The hotel is on solid 4, there is a Playground, a babysitter, a pool for children and adults, a gym, everything for family recreation. Polite and helpful staff.There are many shops nearby, and of course 7/11 is also there, as well as an excellent restaurant with cuisine from all over the world nearby. It is very convenient to walk to the beach, you pass by shops and fruits, you can take everything you need with you and not waste precious rest time) the beach is excellent, clean and well maintained. Umbrellas and deck chairs are paid. A great, cozy, beautiful hotel with a wonderful territory and friendly staff! We had a rest from 02/14/25 to 02/25/25. We were very satisfied♥
1. Breakfast is served from 6:00-10:00. Very tasty and varied food, a very large selection. There are always 3-4 types of fruits (watermelon, papaya, oranges, guava, pineapple). Dinners can also be eaten at the hotel (buffet)paying an average of 400 baht for an adult, 200 for a child. All the dinners are themed, different menus, very tasty. Drinks are charged separately. There are many cafes with delicious food around the hotel. I especially liked the Andaman cafe, as you leave the hotel it is on the left on the opposite side of the road. It's very tasty and inexpensive. I recommend.
2. Rooms. Small, but cozy. We had a room with 2 large beds. The balcony overlooked the backyard (where there is a Playground for toddlers and a gym). This is the quietest side! Daily room cleaning, bring water and dry towels (both for the shower and for the beach).
3. The territory. The territory of the hotel resembles the Turkish one. It is large, well-groomed with flowers and evening lighting. Several pools. There are high cool water slides and there is a kid's area with a small slide. There is also a children's playroom. There are cafes and bars right on site, they make delicious pancakes with fruit fillings, and a spa area. There is a good gym.
4. The sea. Karon beach is just 5 minutes away from the hotel. He's clean. Sun beds are paid (100 baht per day), but there are a lot of them, enough. If you walk along the beach to the left to the stones, then it's good to swim with a mask, there are many beautiful fish living around these stones.

Excellent hotel, I'm sure one of the best in terms of price / quality on Karon. We had a vacation in March 2025. Large green area, good breakfasts, well-kept rooms, cleaning and change of towels every day, friendly staff. The rooms are nice after renovation, they have everything you need: towels (beach, hand, body), various care liquids (soap, shampoo, conditioner, balm), hangers for clothes, a good powerful air conditioner, free safe, free excellent WI-FI, balcony, several bottles of water (replenished every day) and a tea/coffee set, glass cups for drinks, a small refrigerator. The furniture is a little flimsy, the drawers weren't fully closed somewhere, but we didn't pay attention to it at all, since we came to rest, but there was a beautiful big bed! The main advantage is the location of the hotel, there is everything near the hotel: 7/11 and other shops, currency exchanges, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, massages, fruit stands and most importantly, 1-2 minutes walk to the sea. Our windows faced the road, but this did not interfere with our rest at all - we slept well, but we could observe Thai life. The hotel is well suited for families/couples with and without children. There is a separate children's pool for children, and slides for entertainment.
We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel, and we would love to stay there again. I recommend it to everyone!

A wonderful hotel!!! Especially for families with children - there are slides on the territory that do not need a water park! Excellent spacious rooms, daily cleaning, towel change. It is very convenient that there is a kettle in the room. There is a huge variety of European dishes for breakfast and local dishes have been added for flavor. Always fresh pastries and 3-4 kinds of fruits.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They always go to a meeting and are ready to help.
The beach is just a 2-minute walk away

A great family hotel on Karon! We lived here for 9 nights. They settled in very quickly, gave an additional set of underwear for the child at no extra charge. The hotel's infrastructure is perfect for families with children: there is a huge children's pool area with small slides, a Jacuzzi, large pools and two huge slides. There is a children's club on the territory with an employee who constantly monitors the children and conducts various activities. The territory of the hotel is very large, clean, and green. There is a gym with all the necessary equipment. It is a two-minute walk to Karona Beach. Across the street 7/11, there are many delicious restaurants nearby. We are very happy with our stay here, we will be happy to return.

