Phuket property show sold me an apartment in the unfinished Phuket Encore. The developer Veloche Group cancelled the project at the stage of site preparation. Phuket property show does not provide the support stated at the time of purchase (legal and even government support). And, as it turned out, they have neither lawyers nor connections. I.e., they simply do not have the resources to help get the money back from the developer. I do not recommend it.
