Definitely a good hotel! Bars, restaurants, kitchen occupancy in the shared restaurant, swimming pools, children's slides, access to the sea, everything is right at a good level. What surprised me the most is that technologists go to restaurants and check the quality of food! We arrived for a week from October 19th to 26th, we were given a semi-suite, due to the fact that we asked for a room with a good view, but at that time there was only one such room and it turned out to be a semi-suite without additional charges. The hotel staff are very nice and polite people who want to show the tourist their professional approach to work. A lot of employees speak Russian well, no one is trying to cheat, as in Turkey, for example. There is also a cool shop on site with oils, tea and everything that is sold in the old Charm or the new, the owner Yusef speaks Russian very well, I advise you not to look for shops around, but trust Yusef and buy Egyptian products from him, since everything is of the highest quality and not expensive, as well as Yusef is the owner of the store silver and jewelry, also at the highest level. An example of the price of oil: from the Herbalist Mahmoud (who is in the old Charm), Helba oil costs $ 20, and from Yusef you can buy the same oil for $ 18-20, without driving around the city and digging up nothing in shops. The only place where it will be really cheaper is at the factories in Cairo (but it takes 10 hours to get there from Sharma).

I liked the hotel. The food is excellent. The alcohol is good. The champagne is delicious. Canned beer. Meat, seafood, fruits, sweets - everything is delicious. The rooms are large and clean, everything is working properly. The room has bathrobes, slippers, a loom, a washcloth, shampoo, balm, shower gel, soap. The hotel has an employee, Mr. Moatez, who will solve any issue. Every hotel should have such an employee. The beach is not for children - there is a 2/2 paddling pool. That's it. Well, the pools. A great hotel, we had a rest in early October, arrived at the hotel at 2:30 a.m. we were immediately checked into a room and fed, the food was varied, there were a lot of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, they make delicious cocktails. Mango, strawberry and guava smoothies are made on the beach and in the dining room. It is very tasty, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice, but you need to ask, the staff does not offer these drinks. The staff is responsive, responds to any requests quickly. We lived in the main building, after a few days of rest we saw a chic bungalow area with a cool pool, but we did not change the room, but I recommend everyone to pay 50 dollars and get high next to the pool. Of course, there are disadvantages of the hotel, this is a room stock that requires repair, it is difficult to go to the sea by stairs, it needs to be taken into account who is vacationing with children and people of age. But these disadvantages were not significant for us, we will definitely return to this hotel

We have been staying at the hotel since 11/24/2024! I liked the hotel, the food is delicious, quite varied. The staff is friendly, the beach is stepped, but very atmospheric and cozy. The rooms are not bad, the only thing that was not very pleasant, at the reception, when they asked to settle in a bungalow, they presented an additional payment of 2,500 rubles per night, and we rested for 7 nights. Sea: warm and clean. The reef at the hotel is beautiful, but short. In a couple of days I got to know every inhabitant.
Beach: sunbeds are occupied from 7 am. There is no chance of finding a free one later. An interesting tiered structure, bartenders are just patient souls! There are a couple of fresh water showers and a decent toilet.
Food: very decent cuisine with an oriental accent. Hummus, falafel and babaganush are beyond praise. Beef is stewed deliciously in tagine. There is a huge variety on the buffet, you can easily find something to your taste. Plus three free Ala-maps of the restaurant. Very tasty meat with Italian sauce, sea bass in Mediterranean and a set of grilled kebabs in Lebanese.
Drinks: I was really surprised by the constant availability of divine fresh mango and strawberry. With the addition of a local quite decent white sparkling wine, a magical drink is obtained. Sakara beer in bottling is good, the canned one did not inspire. I have not tasted strong drinks.
Rooms: tired. Clean, but poor. In the absence of high expectations, it is pleasant to note high-quality mattresses, good bed linen, a full minibar and an updated supply of toiletries.
The territory is large and well maintained.

We are currently staying at this hotel. Excellent location, clean and well-groomed territory, friendly and friendly staff.The food is excellent, everything is very tasty. I liked the staff in the restaurant and at the bars the most-they try very hard, so it was never a pity to tip them-to which they smiled shyly and thanked for a long time, and as I noticed, people mostly never tip in the restaurant, but only cleaning in the rooms, please note which the hard work of the other guys, and how much they do for your vacation. The bartender at the Irish pub is also very good, they pour branded alcohol there. There are few young people in the hotel, mostly families with children, but my friend and I were not bored, we went to aqua aerobics every day-we liked it the most. I have been to Egypt 5 times already, each time in different hotels, and if I ever come here again, I will go to this hotel for high-quality service!

