Great salon!
The location is convenient, the interior is beautiful, friendly staff.
All wishes are taken into account, tea/coffee was offered at the meeting.
The atmosphere and attitude of the master are very relaxing.

No one has been going to the salon just for a service for a long time, there are a lot of good craftsmen. Good service is the basic component of any decent salon, unfortunately, this is not the case here.
Waiting for the master for 10 + minutes, the master did not introduce himself, who did not apologize, an unprepared room, an uncomfortable chair, air conditioning at + 16 and the saddest thing is a standard smart pedicure for 2 + hours with an uneven coating, which I noticed after (it's not about alignment, of course), the shape changed at the discretion of the master.
But I would have taken everything described above with me and would not have returned in silence if it hadn't been for the aftertaste of unprofessional comments towards the client — sometimes it's better not to say anything.
I won't come back and I don't recommend it.

Cozy and atmospheric salon. Diana is a smart girl, now for a manicure definitely to her. Listens to wishes, does not cut down too much, works very carefully. After 3 weeks, the corners are not broken, the cuticle is neat (not a hedgehog) and the nails look good.

Previously, I went to Master Ekaterina for a manicure, everything was great, but she quit and I signed up for another master. At first, this girl told me 5 times what terrible thin nails I have, from the comment: "They didn't think to sign up for a pedicure," I was upset. At the end of the manicure, she was taking pictures of my nails WITHOUT ASKING ... It would have been fine, but a week had passed since the manicure, and I already had detachments... I used to calmly go with gel polish to the sauna and to the pool - everything was great, but here in a week there were detachments, despite the fact that neither in the bath nor in the pool I have not yet been... disappointed with the service and the quality of the service. I will not return to this salon anymore🙂
