A wonderful hotel for a family holiday, there is something for children to do. Delicious food, especially dinners, ideal for CHILDREN to enter the water, but the sea is shallow, there is no reef, the beach is sandy. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. They clean well, the rooms are not shabby. Local alcohol from morning to 00. It's windy in winter, but that doesn't stop you from relaxing.
You need to ask for bathrobes and slippers, they are there. We'll come again!

The hotel itself is beautiful! Pools for children of different ages, and with entertainment complexes and just to swim. Evening programs every day. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the floors leave much to be desired. The room itself, nothing extra luxurious. The beach is nearby, but it's worth thinking about fly sprays, lying quietly on the beach without waving them off is not realistic. Another tip for those who are going to this hotel, be sure to bring medicines for the stomach, because from this cuisine (despite the variety of restaurants) on the second day the stomachs howled, sorbents, diarrhea and intestinal infections are mandatory. And another tip is to take drying, crackers and doshiki or broths with you, since if children or you have a malfunction in the gastrointestinal tract, there is something suitable nearby.

We had a rest on 08/01/24-12.08 with our family. I liked everything very much. Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. A good hotel for families with young children. There are a lot of slides in the pool. We didn't have any little ones, but it didn't hurt. The beach is nice and clean, but shallow, there are enough pools. There's water in the fridges at any bar, take as much as you want.
One disadvantage is that the animation is very passive, especially in the evenings. I would like to have more contests, dance music, so that the evenings would be active. It turns out there's nothing else to do after baby time.

We are vacationing with our son (5 years old) now in this hotel. Everything is very nice and cozy around. All the hotel staff are very good-natured and caring. We flew here with friends and were settled in neighboring rooms. The food is varied and very tasty! The rooms are immaculately cleaned! I recommend this hotel for families with children! A great hotel for families with children. There are many slides for young children who can choose between different options.. There are also pools for different ages nearby, if children are still swimming uncertainly and want to feel the bottom under their feet.. the beach on the sea is nice, pleasant sand. The entrance to the sea is designed for children, there are small pebbles underfoot, but it is tolerable to enter the sea without special shoes. In the evening, it's also great to spend time with children on the territory of the hotel after dinner: mini golf, petanque, a small town with a slide and swings to frolic, big chess. But it was difficult to play table tennis in the evening because of the wind.. During the day, I was glad that I could get ice cream in a cafe near the beach, which the children really liked. I highly recommend the hotel for families with children!

Almost every day in the activity club, they searched for treasures, then quizzes, then pizza, then aquagrimm, in the evenings every day aquagrimm, animation and 2 times a week a clown show and a magician, inflatable trampolines once a week. For adults, there is also entertainment every day, but we already left for the room. The most delicious cocktails and coffee in the lobby bar and beer too)). We booked rooms (ELITE ROOM SIDE SEA VIEW) - but instead all the rooms in the hotel had a view of the pool. There were only a few rooms with sea views at the end of the hotel. Our hotel is also considered to be: 16+, but on the beach we were separated only by a pier from the hotel with children and being on the beach we had to listen to the screams and squeaks of children all day, although we paid for a hotel without children, where it wakes up quietly and calmly. In the morning, a poisonous zebra fish was seen in the sea near the pier every day, and at low tide once a stone fish, both fish are among the ten most poisonous fish. It is good that they are not aggressive and do not attack first.
Being on the beach, we could not enjoy the view of the sea in full, as a large number of ships were parked with buoys, which when they sailed to the pier exuded a disgusting smell of diesel fuel, if at that moment you were at sea, then you began to feel sick from this smell. There is also no shower on the beach to rinse off after swimming in the sea, there is only for rinsing your feet.
There were also discos in the courtyard of the hotel every evening and we were forced to listen to them and could not fall asleep until they were over, although we expected a quiet and relaxing vacation.
Let's move on to food, drinks and service. Only one restaurant was open for breakfast and vow, in the morning you could stand in line for an omelet for up to five minutes, as well as at lunch for pasta. The coffee from the coffee machines was instant, it was impossible to drink it. It was only after complaining on the fourth day that we found out that there is a 24-hour bar in the lobby where they make normal coffee, but is it okay to have breakfast in one place and then go to another place to drink coffee? The yogurt was poured into bowls and it is not clear what is poured there at all. The greens were already wilted, and they put the same one for breakfast and lunch.
There was only one bar by the pool, there is no bar on the beach. But they had two waiters on the whole beach who brought drinks and by the time they brought them, the beer had already managed to heat up a little. It was easier and faster to go by yourself. Even if they were tipped faster and better, they didn't bring drinks.

