We have stayed in Albatros aqua park for 7 night and it was great holiday, firstly it's near to the airport so we arrived quickly to the hotel and welcomed with smiling and fresh welcome dring then we filled the application to check in the receptionist was very excellent and professional he gave us the room key and all information about the hotel , it was very nice room and cleaned also big enough for us with new furniture,the cleaner so honest and attentive with us .the man of the slides so careful with all the guest on the swimming pool, about restaurants we allowed to use collection of restaurants in the other hotels for this we found a lot of food variety and for sure tasty like beef, steak, pizza,meat, the staff in restaurant very very professional and polite also in bar Columbus and Olympus they were very very professional services. the entertainment during the day super and different everyday... really we were very happy and we will come back soon

We had a rest from 25.12 to 31.12.2024. I really liked the hotel, the service is top-notch, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean.There is a lot of food and it is very tasty, fresh pastries all day, lots of fruits.4 restaurants, cafes, bars-super! The pools and slides are heated, but we rode the rest))). The territory of the hotel is huge and well maintained. There are also sports areas (exercise equipment, soccer field, tennis court, table tennis). On the territory of the hotel there are souvenir shops, toys, clothes. The sea is gorgeous and warm, even though it's the end of December. Staff are on duty near each pool and slide, it is safe for children to swim alone.
The hotel is located near the airport and Hurghada, which is also very pleasant, you don't have to drive to the hotel for hours after the flight.

The animation is great. I really enjoyed stretching, yoga, and dance lessons. The evening shows at 21 o'clock are also diverse and interesting.

We had a vacation with our family in early December.
The hotel is excellent, it's worth 4 stars. The staff is friendly, the hotel territory is huge, the buffet is varied, there are two hotels of the same chain nearby, you can eat everywhere, thereby combining so as not to get bored.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea at a calm pace. It didn't bother us, there is also a shuttle that takes us to the sea, but we were not too lazy to take a walk.
There were sun beds on the sea for our hotel and a beach bar where you can drink lemonades and cocktails. Overall good!
The room cleaning is excellent, it is clear that the maid tried hard, sometimes they left a dollar.
Of the cons - probably, as in many hotels in Egypt, they were not settled in the room that was in the picture. It was tired, the furniture was old, the shower was leaking, and the trim was falling off in some places.
I will also note the following from the minuses.
For vacationers, a trip to a restaurant using the “La carte” system is available once, you can taste Italian or seafood cuisine of the restaurant level, but in order to do this, you need to pre-register, so here. For the record, a Russian-speaking girl was sitting next to the reception, we signed up the next day, we come to the restaurant, and they tell us that we are not on the lists, we come to this girl the next day, she says that she probably misunderstood us and did not write us down, okay. We sign up for the next day (already the deadline, since we are already leaving in two days) I take a piece of paper with a record and look at what she wrote down not for tomorrow, but for the day after tomorrow, I come back, apologizes, says I got it mixed up, but there are no places for tomorrow, everything is packed. We'll be leaving the day after tomorrow.
In general, we were left without going to this restaurant, which was very upsetting. I will ask the staff to pay attention to this girl. (I didn't ask for a name)
To mess up the record twice for a hotel of this level is too much.
But in general, the hotel is not bad, it is excellent for Egypt. Recommend.

Мне отель понравился, территория большая, ухоженная. Постоянно садовники и сотрудники отеля что-то делают и наводят чистоту.
Аквапарк отличный, но взрослый зимой без подогрева - прохладненько))) детские аквапарки - теплые, для детишек разных возрастов.
У каждого бассейна есть служба спасения - смотрят за поведением и детей и взрослых.
Еда разнообразная, персонал очень радушный.
Минус - ходить на пляж надо через дорогу с приличным трафиком. Но если не хочется идти пешком 7-10 минут- есть трансфер из отеля.
Риф есть справа - небольшой, рыбок посмотреть можно.
На пляж ходили через отель Бич Альбатрос Резорт из отеля Альбатрос Аквапарк. Гостям Аквапарка можно пользоваться всеми горками аквапарка этого отеля.
Бар на пляже есть. И ещё есть кафешка для гостей Аквапарка - на втором этаже над рестораном отеля Резорт. Выбор блюд невелик (пицца, макароны, рис, много соусов, фри, овощи и фрукты), но перекусить можно, что бы не возвращаться в отель.

