I'm not resting for the first time in this hotel, I really like it, Oasis is simpler, Palace is more expensive, between them is a river of seawater, a huge beach, pantones, entrance to the sea from the lagoon, excellent service and food, almost around the clock. The only negative is that the Marsa Alam airport is closed for Russians, it is open for the rest of the CIS and Europe, which is a shame, since it is located 15 minutes from the hotel. There is a lot of entertainment, there are 2 slides and a river. We got there last time by individual transfer from Hurghada for about 3.5 hours (280km). But it's worth it if you come for 2 weeks

The hotel is clearly not 5 stars😂 The sea was important to me, the hotel has everything you need, but everything is old, the water is cold or only hot, they turned it off once, the card from the door broke, the door of the neighbors broke, therefore, the hotel is already old, the room was good, comfortable beds. The food is terrible, I'm silent about how dirty the Egyptians are and there were constantly not enough mugs and plates. The sea is beautiful, it's worth going there for, ideal for diving. The staff is embittered, they obviously don't like Russians and you understand why, the Germans are "licked", they bargain viciously. The only thing I liked was the Safari trip (thanks to Ibrahim), he was friendly and responded to any questions and of course the sea. If there is a choice between Tunisia and Egypt, I will definitely choose Tunisia. Egypt wins in climate, it's hot and sunny all year round, that's why I went there for the first time.🙂

In short, we were completely delighted with the sea . Now the hotel itself . It has not been new for a long time , the staff is so - so , Germans are surprised by noticeably more attention than Russian speakers , of whom there are surprisingly a lot . We checked in for a long time , we chose the room from the third time , the first two were just nailed down . There is no food at the hotel , I can't remember anything delicious . The same beef every day and dry chicken . Of course, there were vegetables and side dishes , there was a constant queue for pasta , this is the first time I've seen this, there are very few fruits and they are quickly disassembled . In general , sometimes we would have an omelet for breakfast and lunch if we had been given it . In general, there is a moment of disappointment, of course. No one requires the hotel to comply with quarantine measures from vacationers. At the airport , everyone is wearing masks , but they are stuffed like herrings in a barrel , the distance is very often not observed , everything is very long . Another positive point is a trip to Luxor and a desert Safari, tours were taken from Mido Bikham on social networks, so much cheaper than a guide. If you are interested in original Egyptian oils, then I advise you to find eliteargan on Instagram, there is a very large selection, we ordered jojoba, black cumin and argan much cheaper than in the shops nearby, there is also delivery to the hotel. In general , we still had a good rest , we went overseas in the first place and it 's good that we figured out how to get alcohol in Duty Free .