The food is varied and delicious, lots of fruits (melon, plums, grapes, apples, pears). Three restaurants and one AlaCart by appointment once a week.
The rooms are neat with well-functioning air conditioners, whole furniture, excellent lighting! Interior with small traces of use:) The beach is sandy, partly with a lawn, there are a lot of sun beds and they are not all occupied, slow deepening of the sea floor for children, you can build sand castles and stay here with small children.
Pools of different depths from 50cm to 120cm, always clean, I saw how water samples were taken and analyzed.
The hotel is very clean both inside and outside, there are a lot of bins with separate garbage collection, the cleaners are almost invisible.
The territory is not small and not huge, there is a very large hall at the reception.
Very good Internet throughout the territory, it is not very convenient to log in (you will need it once) but the speed is good, which is rare in hotels in Egypt.

Cons - children over 6 years old will be VERY bored there. For adults, if you don't drink, there's not much to do either. There is almost no delicious food, and it is scattered across three restaurants. There are no fruits - unripe melons, apples, plums, oranges. It was also very annoying that the pools open at 10 and close at 6 p.m., and considering that it was the hottest time at that time, it was almost impossible to swim properly. Touts for excursions, spas, fur coats, etc. constantly walk along the beach and by the pools... The territory is very small, there is nowhere to walk, there is nothing to do. In short, after dinner, you can go straight to bed. But this will not work either - in the central square between the buildings, music is blaring until nightfall, which is perfectly audible in the rooms. There is no beach - the sea is shallow enough, 100 meters from the shore only up to the chest of an adult, since in the evening it goes even further at low tide. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I flew in from Hurghada yesterday.I chose the hotel very carefully and did not regret it! Excellent service, attentive staff, always come up and ask what you want to drink (then they remember who needs what), the food is varied, there is always fish, beef, lots of fresh vegetables and always grilled vegetables, fresh croissants, fruit salad, omelette, waffles for breakfast. I would like to mention the cake separately, it's something very tasty and fresh, different every day! I advise you to eat in an Italian restaurant, this is my favorite! There are a lot of vacationers with children, but it didn't bother me, we enjoyed the sun and the warm sea in November. The room was deluxe, very large and clean, with a balcony and everything you need, starting with shampoo and ending with toothpaste! There are many Europeans among the vacationers, there are locals, knowledge of English is welcome)). There are interesting programs every evening, the hotel has good wine and excellent beer. I am delighted with the rest, I recommend this hotel to everyone, especially with children for whom there are 4 pools. There are two swimming pools for adults, one was heated! We went with our family to this hotel guided by the reviews, most of which were positive or even enthusiastic.. We were very disappointed in front of the hotel. The check-in was very long. Despite the fact that we were with the children at the reception, they did not pay any attention to us, did not give specifics on the time of check-in, we were not offered welcome drinks - just ignored. The standard room is very small, the stated 40m is certainly not there.
I read in the reviews that the hotel is very large and beautiful with a gorgeous territory. However, as it turned out, the hotel actually has no territory. There are buildings lined with the letter P, and in the middle there are pools with sun loungers. There is nowhere to walk in the shade here.
The beach is big enough, clean, there were always enough sun loungers. The sea is clean without waves, but very shallow. You can walk for a long time and it will be shallow.
The main disappointment for us at this hotel was the food! There was nothing to eat for breakfast at all. Only bread and fried eggs were edible, for which there was a long queue. Porridge here is just milk with cereals. Usually, all-inclusive hotels have very tasty pancakes, here they were inedible - rubber and hard, exactly the same waffles. As for lunches and dinners, they are also very, very meager here, the children ate mostly pasta and French fries. In addition, poorly washed plates and glasses were often found.
Perhaps this is the order of things for Egypt, but this hotel is definitely not worth 1€ per person. Maybe out of season, when there is less tourist flow and prices are lower, a trip to this hotel will make sense. I definitely do not recommend it in high season.

It cost 100 bucks. + If you need photos, the photographer will make them for you for $ 100-120 for everything, both at sea and on the Island. There is also a spa and a safari tour.
We went in June, when a man was eaten by a shark on one of the neighboring beaches. So, this hotel has networks in the sea beyond the buoys, and I am very glad that this is the case. As I understand it, most hotels have only buoys.

The rooms are lovely, the cleaning is daily. There are several restaurants where the menu is really almost the same. But there are no problems with empty seats. The menu is varied, especially in the evenings, there is a lot of grilled meat, fruits, vegetables, etc. Entertainment every day, for children there is also an entertainment program every day. Discos, concerts, animators. Special thanks to the animators, they try for everyone. Many thanks to the Russian girls at the reception, Valeria and Svetlana. If there were any questions, they always helped at the first request. The only thing that upsets is that there are very few Russians, and therefore the hotel pays great attention to Germans, Arabs, etc. The animation is also in German and English. There are also a lot of pools, bars on the territory of the hotel, for every taste. We recommend that you also relax at this hotel.