In general, I liked everything except for various little things. For shopping, it is better to take a taxi to state shops and pharmacies, because all Sharashkin's offices are near the hotel . The prices for second-hand rags are terrible. And in the city , if you need to buy gifts for friends, the choice is much bigger and better. Taxi drivers near the hotel will take you and show you where to buy. And they will bring you back. Take excursions only from your guide, but if you paid for the tour and are not going to go, then the money will not be returned to you (((. In general, I will say that the rest was a success....

I really liked the hotel, good and high-quality food, a Shuttle takes you to the sea every 15 minutes, there are two hotels nearby on the second line, which can also be visited (use the restaurant, pool, etc.) The only thing I didn't like was the reception. We arrived early, they hinted to us that we would be checked in early for a reward, in fact, even at 14:00 we could not check into the room, we were given a room with two beds for three adults (not relatives), although one was large. We had a great family vacation at this hotel at the end of September. Attentive staff at the reception quickly settled in around 11 a.m. without any additional payment. We just had time to drink coffee. And we were given a cozy room with a view of the pool. While we were escorted to the room with our suitcases, they told us everything - where the restaurants are, towels, a bus to the sea. Then we went straight to lunch. There are 9 restaurants here, we always had breakfast in the Mediterranean, we had dinner in all of them in turn. The food is wonderful, the quality is excellent. We especially liked the Asian restaurant, the Vista restaurant and the Colonies a la carte. There were always enough places in restaurants, sometimes even free. And it's cool! There are many bars, the most delicious cocktails in Whist. We specially chose a hotel with an aqua park, but the sea was so inviting that we only rode from the slides for 1 day, and then back to the fish. You can swim on the beach, you can swim from the pier by the reef. The reef is not as rich as in Sharma, but there are a lot of fish. Therefore, put masks on your face and go ahead! We saw a lot of surgeons, flocks of squid, puffer fish, and watched a small white moray eel for a couple of days. Indeed, the most vivid impressions are here. We don't like to lie on deck chairs, but there are a lot of this stuff here, there have always been empty seats. We took a yacht tour with a swim in the sea and a visit to the island of Magadan from the guide. Satisfied. A free tour of Hurghada will be useful to buy souvenirs if necessary. According to the guests: a lot of Europeans (Germans, Slovenes, Poles, British...), Arabs. Russians - 20 percent, no more. The atmosphere is friendly! In general, I recommend the hotel. It's a very nice hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the quality of food. The hotel is large, you can use the infrastructure of neighboring hotels, they are all from the Albatross chain. Visiting an Ala-kart restaurant is definitely not worth the time, only the soup was delicious. You can have a much tastier meal at any other of the hotel's restaurants. Dishes from dinner at the restaurant 3 recent photos.
BUT a huge disadvantage is the boorish staff of bars and security! Spoils the whole impression of a vacation. They feel like they are not employees, but owners, and not only of the hotel itself, but also of you as vacationers. There is absolutely no respect on their part.

Last year we were with the company in Aqua Vista, this year in Aqua Park. It is very clean everywhere, all the flowers and shrubs are well maintained. The rooms are normal. You can eat in three restaurants, the food is excellent. For every taste. There are a lot of different pools, water parks for children and adults. The drinks at the bar are decent. The staff is friendly. There were no misunderstandings, only good emotions. I am choosing this hotel for the second time, I recommend it to everyone!

Rest from September 29 to October 6. Room 4330, repair is required, especially in the bathroom. But this is not the main thing, we came to the sea and it is beautiful here.

What kind of animation? I do not know, all the time at sea, I did not come to lie by the pool.
The kitchen? You will not stay hungry, any meat except pork, shrimp, fish, salmon steaks, chicken, duck.
In the evening, there must be some kind of program, first for children, then for adults.
The beach? A great beach with sand. But there is one thing, the Russians, as always, occupy the sun beds on the first line from 7 a.m. and come themselves by 11 o'clock, or even later. The administration needs to deal with this strictly.
And only for this 4 stars!