We had a family vacation in early November 2024. The weather was wonderful. A lot of emotions and impressions from the time spent. The hotel staff gave us a warm, welcoming welcome. The administrator Moataz Samak was very attentive to the needs of our family. He offered a suitable room, which we really liked. I was pleased with the convenient access to the sea and other attractions of the hotel. The spacious balcony allowed admiring the wonderful scenery. We were going for luck. As always, a budget (relatively) vacation in Egypt, even in the top five, is a lottery. I was lucky this time. We lived in a separate cottage, they call it a villa. Like it. I didn't like the beach and the reef. There is simply no beach. The reef is semi-dry. But the sea is clear, the approach is from the pier. There are fish, but not as many as on living corals. The lack of a beach area is compensated, in our case, by a separate swimming pool with a green lawn around. I can't tell you how people lived in the main building. Restaurants, both basic and a la carte, are quite well fed. Bars, in huge numbers, operate in different parts of the territory. Alcohol is normal. In general, our vacation was a success. A royal extension of our summer.

It's not 5*. I am writing from the hotel on the day of departure. We had a rest from 18.02 to 24.02. The hotel did not meet our expectations. Among the advantages: a large well-maintained territory; responsiveness of some employees. The rest is a complete minus: not varied and often just not delicious food (in fact, beef, potatoes and grilled vegetables turned out to be edible). The chicken and fish were salted once on different days. Fruits and fresh vegetables are often not ripe. There are service problems in the dining room of the main building, which is proudly called a restaurant here. There were often no dishes or napkins on the tables. Upon request, everything was brought. Drinks: Local alcohol in identical plastic bottles. The taste and color of whiskey are no different from rum and (!) Tequila. A scalding liquid with the smell of cheap Russian cognac, suitable only in diluted form with cola. The bar has a local red label and probably something else, but for a fee. Honestly, I didn't spend the money because I had a bottle of sapphire from Dutch fries with me. Beer = baltika toroyka, by the pool will go under the nuggets. Swimming pool: there are 3. 1 large heated pool (in fact, the water was colder than in the sea) The second one is not heated, but with a beautiful area around. And the third one was supposed to be with seawater, but there was no water for three days. Then there was no desire to visit T. We went to the seaside. There is also a children's pool. The sea is warm at 22 degrees. There is a small reef and a lot of fish right off the coast (snorkeling was a success). There is actually no beach. There are wooden terraces attached to the rock on which there are sun beds and a beach bar. There's plenty of room for everyone. It will be difficult for people with wheelchairs and sore legs to get to the sea, as well as to return from it (there are many steps without options) Rooms: we were offered a bungalow with an additional payment of $75. One of the advantages of the bungalow is a private exit with a terrace overlooking the pool. One of the disadvantages is that the room is tired. Two outlets were not working, and water was intermittently flowing from under the bathroom. The door by the bedside table fell off. After the appeals, everything was fixed. According to reviews from other tourists, whom I managed to get to know during my vacation, they also have some problems in their rooms. There was little animation: Yoga, darts and bachata classes are held by the pool for 15 minutes a day. There was no animation for children at all. We went to Naama Bay and the Old Town by taxi using the InDrive app for $ 4-5. A hotel taxi costs $15-20. Something like that. The hotel is a solid three-plus out of five. The impressions were smoothed out only by the good sunny weather and guided tours, but this is not the merit of the hotel. There is no desire to return here.

We had a rest in July 2024. I liked the hotel. The cuisine is varied, delicious, satisfying, lots of fruits, juices, fresh fruits. The staff is friendly. We had a vacation in January 2025 with 3 children (11, 10 and 9 years old). There is no animation for children at all, children have nothing to do in the evening. There are afternoon games: darz and bache - that's the end of it. The Rotana hotel is nearby, there is music and dancing for children and adults all evening, but here it is quiet. I didn't like the service in the restaurant, the staff was kind of crazy. Instead of helping us carry the chair to the table, since there are 5 of us, they grabbed the chair and told us to move to another table. So every time we come to a restaurant, my three children and I had to look for a table for more than 5 people. Is it okay that there are a lot of people in the hotel and there aren't many such tables? I had to send the waiters with three letters every time. I didn't like the food, the same thing every day. Fruits are not ripe (not sweet melons, not sweet guava and ordinary apples). All that's left of Rixos is the unfinished alcohol, and it's already running out. The hotel consists of a summer area and a winter area. The summer area is the main building of rooms built in the USSR, which you don't want to stay in. In January, neither the slides, nor the salt pool, or anything in the main building are open. The winter area is a bungalow with its own large swimming pool. It's kind of heated, but that's a very controversial issue. The water there is cold, but not icy like in the main building. The beach is rocky, the descent down the stairs is difficult, and especially the ascent. There are few sun beds and everyone is busy. It is not suitable for small children. The contingent of the hotel at the end of their stay was simply surprised, the Tajiks arrived. We'll never come back here again. The hotel's website says something about golf. My husband and I walked around the field and saw the devastation there. I am attaching a photo. Please read the negative reviews and be prepared to face pitfalls.

