People come to such places not to drink delicious coffee, but to improve their health. A coffee machine would be more useful there. And even more so when in silence you listen to a doctor or an administrator, and in a coffee shop something clicks and the barista knocks with something metallic - the sensations are not the best. But it's all about the med center, not the coffee shop.