We had a vacation with a family of 4 people in mid-October 2024. Two adults and two children (4 years and 7 years old). In general, I can say that we were satisfied with the rest!!!! It is very comfortable inside the hotel with children! Our room was conveniently located on the ground floor, N°1103. The room is on the ground floor, glass darkened doors and floor-to-ceiling windows (nothing is visible behind them), but the vacationers of the hotel walk very close, without a cozy balcony, but with a mini terrace. On the first day, there was a fear that something might be stolen from her. With children, the first floor and a skovozny exit to the children's buns is just a blessing (especially if you need to return to the room 25 times!). And it's safer than a balcony, things are all in place.
The buffet is for an amateur, but for the whole family you can find something to have breakfast with. We had lunches and dinners at the cafe adomane, where children are very fond of.

In the bedroom: a bunk bed and one double bed, bedside tables, a table with a mirror, an ottoman, a TV, a mini fridge, a safe, air conditioning, a small closet in the hallway and several hooks. The room is quite spacious, I met a lot more closely in Korea, by the way.
Water in glass bottles, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, mugs and glasses are brought daily - all for 2 persons

The hotel is located perfectly in relation to the sea. The breakfasts are also good. The territory is large and well maintained. But there is one big BUT. This hotel resembles Turkish hotels. It feels like you're in Turkey. There are a lot of children. Screeching, noise, uproar. If you want to relax, then, alas, it will not work. The situation is the same on Karon Beach. We regretted very much that we chose this hotel and the beach. We are currently staying at the hotel and considering moving to some more peaceful place. It's a pity, of course, a lot of money, but this is not a vacation.

We had a family vacation in January 2023. We were in Thailand for the first time, there was nothing to compare it with, but we really liked it! The hotel is excellent, the territory is good, not big, but green. The room stock, of course, was a bit old. the staff was good, the breakfasts were excellent. The variety is not strong, but everyone found something to their liking. There were fruits, fresh juices. Near the hotel there is an exchange office, a mini market, a bunch of cafes and most importantly, across the street is the beautiful Karon beach and the gorgeous Andaman Sea. In general, the infrastructure is excellent! We were satisfied with the rest! And therefore in 2025. We decided to come back here again💚

We checked into the hotel immediately after the renovation. This is the first time in Tae. The rooms are all renovated, new plumbing, updated furniture, Thai TV with three and a half channels, lots of lighting. After the renovation, they did not bother to wash the room properly, there was a layer of construction dust on the doors and traces of building mixes on the floor. It was impossible to walk barefoot. They asked me to clean the room again. They washed it badly... the safe was broken, it was never repaired. In the future, cleaning was daily, with the change of all towels and the renewal of water. There were no questions. They responded to any requests immediately. The floor has not been washed.
The entrance to the room is by key, not by card. We haven't seen this for a long time... and we only gave one for four
people… The territory, unlike the rooms, is more tired. But the sun beds were obviously new, which was good. There were always enough places. The pools are clean. But the Jacuzzi and the shower half didn't work. There were two slides, the children rode daily.
Breakfasts are not comparable to Turkey. We must be ready for this. I found something to eat. The husband and the children didn't eat much. There was nothing new from day to day. There weren't even any cheeses. Coffee every other day is great, then swill. We haven't had breakfast at all in recent days... I'm tired of everything)
The beach is nearby, 100 baht sunbed with an umbrella. All 12 days the sea with waves. But the children went in, they rode there for two hours.
Shops, cafes, pharmacies, 7/11- everything is also nearby and very convenient.
The price of the hotel does not correspond unambiguously! It's not bad, but if you reduce the price by 30 percent.

Our room was renovated, as I understood it. Everything is very decent. The room was cleaned upon request, and towels were immediately changed.
The breakfasts are varied: you can find both Asian and European food. The coffee is not very tasty, but in general you can drink it if you really want to.
There are no complaints about the room and the hotel staff, everything is at a good level. Near the hotel there is everything you need: an exchanger, 7/11, pharmacy, fruit stands, cafe, ice cream.
The ocean is across the street. All night markets in the area can be reached on foot.
I recommend this hotel if you choose a relaxing beach holiday and not such party nights.

