Great hotel. We had a vacation in January 2025. The hotel has everything for active recreation, a fitness room, a running track, and a 50-meter heated swimming pool. I liked that there are three Albatross hotels on the same territory, which can be used by all guests. There is a heated water park, children rode the slides daily. The cuisine is very tasty and varied. I took a bus to the beach. The staff is very friendly and unobtrusive.

A completely normal hotel for your money. The food is not as varied as in many other hotels, but all the dishes are very tasty. Beef is generally bombastic. The room was very "tired", but everything worked and there are no complaints about cleanliness - they cleaned well, turned the figures out of towels. The room has a large comfortable shower, modern TV.
The hotel bar is being renovated on the beach, so for now it has been replaced with a temporary small bar, and there is sent to the beach restaurant of the 1st line hotels.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. We walked.
Among the minor disadvantages are old furniture and the fact that towels must be carried to the beach from the hotel

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025. A great place to relax. The rooms were not cleaned, it even seemed that they were too clean for Egypt.!!! The staff is friendly. It takes 5 minutes by bus to the sea, and 15 minutes on foot (we always walked. The weather was great) . The total area of the three hotels. Lots of restaurants and a great water park. The fact is that the rooms were not ready for arrival at 14:00. My wife and I were accommodated in room 6278 with separate beds. The room was also seriously smoky. Entertainment for everyone is provided here); professional sports infrastructure and equipment (except that there is no stadium); wheelchair users feel confident on the territory of the hotel, access is everywhere, they will arrive before you arrive, but buses to the beach without a ramp. I'm not a very sophisticated tourist, I rest 2-4 times a year, the overall impression is that in comparison, the hotel didn't come to me, my wife didn't come in, the child was wheeled in with a whoosh (water park!).

Nice hotel.
Of all the hotels I've been to in Egypt, this is the best , without jambs .
A large , beautiful , well-groomed and, most importantly, clean territory for me. And in general , everything is clean everywhere .
We had a large room with a beautiful view of the pool, a large bathroom, and a dressing room.
Cleaned every day , cleaned well ( we left it for tea ) , towels were also changed every day .

Upon arrival, I was a little upset by the way the hotel greets guests at the reception (minus one star), I don't know what his name is, with a haughty look, I could have smiled at least, it felt like we were some kind of scum who came specifically to visit him without an invitation, very not nice on his part. The management should instruct the reception staff how to greet hotel guests, there is something to compare it with. I am not pleased as a guest. Because of such employees, the initial impression of the hotel spoils, and darkens the mood of guests who are already tired of the flight. I fell in love with Egypt, and especially with this hotel. I liked everything (except the fish restaurant). There is a huge selection of food in the main restaurant, you will definitely not stay hungry. The staff are all great, they try very hard. Everything is clean and tidy. The room is cleaned well every day, and without tips, we tipped on the last day, for their efforts. At the reception, a couple of people are very friendly, but the rest are of course indifferent.
It's a bit far to the sea, but there's always a bus.
The water park is large, for different ages. There are a lot of people, but there are no long queues.

I originally intended to buy a tour to another hotel, but ended up in Albatros Aqua Park 4*. And here I realized that the choice was in favor of this hotel.

The room is comfortable, clean, large. There is a kettle, a refrigerator, a set of dishes, in the bathroom soap sets in dispensaries and individual.
The infrastructure is excellent-a water park for adults, for children up to 10 years old and for small ones, that is, three zones separated by pools and sun beds.
The smartest fitness center with the latest fitness equipment, accessories for sports, a huge gym with several zones. For a fee, a sauna and a swimming pool with 25-meter paths.
As for food, everything is on schedule, but you can eat in food courts and cafes.