The kitchen is for an amateur, they have everything with seasonings, even ice cream, the hotel is ultra all inclusive, there is also a late dinner, the fruits are hard, not ripe, mango was not given, I really liked the restaurant near the pool with Lebanese cuisine, very tasty! In the evenings there is a program, first for children, then for adults so, for 3+, champagne and white wine are pleasant, red is not very, beer is canned, but I do not know what it is not drunk! The staff are wonderful, kind, smiling, they do everything at the first call! The non-alcoholic refrigerator is filled daily, all gels, shampoos, everything is daily, the gardener is constantly cutting and watering! The water in the pool was very warm for the first 2 days, and then it was cold, the sea was warmer. But when it's +40 outside, the refreshing pool gets high. We went on excursions a lot, we were always given dry rations. I really liked the hotel, I recommend it!

The hotel is very hospitable, there are a lot of staff, it does not happen that there is no waiter or someone from the staff in the eye radius to ask about something. This is an undoubted plus. Their service is excellent, it is always clean even at parties, everyone is busy with their own business, one delivers drinks, another cleans, the third sweeps. The level of hospitality is high - you feel welcome here.
Meals for 4 points, every day they announce which kitchen will be in the evening, there is no need to run first to the buffet, as they very carefully control the temperature of the dishes and their availability. There is a variety, meat, chicken, fish always, as well as a couple of dishes with local flavor and pasta. In general, you will always find something to eat, but not to say that everything is just delicious.
Alcohol is not very good, beer is local, but we found a loophole and asked for Heineken, we have been drinking it for the last 4 days, I must say the bartenders are not willing to give it, someone says fundamentally that there is no.
On the beach, it would be worthwhile to more actively control the reservation of sunbeds, since there are very few of them, and especially gifted people occupy everything at 7 a.m., as everywhere else, but here it is especially felt. you can endlessly walk through the mazes and never find where to fall. Positive:

Cool saltwater pools and the one with the current. We'll have to walk to the sea, but it didn't bother us. Two piers. The reef is very rich in a variety of fish. The ticket was to the most ordinary room. At the reception, for a ridiculous surcharge, they settled in a bungalow, 50 meters from the room door to the pool!
Minuses:
-lack of animation, although I need it, but I've never seen this (there are two animators for a huge hotel, just keep in mind);
- the administration does not care at all about those who want to play volleyball)) the net is torn and sagging, there is nothing to pour hot sand with (there is no hose and where to connect it if available), the ball is torn, the tourists themselves bought the ball at the hotel store. It's clear that there are at least a few people who want to play every day, but again, I judge by myself, I've never seen this in hotels;
- there are no paper napkins on the tables in the "dining room", I always had to ask the waiters;
- the room we were in is a little "tired" in terms of furniture and repairs, but this is a trifle compared to its location and size.

Here's how to rate this hotel. I understand that Egypt has always been like this, here you need to be prepared for poor service, food and drinks. Maybe there are good hotels here, but I haven't met them, I've been to Egypt 4 times, but nothing has changed for a long time. I think I'll go to Turkey for the service, it's very comfortable there.
The room with a sea view in the main building is not bad. The sofa seems to be new, the rest is shabby, but acceptable. The room itself is large. I'll give you a plus for him. But there's a lot of dust on the fixtures, it's age-old. It is convenient to get to the sea and the warm pool from the room.
The food and drinks are not the same as they were in the reviews. Apparently Rixos has taken his buns, but Albatross has not yet brought them in. There are no delicious freshly squeezed juices here. Packaged yuppie is poured into the decanters.
We arrived on December 24. On the first and second days there was Heineken beer in 0.3 cans and champagne. It hasn't been available since December 26, maybe they'll bring more.
There are no beer snacks (nuts, chips) in bars.
Cola, Fanta, sprite, schweppes and local cheap beer in jars are a plus.
There is really a huge problem with sun beds on the beach, but I was ready for this - I tolerate it.
There are always no towels, we have to wait.
The pool is very poorly heated. For me, it's cold because we take into account the wind, someone will be fine. I've already been to another hotel in Egypt on New Year's Eve - the heating was much better. The pool itself is very large, it is convenient to swim.
The reef is normal.
The food is consistently not tasty. Eggs, vegetables, pastries, grilled chicken (sometimes beef, sometimes squid), rice, simple pasta, cereal with milk, some ice cream, fries. This is something that can be eaten and is generally delicious. The rest is not. We spent 3 days on vegetables, eggs and grilling. I'm already tired, today we'll replace cucumbers and tomatoes with boiled vegetables, for a change.
The food is not significant in reviews and reviews, but it was better. There was a whole table with appetizers, they made salads like Caesar. This is not the case now.
The mini club is closed, there is a mini disco and evening shows for adults.
The staff are mostly polite, there is no extortion. We leave tips, but with chocolates, they like it.
In general, Egypt is like Egypt. An ordinary hotel.
For 190 thousand for the New Year's Eve week for 3 is fine. I wish it was at least like in the reviews for Rixos, but we'll get over it.

A very good hotel, perhaps one of the most comfortable in Egypt.
Friendly staff, not intrusive and very responsive, we were satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back to this hotel.
