The hotel is very nice, new, opened 2 years ago. The location is convenient, 5 minutes from the airport. There are no planes. The hotel has a European approach, all the staff are very friendly. There are 4 outdoor pools, one of them is heated. There is an indoor swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The beach is very nice, the sun beds are protected from the wind, so on days when the wind is strong, it is more comfortable on the beach than by the pool. Access to the sea is easy, and there is also a pier from which you can go directly into the depths. The administrator, Dina, is Russian-speaking, a great fellow, very helpful in many matters, do not hesitate to approach her. And if you're going to come, please bring buckwheat and chocolate from Russia)) The staff understands Russian, but the hotel is mainly aimed at Europeans. It doesn't cause any discomfort, sometimes you want to take a break from the Russians. There are few of them here. The animation is calm and unobtrusive. There are evening programs and a disco. But we didn't go to it, as we chose this hotel exclusively for a relaxing stay. We had a late flight, and we managed to extend the room, for which I would like to thank Dina again. The room is very comfortable, there is everything you need. Big TV, there are Russian channels. Cleaning and replenishment of the minibar every day. The bar has cola, sprite, juices and beer. If desired, you can additionally order a hair conditioner, a toothbrush set with toothpaste and a brush. The only drawback is that sometimes the minibar is not fully replenished, but this can be solved through the administrator Dina. The food in all the restaurants at the hotel is very varied and delicious. Which was unexpected, since on previous trips to Egypt, I had a bad experience with food. Alcohol is the same as everywhere else in Egypt, with the exception of the lobby bar, where you can get premium alcohol. We are very satisfied with the rest, we recommend it!

We were satisfied with our stay at the Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort, we had a rest on 05/28/05/2025. Operator Biblioglobus , flight from St. Petersburg by Aeroflot.
There are nuances in the hotel, of course, but not essential. The hotel is a good, quite decent Egyptian foursome. Unfortunately, by the standards of Turkish five-star hotels, local service, UALL drinks and much more are lame. But this is Egypt))))
So, from the main and most important :
- A 16+ hotel is a buzz if you want a relaxing holiday without the screeching and whining of children. We basically chose a hotel with an "Adult-only" holiday format.
- The contingent is 40+. There are many Germans and Poles. By the way, there are not very many Russians. But that's a good thing. Citizens from Ukraine were not observed .
- The hotel is brand new, which is a huge plus!!! Among other Hurghada hotels, it is distinguished by its sleek design. White, neat. The rooms are well equipped, plumbing, furniture are all normal. Minimalism, but cozy enough. It's a great bed. The big TV. We lived in a Premium room with a sea view on the 3rd floor. Very comfortable and spacious room. The cleaning is normal, but if you leave a couple of bucks, hearts, flowers, etc. will be laid out on the bed. I pampered our janitor with Russian chocolate. I'm sure he was happy)))
- The service at the hotel is not perfect, Egyptian so to speak. But the staff is trying. They hang a red flag on an umbrella on the beach from obsessive service dealers. A super option! You will not be disturbed (a flag with the inscription "Do not disturb" should be asked from the local savior). I hung it up every day!
- A very nice Russian girl, Milena, from the guest service. She was with us when we checked in and later helped us resolve issues. Through it, you can sign up for an Ala Kart restaurant, for example, ask for something, complain about something, etc. It's great that the hotel has a similar option.
- The beach is clean , sandy with a smooth approach . Ebb and flow daily. Small . Boats and yachts are indeed present, but they do not strain and complement the resort atmosphere.
- You will not see the underwater world here. Small fish and crabs run around after low tide. There were lilac-colored jellyfish, I advise you not to interact with them.
- The hotel has no problems with sun beds on the beach, not by the sea - you will find a place a little further away
- The animation is unobtrusive, standard: boccia, volleyball, darts, water aerobics, the animation team is average. A nice girl, Polina, left with us, so she stood out significantly from the others. Cute animator Michelle.
- The evening shows are very simple, but they are there. The hotel doesn 't spend much on artists . But it didn't upset us.
- The food is average, not Wow. According to the reviews, I thought it would be better. But you won't stay hungry for sure.
- Alcohol is local, there is no imported alcohol. More or less not a bad white wine. I was basically just drinking it.
- Reusable plastic cups in the beach bar. At first you're squeamish, then you get used to it.... But this is certainly not correct .
As a result, I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday without children. A week is just right! The sea, the sun and a comfortable atmosphere!
