We stayed at this hotel from February 8 to February 18, 2025, room 1022.
The rooms are spacious, of course, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette and a relaxation room and a chic terrace.
On the very first day, upon arrival, there was a problem with hot water in the showers. She just wasn't in both showers. They came and fixed it. At the end of the renovation, she did not appear in one shower, and in the second the shower head began to be electrocuted. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was broken, but it was fixed without any problems. The kettle in the room also took a long time to live on the fourth day.
The breakfasts don't seem to be bad. Fruits were always present.
There are not enough sun beds by the pool. There were times when all the sun beds were occupied. Some people were smoking by the pool, although the hotel seemed to be more for relaxing with children, but the administration did not react in any way.
The hotel is far from pulling on a 4*. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the rooms. But there was a mini bar. Prices are reasonable in principle.
Really the most homely, most cozy hotel, in silence from the passageways, but at the same time a 15-minute walk to the gorgeous beach and the central street of Karon... The entrance to the hotel does not pass through the reception area, and this is a plus. There was a beautiful pool and the exit from the room was to it...a cafe surrounded by a swimming pool and very tasty by Thai standards and hearty breakfasts....We recommend this place to everyone.
A very nice family hotel. Just about the water treatment plant: there are sewage treatment plants behind the fence. They're making noise. But there is no smell at all, absolutely. Breakfast is quite good: scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, cereals, sausages, pasta, vegetables, everything is great. Even in the middle of the day, it's delicious to eat. Pizza is not very good, do not order it. But the rice is super!!
A big plus is the location, namely, at an elevation. A tsunami is not scary. AND IT'S A VERY INEXPENSIVE STREET. COCONUTS and fruits ON IT ARE CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE - For 40 Baht (120 rubles), Read about their benefits. Souvenirs at this stop on the way from the sea to the hotel are also cheaper than in other places. I wrote about soundproof fences that will fix the situation. The rooms themselves are great. We had a 3-room apartment: a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the beach. We would love to come back.
