I am very pleased that I chose this particular hotel! Clean and spacious rooms with all the conditions for a comfortable stay. The location is great-everything is nearby. Friendly and kind hosts, a delicious and inexpensive breakfast (several dishes), including tea and coffee, baby Adrianka lifted her spirits in the morning and charged her with positivity, although it was an overcast day. I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Tbilisi! Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed for 4 nights in early April.
Positive:
- friendly atmosphere, staff speaks good Russian;
- Fast Wi-Fi;
- cleanliness in the room upon arrival;
- delicious homemade breakfasts;
- they give disposable slippers, shampoo and soap of the hotel option;
- beautiful view from the veranda;
- silence.
Minuses:
- location (40 minutes walk to the center, or take a bus, or call a taxi. Fortunately, the Yandex.Taxi app works great!)
- our room has never been cleaned during the entire stay;
- there is clearly a curtain missing in the shower. I had to try not to pour water all over the bathroom.;
- we didn't have enough in the room: a hair dryer, a kettle, a TV (it's not really needed, of course, but we're still used to a certain level of comfort, especially since the hotel positions itself as a 3*).

Very colorful, homely😍 this is a family hotel - the hostess is very pleasant and attentive to requests. The space turned out to be unexpected for me - it looks like a small hotel from the outside, but inside there is a spacious room (rarely seen so spacious) and a veranda. The view of the city is awesome, especially in the evening it's beautiful 😍 the next time we gather in Tbilisi, we will definitely stay here!

The hostess is a very nice woman who makes this cozy but tired hotel come alive.
She cleans herself, cooks the breakfasts herself. It's not exactly a buffet, but at this price it's wonderful. And the magic buns! She bakes them every morning. She knew I was leaving early, so she cooked them early.
And the most important thing: you will find yourself in the atmosphere of old Tbilisi with its small streets.
You have to take out the trash yourself. But if you ask for towels, they will be given to you right away. The most important thing is not to be scared. You must understand that this is a historical part of Tbilisi,
it is an identity. The views from the terrace of room 110 are fantastic.

A cozy family-run hotel in Tbilisi. The rooms are minimally homelike and breakfasts are also organized. A great view of the city opens from the balcony, especially in the evening. The staff is politely restrained, speaks Russian, among other things, for which special thanks! It is located close to the center, but it is better to go or go by maps. I give 4 stars, as there is always something to improve, for example, to diversify breakfasts and improve the atmosphere in the rooms. However, all this is not critical. It is very good to stay here for a short period of time. I recommend it! And in general, Georgia as a whole just made us fall in love with itself -a warm and hospitable country. Come here!

Lovely hotel: good location - you can walk to the train station and go in any direction by buses, trains. There's also a local market.
Very hearty breakfasts: from omelets to dumplings. You will definitely not stay hungry, and you can even have lunch almost, since breakfast is until 11:00.
It's hard to call this family a staff - these are friends who will respond to any request and give advice if you want to know something about Tbilisi.
The hotel is not new, do not count on crisp sheets and gloss. But the comfort created in the fusion style, the atmosphere of the hotel and the owners make your stay at home.

A wonderful hotel, we were here for 4 days, the beds are comfortable, there is a separate shower, everything is clean, there was access to a terrace with a view of the city. Be sure to pay for breakfast because the hostess prepares divinely (especially delicious buns). There is a living room with a variety of paintings and comfortable furniture to relax. According to the accessibility of transport, there is a metro station within a 15-minute walk, as well as a bus to the old town. There is also a 24-hour store nearby

We've been here for almost a week, and we really enjoyed it. A very warm mini-hotel. When we moved in here after a trip to Batumi, it felt like we were returning home. Delicious breakfasts, nice girls at the reception who will help and prompt you if necessary.

As for the hotel, it is very clean and tidy with an interesting geographical interior at the reception. I would like to express special gratitude to the employee Shchorena, who took care of the life of us as residents. She readily provided some household appliances in place of non-working ones, for example, she gave a hair dryer. She also provided assistance in calling a taxi and in general it was a pleasure to communicate with her. There was no tension in communication and no national division. It's good when people live with their heads and not with media propaganda. Also, Shchorena easily changed our room to a more comfortable one. In general, the hotel has all the stars for comfort and for the employee Shchorena.

