a wonderful hotel, left only pleasant impressions.
- 5 minutes walk to the sea, past the market and small shops. The hotel is located deep inside, not along the road, which is a huge plus, there is no noise from the roadway
- excellent sound insulation in the rooms, you can't hear the neighbors, the room is clean and huge, with a dressing room, a dressing table in a separate room, additional a bed and a spacious terrace.
- in the evening, the music in the bar plays quite late, but it didn't bother me. Almost every day there is live music, often very good performers performed.
- cleaning every day - without additional reminders, 2 bottles of water were provided in the room every day,
- breakfast is normal, (included in the price) not refined, but good-quality and delicious, I had dinner outside the territory (surcharge for dinner is 300 baht), so I can not estimate,
- the hotel is very sensitive to their property, so be careful - if you receive a letter of happiness that the towel is dirty, allegedly cannot be washed and a fine of 500 baht, make it wash first, do not rush to pay))

I do not recommend this hotel, for this money you can find a much better hotel in Phuket, we rested from November 16 to 22, 2024.
Let's start with a few advantages:
1. A large number of pools;
2. Normal breakfasts;
3. It is not located on a hill, many hotels on Kata are located extremely inconveniently with stairs, ascents, some can be reached and go down to the beach only by transfer;
4. There are many restaurants, cafes, massage parlors, and a market around;
5. This is where all the advantages of this hotel end;
Now about the disadvantages:
1. The rooms are tired;
2. The hotel does not provide bathrobes, slippers and, most importantly, beach towels, while towels cannot be taken out of the room;
3. There are no pastries at breakfast except tasteless pancakes;
4. Extremely uncomfortable shower;
5. The deposit is only in baht, dollars are not taken, no matter what time you arrived ;
6. The hotel loves to charge tourists money for everything at the check-out, they took money from us for some stains on a rag, presenting some vague photo at the check-out, when you are already going to the airport and you have no time to deal with them;
7. The distance to the beach is not the stated 300m, and if you live in a distant building, we had 6, then all 800m, who cares about the proximity of the beach.

A great place to relax,,, beautiful territory, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, large rooms + dressing room, large hallways,, cleaning every day, polite staff.
