewhere far away on the side. Reluctantly, they were moved to a slightly smaller room, but with a better view. So it probably doesn't make sense to take a tour with a Deluxe room right away. The staff is good - cleaning is daily, the waiters almost immediately came up and brought drinks, sang songs, smiled. If swimming in the sea is important to you, then there is nothing to do there in the middle of January because of the strong wind. I practically didn't swim because it's cold. And don't be fooled that you will go on some kind of excursion and it will be warmer there, because the water is cold everywhere. We went to Paradise Island - the water is even more icy. I barely lasted 5 minutes in the water.

We visited this hotel from November 5 to November 13, 2024. I really liked the hotel: beautiful, unusual interiors) I liked everything: the food, the service and the sea. We swam in the lagoons: there are two of them, going down the stairs, but even a 5-year-old child had no difficulty getting down. So, those who write that there is nowhere to swim, I do not understand you)) I was also pleased with the warm heated pool in November. 3 restaurants to choose from + ala maps by appointment. You will always find somewhere to choose and eat. We were always well-fed and satisfied, and the 5-year-old child ate everything)) There is a place to walk on the territory. We personally did not get tired of the number of steps. The room itself was clean, daily cleaning, huge balcony. We lived in building 3, everything was nearby. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous big coastline, large rooms, 40 minutes drive from the airport. It was filled up ahead of time, for which I thank you more. The contingent is mainly Europeans and Chinese, 10 percent Russians. The staff is polite and always ready to help. They asked for extra blankets and slippers in the room, they brought them right away. Cleaning is good. Drinks are served on the beach, in the lobby and in all bars and restaurants. In restaurants, the food for dinner and lunch is slightly different. Breakfast and lunch are served in two locations (the restaurant on the embankment and the main one next to the reception), dinner in three restaurants plus a la carte restaurants (one is free, the other is 35 euros per person). The food in all restaurants is varied and delicious, there is always beef, chicken, duck, seafood and grilled salmon. Pizza is served on the embankment, and delicious ice cream is served from two to five. The Ala kart restaurant did not like the fish, it was quickly replaced with another dish, for the first time in many visits to Ala kart restaurants they did not go to eat in the dining room, the service and cuisine were excellent. Entertainment options include billiards, table tennis (tipped), and a children's room (not available), but the entertainment program for children is scheduled for the whole day. Evening shows, held at the lobby bar (well, that kind of thing). There are two heated pools, but occasionally the water in them cools down, but you can swim comfortably. There is also a good access to the sea, two bays, in February the temperature is 23 degrees, you can swim, eat fish. The hotel has a place to walk, a half-hour leisurely walk from Poseidon to the amphitheater, and you can walk along the beach for an hour and a half. ATV rides are available near the hotel, there is a pharmacy and souvenir shops. In February, a strong cold wind blows, they wore sweatshirts, and the Chinese wore winter jackets. Cons: almost everywhere smokes, it is not possible to watch the evening show, due to the fact that the eyes are already watering from the smoke, it is impossible for non-smokers to breathe. The noise insulation of the rooms is poor, but the room stock is being updated, perhaps the situation will be better in new rooms. We lived in building 5, it hasn't been renovated yet, but the view from the room is gorgeous, as is the huge terrace. Mattresses, pillows, very comfortable. The mini bar is refilled as it is emptied.