Among the cons: rather old, gloomy rooms with poor lighting, very meager dinners with paid drinks (even water).
The rooms are not bad in terms of equipment, of course there are no slippers and bathrobes (this is not 5 *), but there is a dryer on the balcony, a working air conditioner, a small refrigerator, a hair dryer, all kinds of cosmetics, clean linen. The breakfasts are good: rice with sausages, noodles, soup, muesli, yogurt, omelets, eggs of 3 types of cooking, fruits (pineapples, watermelons, papaya), juices, coffee, very tasty fluffy pancakes and croissants...but there is not much choice for dinner: rice, local noodles (or pasta with tomatoes), soup, fresh stewed grass, fried fish with vegetables (spicy) or chicken, desserts are not tasty, 2 fruits (guava, papaya, watermelon)...but every evening there is live music and everything glows beautifully.

Wonderful garden on site. The breakfasts are standard, three types of fruits. Dinner - a free upgrade - was modest, but we had a place outside to eat more ice cream, pancakes, fruits and more. There is everything you need near the hotel. We had lunch leaving the hotel and slightly towards the sea. The sea is 3 minutes across the street, we went there to swim while the child was in the pool, one at a time.
We are happy with everything. Beach towels were brought every day. Once they forgot to bring water, they asked, but they did not wait. There are lunch boxes if you leave early in the morning. The children's pool has delicious ice cream) the view from the room was on the wall and garden of the neighboring hotel, but it was very quiet. You can change the room for free once if it does not fit.

But if you look closely, there is dirt in the backyard where the windows overlook. A meager buffet. It's the worst I've ever tried in Thailand. The repair has been in need of repair for 10 years now. There are no disposable dental pieces. The tap water stinks of I don't know what. The TV freezes (but this is a small thing). The locks are not electronic (they give a key as in 2005 or as in Ust-Zhopinsk). The restaurant is not popular. In the evening, a couple of tables are sitting. There is no room service. The staff barely speaks English. In general, if you are satisfied with 3 stars, then it is a normal option. I would not recommend it to my friends. Hello, everyone. We had a rest with a friend at this hotel from 20.10 - 06.11.24. The hotel was renovated, but the renovation was not quite noticeable. First, we were settled in the first building on the 4th floor with a street view of the Andaman cafe. It was a nightmare, because in the karaoke cafe they were singing and yelling, who was good at what until one o'clock in the morning. We endured all this for 2 nights and decided to ask for relocation. We were settled in an excellent building in room 5418 on the 4th floor overlooking a beautiful garden, but the room had one large bed, and a sharp spring protruded from the mattress on the balcony side. I did not make a claim to the staff - I came to rest after all.I didn't write this about very pleasant moments. There were much more pleasant ones: friendly staff - all issues were resolved quickly, good breakfasts - lots of fruits, two types of yogurt, several types of pastries, once in 17 days there were delicious cakes, tom ha and tom yam soups, and soup with rice every day, coffee and juices. The territory is green, several pools with Jacuzzi for adults and a pool for children. There is a small water park on the territory, consisting of two slides. I'm a fan of this entertainment)))You can swim in the pools at 22:00 and 23:00. There were huge waves on Karon Beach from 20.10. to 01.11. 24, and we went swimming on Kata beach. We got into the off-season, so walking to Kata (20 min.) was not particularly tiring. We went to the Kata market for dinner. I wish everyone to go on vacation to Thailand more often. The hotel is good - I recommend it.

The hotel sucks!!!! Of the advantages, only the green area of the hotel, the exchange office in front of the hotel, a 3-minute walk to the beach and many cafes. The hotel itself, the rooms are TERRIBLE, I do not know where the renovation was. We live in building 3 and building 6 (the rooms are terrible). There is no cleaning, you need to catch and ask to come in and clean. The breakfasts are the same. 2-3 dishes are changed and that's it. The children's pool is fine, but the slide for children is based on snot. One side of the fasteners is torn out by the roots and the administration does not react like that. WI-Fi in the room was given only when they went to swear. For a stay at this hotel through Pegasus, they gave 850k for a family of 6 people, and for that money I also admired how a jolt started in our room, and all the money almost spilled over the side of the toilet. Neither friends, nor enemies, nor anyone- I would NOT recommend this hotel. We lived in 3, 4, 5 different hotels, but this was the first time we met with such a service!!!!!!!

