On the same day (December 1) at 10:50, I called technical support with the question "What time do I pick up my order?", to which I received the answer that: today (December 1) the warehouse issues orders before 15 o'clock, you can pick up the order on another day. (From the conversation, I realized that it would make no difference if I picked up the ORDER I PAID FOR online, within a few days).
On December 3, when I came to receive my order, I was politely answered that my order (which I paid for on December 1) had been canceled and the employee would immediately create it again and I would receive it.
