The girl who took delivery orders on March 16, you know, is the lack of any service and communication with customers, you only emphasized the inefficiency of the company where you work.
I was in dire need of a transformer ladder, I placed an order for yesterday (March 17), the girl said that delivery would have to wait until 23:00. I didn't wait. As a result, I'm trying to find out today what happened, why am I without an order? Your colleague was happy to explain: "CANCELLATION is written in large letters under my application," although I did not cancel anything, I did not receive any SMS/ cancellation notification call or anything like that, as a result: literally a whole day of waiting for the stairs, the application for which was canceled without my knowledge, I was previously in without making it known.
Thank you, I ordered from your competitors. I hope sanctions will be applied to the girl who accepted the order, this should not be the case in the service sector.