We had a family vacation at the end of October 2024. We arrived at the hotel around 13:00, and check-in began at 15:00. People changed clothes somewhere and someone went to the pool, someone went to cafes, and someone languished in the lobby waiting. I didn't like it. Why should people wait? The hotel is after renovation, which was apparently completed before our arrival. The rooms are not washed properly, there are remnants of putty on the floor. The drain in the shower is bad, while you're washing, you're standing ankle-deep in water. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the plumbing is not washed at all. I didn't like the fact that the reception and dining room are outdoors, which makes it hot everywhere except the room. In the dining room, in the area where pennies are fried, flowers hang, the food is actually outdoors next to the road. I don't know why, but the whole family and a couple of other families from those with whom we communicated were poisoned and did not get out of the toilet for several days. People have seen rats in the area. Maybe it's because of the infection?

A wonderful hotel, we liked everything - instant check-in (arrived at night), friendly staff, clean rooms, snow-white bed linen, towels, water, tea and coffee replenished daily, cleaning every day, super breakfasts - from soup to omelet, pastries, sausages, ham, fruit and much more for every taste! The sea is just a stone's throw away, shops too, live music during dinner in the evenings, Thai artists sing Russian songs, it was very funny and cute with their accent!))) Pools of the words get- cleanliness, there are already three of them on the territory, in the pools bar - cocktails fire in the heat, it's impossible to describe everything, but we will definitely return to Phuket Orchid resort and I hope more than once, I don't even want to write about the shortcomings, because we didn't see them because we arrived with a full "Sabay," in the shower)))) We recommend this hotel to everyone - you will not regret it, and you will leave only with vivid impressions of your vacation!!!!

At the beginning of December, we had a rest with family and friends. Disappointment.
The hotel was renovated, it warmed the soul, the worst thing is that the rooms are still standing with construction dust in the room and smeared grout on the tiles, etc. The repairs were done, they forgot to clean up.
The room is poorly cleaned, the floors are not washed at all, I took a rag and washed myself, mirrors, glass doors with a long-term coating of dirt and stains. In hard-to-reach places, there is generally a layer of something there, dust, etc. Ants are crawling on the floor.
At night, companies gather around the pool that drink all night and laugh loudly listening to music, clean tag, interfere with others' sleep, the pool is poorly washed, extremely rarely. Garbage is floating.
The roller coaster has rigid joints, you ride and count each joint as a spine.
For the first time in numerous trips, the whole family contracted an infection, so much so that they went to the hospital, diarrhea, vomiting, weakness, followed by friends, as it turned out later, part of the hotel with the same diagnosis "rested".

I really liked the hotel, it's in a colonial style, the staff is friendly, there are two swimming pools, one with a bar, a water park, a lot of entertainment for children, everything is surrounded by greenery, orchids, palm trees, beauty, Karon beach is close, or you can walk to Kata and there to the market, the beds are excellent, tea, coffee, water, towels were constantly changed, including beach towels,shampoos, gels, conditioners are on display, shower cap, cotton swabs, napkins, they were fed delicious, opposite the massage parlor, where they went every evening

Awesome hotel. There are 2 adults and three children's pools on site. Massage area. In adult pools there are drink zones) The hotel itself is 100 meters from the Sea. There are many restaurants and all possible pavilions within 50 meters of the property. The rooms are air-conditioned. Daily room cleaning. There is a safe in the rooms. The TV catches a couple of Russian channels. The coolest beach with a crisp Karon sand.

Nice hotel. The renovation was in 2024, the rooms are fresh. If you go with children, then this is a great option. There is a small water park on site. The breakfasts are good.

The hotel is old, but in general everything was fine. The breakfasts are quite acceptable, you definitely won't leave hungry! There are soups, pastries, and hot dishes. Of course, it can be better, but nevertheless it is quite acceptable. The territory is quite large. Pools, slides. Live music at dinner in the evenings. The room is cleaned daily. The only thing I noticed is that new tourists are brought daily, but check-in at the hotel only after 15h. Therefore, every day a full reception of tired people from the road with suitcases awaits settlement. So be mentally prepared for this and do not waste time- leave your suitcases and go for a walk, have lunch (there are a lot of cafes around), go to the sea (it is 2-3 minutes away). There are also many exchangers nearby.
In general, the hotel is very well located- everything is nearby: a lot of massage parlors, shops, benches, restaurants and cafes, the sea across the street. The beach is cool!

I recommend. I've been to this hotel twice. I was not satisfied with the room, I contacted the reception and was changed to another one. Full-length beach towels are super. Not a bad water park for Thailand. The sea is nearby. Solid 4 stars.
