Overall, a good budget hotel, our room was clean, everything was working properly, they gave us water every day, cleaning on demand. The location is convenient, there are many cafes, grocery stores, supermarkets nearby, and the Union metro station is a 15-minute walk away

The hotel is normal, but not super. There are 3* better ways. Breakfast was included, but in fact it wasn't there at all.After much negotiation, the tour operator refunded the requested amount for breakfast, but the checks were needed.In principle, you can stop .As other guests wrote about bedbugs and cockroaches, we have never met, thank God. They didn't ask for cleaning, they came to replace the towels themselves, after 3 days. Thank you for everything, the staff was understanding and tried to correct the shortcomings.The photo shows the view from the window. No matter what, we had a great time, Thank you Dubai!!!

It's dirty, the rooms are not cleaned, a broken shower tray, black hair everywhere. The area is not prosperous. I don't recommend it.

I do not recommend flea and mosquito mite too much. Breakfast Indian smelly dishes. Weight and total paid territory is dangerous .

A terrible place. The rooms are all with fungus and cockroaches, there are brothels of prostitutes with pimps around, Hindu families with screaming children in the corridors until late at night. I don't recommend it.
