This veterinary clinic and its staff are a real godsend for those who are looking for qualified help for their four—legged pets. I have applied here several times for help for my dog. After a car injury, she underwent surgery on her back leg in the pelvic area, and then also on her knee. In addition, an ultrasound dental cleaning was performed here. Both operations were successful.
After the operations, Dr. Evgeny Alexandrovich was constantly in touch, even at a late hour. Unlike other clinics, the help was provided very quickly. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Evgeny, Artyom and Ekaterina for their professionalism and care!
Now we always go to this clinic for checkups, vaccinations and other procedures. We are always happy to help both in word and deed. And the prices here are very affordable.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the clinic for the treatment of our York (fracture of the lower jaw and rehabilitation of the mouth)! Unfortunately, I don't know everyone by name who was involved in the treatment, but this is a team of real professionals. I especially thank Evgeny Alexandrovich, a Doctor with a capital letter. They took us literally by ambulance. They approached our pet very carefully, with concern, compassion and mercy. The operation was carried out jewelry. After two or three days, our teddy felt good. The next day after the operation, they called to inquire about their well-being, once again reminded of the observance of the regime, which indicates not an indifferent attitude. I do not recommend it ! I watched the dog for 12 years . Forelegs failed , heavy breathing . I called Eugene, described the condition, said sign up tomorrow (they work from 12 o'clock !!!) he said it's okay, one day won't solve anything, during the night the dog swelled up, began to suffocate. Moni was gone .... Sterilized the dog for 7 months. The dog was coming out of anesthesia already at the epi seizure, said fine, sent home, to my calls that the dog is worse, does not come to -"be patient." five hours later (I called Eugene every half hour)-I couldn't stand it, I took him to alpha vet, the dog was already in a serious condition with CNS damage, without leaving the attack for about a day, died. Soulless, inattentive, illiterate!

We wanted to sign up for an echo of the heart before the operation. The operation itself was supposed to be performed in another clinic, where all the ultrasound cardiologists fell ill. They also said that they would conduct an ECHO, but they would not give a conclusion for another clinic... When asked why, the receptionist replied that she did not know and could ask the doctor to call me back and explain it. I immediately got the feeling that the doctor was irresponsible, since he did not want to give the document, and the administrator did not know anything. They refused both calls and the clinic.

This is the first time we have encountered such indifference in a veterinary clinic!
The doctor is absolutely not interested in the fate of his patients or clients.
To get an answer to the question, I had to call for several days! It took almost a week to get the test result and at least some kind of decision about the need for treatment! Messages are read in messengers, but they do not consider it necessary to respond. When calling the clinic, they answer that the doctor is busy and ask to call back in a few hours. When you call back, you get a similar response. There is a feeling that you are endlessly imposing and annoying everyone. But this is a paid clinic and I'm just asking for what I paid for!
With such an attitude, they did not trust our pet to perform surgery in this clinic. I got the impression that no one cares about anything there.

The dog was rescued after being poisoned with rat poison, while in other clinics they threw up their hands and offered to go to Moscow for an antidote, which allegedly has no analogues.
In Pets Health, they advised an analogue of the drug and cured the dog.

Yes, the clinic is great!!! Calmness, professionalism, selfless approach and dedication to your work. It so happened that the owners of the cat, to put it mildly, are not specialists, and therefore missed a serious illness. And in fact, they thought that euthanasia remained. At such an advanced age, surgery was not expected. But again, professionalism, and a special approach to us (well, it seemed so to us). With our inconvenient schedule, sometimes outside of their working hours. It did work out. As I understood it, it was a very difficult operation, there was no time at all. But now, everything is forgotten. We eat our bellies, Zlatka says thank you to everyone. I recommend the clinic to everyone.