We had a rest from February 5-12, 2024 with children aged 4 and 11. Overall, I liked the hotel, the food is very tasty, from meat and seafood to exquisite cakes. You can use all cafes / restaurants located on the territory of the three hotels. Animation during the day by the pools, in the evening at the club. You can sign up for a free Neverland show at the reception, we really liked it.
I took off the star for the fact that we got a room that was not "first" fresh, repairs are desirable. But, there are no claims to the cleanliness of the room. And the water park is a paradise for children, but I am an adult with a weight of 50kg- by their standards, I cannot ride "children's" slides, although a child with a weight of 70kg can. And I didn't reach some of the "adult" slides either, since the weight there is 55kg. In general, out of the entire water park, I was able to ride 3 slides.
We were lucky with the weather, on average +15 at night, +25-26 during the day.Some pools are heated. We swam in the sea several times, mostly hung out on the slides with children.
In the evening, after sunset, a cold piercing wind rose a couple of times. Therefore, warm clothes should be taken (sneakers, spring jacket, jacket)
We took excursions from our tour operator, we had a Biblio Globe.

Returned with my husband from this hotel two days ago (end of October). The hotel is wonderful. A great hotel for families with children. The staff is polite and friendly. The waiters are super friendly to visitors and especially to children. The assortment is varied, seafood, poultry, beef, king prawns on Monday and Thursday. Coffee, soft drinks, cocktails, just water - everything is always there and without restriction! The alcohol here is of high quality at times compared to the already beaten resort!! At the same time, there are no queues anywhere, at any time of the day, of course, in the operating mode of restaurants. There are enough attractions for different ages on the territory. Evening shows are not the strong point of this hotel, but it is different every day. I remember the phrase: "mom, dad, tu-tu!" This is what the children's animator said every night, I remember! All the bars on the premises worked perfectly, and they wore it themselves and we came up on our own! The beach is a five-minute 12-minute walk, the shuttle takes three minutes, and it runs every fifteen minutes....yes, one of them is still a mammoth video, but it is moving and quite passable. There are enough sun beds, even if there is a separate area for our hotel. The sea is wonderful, the artificial bay creates peace and tranquility of the sea kingdom. The beach is sandy, the depth difference is convenient for both children and adults. If you go a little to the right, you can go far out to sea and not sail on yachts for diving, there is a very interesting reef and its inhabitants - on the first day my daughter saw a stingray, saw a beautiful rooster fish (we called it that), she moved so gracefully, calmly and confidently, just a sight. Shells are both big and small, and if you watch them for a long time, they come to life- they move, peep and live! There are enough fish and fishes of different sizes, colors and quantities. A mask (or glasses and a tube) and yet bathing slippers are already necessary here. The heat, by the way, is not tragically tolerated here! I'm picky by nature, but I really enjoyed my vacation in Egypt and in this hotel!!! The only thing is the attitude of Coral Travel employees, here as the great Lenin bequeathed: to study, study and study again!! They are dirty, not attentive and not diligent!!!!

It is not comfortable to get to the sea, either a bus that runs every half hour, sometimes there is not enough space for it, especially with a stroller, or on foot across the street and through another Albatross hotel. But the sea is fire! I was ready to put up with it, the sea is worth it. The beach is sandy, there is also an exit from the pier by steps, where you can also observe reefs, fish, crabs, saw a stingray and a sea urchin. There is only a bar with drinks on the beach. The animation is not intrusive, I haven't even seen them much. The hotel is very good. I can definitely recommend it. Another plus: the SensoMall is not far away and it's not a long drive to the airport)

The hotel is cool, 5 minutes walk to the sea, a huge water park, 3 children's water parks (all heated), several large heated pools, waiters approach the sun beds, bring drinks. There is not much choice in food, but they did not stay hungry, there were seafood (shrimp, squid, fish). The room was nice, there was a double bed and a single full-size bed for a child.
We rested from March 18 to 23, the weather was changeable from +20 and cloudy to +30, the sea is still cool, it's cold to go in from the heat, but when you swim you get used to it. We mostly swam in warm pools. We didn't go to the city, we only got to the Senzo shopping center, an ordinary modest store.