It doesn't look like 3 stars at all. The bed linen is very old, worn and in pellets. The room is on the second floor. When the wind blows, you can hear the roof rattling on the roof. The floors are made of wide planks. All the garbage accumulates in the crevices and no one removes it from there.
The floor level in the bathroom is 20 centimeters higher than the rest of the room. You can easily kill yourself at this drop.
The location is not very convenient. I would say that this is a private sector on the outskirts.

Overall a good hotel on solid 4 (We stayed one night) beautiful view of the city day and night. Hospitable hosts, delicious breakfast, the lobby is made with taste... Upon arrival, we were treated to wine, in the evening we bought a bottle of homemade wine for 25 gel. Of the minuses (minor), there were no toothbrushes in the room, for us this was not a problem, we had our own, there was only shower gel, in the shower when you wash the curtain sticks to the body, which is very unpleasant, there was no TV (we fall asleep under it). If you close your eyes to all these little things, then in general it's not bad... For 1-2 nights of norms

A small hotel, rather, I would even say a guest house.
There were problems with the armor, it did not turn out, for what reason, we did not investigate, the supplier repeatedly sent it to the owner's mail.
The woman is nice at the reception, and by the way, the reception is not equipped in any way, she looks at your phone to see if you have a reservation.
We lived for 2 days, no cleaning was done.
We moved to another hotel for the same money, but the conditions are better: cleaning, hair dryer, kettle, tea, water in the rooms, unfortunately, this did not happen here.
I didn't quite like the fact that the "reception", the kitchen are all in one room, separated by a bar counter, in my opinion, is not very convenient.
I put the 4th only out of respect for the woman who met us, and I am not a negative person, but definitely I will not return to this hotel.

A chic little hotel. Everything is convenient, beautiful and tasteful. Clear. The breakfasts are modest, but nutritious and delicious. Excellent design of the hall. There was even a red-haired cat that was nice to pet and feed. The owner of the hotel is a creative person, very hospitable and friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient - a quiet street, clean air, very close to the metro and train station. The center (Sololaki) is a forty-minute walk away slowly.

The hotel is located in an inconspicuous street,and thus creates the feeling that you are a local resident and live in Georgia, it is worth a lot, according to the hotel, the design is tasteful and very cozy, the common area is comfortable,you can sit to eat, drink tea, chat,lived in three on the second floor,the room is wonderful,2 huge double beds,shower toilet,everything is clean, mattresses are not sagged,there is air conditioning,its own area with a table and chairs, in general definitely 4.9/5, I advise you to come back again) p.s. The owner has a separate like, played the piano with us, the ears were pleased.

We arrived for the night looking, but the room turned out to be occupied, and they also cheated, with threats, shouting "Yes, who observes these rules, we don't care about booking at all, go to your place and set the rules there." At first, they claimed that we were not in the booking at all and offered to look at their computer. When we showed them our reservation on their computer, they began to prove that we should have called them beforehand. We booked it a day in advance. Such a nightmarish, frankly boorish attitude has not been seen anywhere in Georgia.

Nika, the owner is worth mentioning separately: it so happened that the water was turned off by the time of arrival. So he gives juice to children and wine to parents)))) Well done. And to talk? Easily. We talked with him late into the night. Plus, he played all the instruments he had. Now the service will tighten up and everything will be OK.
The breakfasts are delicious and hearty: a good help to save the budget.

I am writing an honest comment. We booked this hotel with a friend and her two children. They had been to this hotel before. That is, Niko was personally acquainted with the owner. Booked 4 days before arrival. When we arrived, the owner said that he had rented our room to other people. He knew perfectly well that we were going with the children. I have not seen a more boorish attitude in any hotel in Tbilisi. Tired from the road, we were forced to look for another place to live. At the booking, this owner allowed only his tenants to leave comments. That's why his rating is high. If you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not choose this hotel in any case.