There is no beach of your own, you need to go across the street and the territory of another hotel, walk for 10 minutes. There is a separate area for our hotel. The family room room is the only thing that pleased me, they actually paid for it, cleaning for 3. As usual in general. We don't like animation, I can't say anything. Children's animation is normal. In general, I do not recommend the hotel.

There are 5 all-inclusive restaurants, several bars, so there is no problem with the choice of food and snacks. The area is architecturally interesting, there are many locations for photos, not a lot of greenery, but this does not diminish the advantages of this hotel. A water park where adults and children can frolic. We liked the a la carte restaurant, we went to only one, I don't remember the name, we took the most delicious fish and there was a very decent white wine. In general, I can say without frills about the kitchen, but we liked everything. Along the sea there is an embankment along which you can walk, for example, with a stroller, as we did in the evenings before going to bed and go to a small market, for example, buy inexpensive fruits, souvenirs or to a pharmacy. The airport is nearby, so the transfer takes 20-30 minutes.

Everything is cool! We rested here at the end of June 2023. I liked the staff (all responsive, smiling), talented chefs with burning eyes, wonderful lighter animators, especially Budi and Kristina!
In the photo below, you can see how hard those who cleaned the room tried. Everything is safe and sound.
The food is good, there is a large selection, it's a pity they didn't treat us with mangoes and watermelons (we will eat apples and oranges in Russia).
Perhaps we did not find, or maybe there are no deep pools on the territory of the hotel (we saw paths at the fitness club, but they are for an additional fee). The slides are cool. Everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily. A free bus takes you to the sea and back, which is also convenient. There are sun beds and a bar on the sea.
We were delighted with the Neverland show! Very cool 🔥
We also went to Luxor, Cairo and the island. Everything is organized perfectly.

The service is excellent, you can use the chips of 3 aquapark/beach/blue hotels. The rooms are decent, daily cleaning, 2 bottles of 0.6 water are added to the room every day, regardless of whether they drank the previous one or not) the territory is huge + two more hotels are within walking distance, nearby (by taxi) the local shopping center Senza mall. There are a huge number of pools for both children and adults, there is a gym and a sports pool with tracks, children's clubs 2 pcs. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away, but there is also a shuttle bus. The blue sky company took snorkeling and an excursion to paradise island, it was something magnificent)) I definitely recommend it)

There are many bars and restaurants. You can use the territory of all three hotels. We stayed in rooms in three-storey buildings. Rooms are cleaned daily. The room has everything you need: tea set, safe, etc. The TV allows you to connect a USB flash drive. The room is nice, there is a small balcony, the balcony has everything for relaxing and having a good evening, there is a small dryer. Bed linen, as well as towels, which are not few .The mattress on the bed is comfortable. The rooms are very cozy. Otherwise, everything is as good as in the best hotels. But I can tell from the food that this hotel will be better than many others like it. Daily meat, fish and chicken. In general, they try to cook in different ways. Seafood is also served , as well as a lot of vegetables and fruits . I was very surprised by the presence of freshly squeezed various juices for breakfast, they were served every day. Everything is cooked very tasty , and my eyes ran away from the delights of the cuisine . It is not necessary to go to the main restaurant at lunch, there is a snack bar right on the beach and you can not leave the beach at all. It serves a variety of drinks, pizzas, pasta, fries, vegetables and fruits. The beach is not far away, it is useful to take a walk. The food is quite decent for every taste, the choice of dishes is large. The sea is across the street, on the territory of a 5-star hotel. The beach is magnificent, the sea is deep enough without furious tides, fenced off with a net from all predatory animals. The Aqua Park made a good impression, but if you are not planning to ride down the slides, then it is better to consider the neighboring Vista or Blue hotels. Their pools are simply gorgeous, unlike the Aqua Park. I highly recommend this hotel chain.
