I recently stayed at the Persia Hotel in Brest, and the experience is simply excellent! 🏨✨
From the first step into the hotel, you can feel the care of the guests: the cleanliness is perfect, the interior is stylish, the staff is incredibly polite and hospitable. The reception is always ready to help, whether it's questions about check-in or recommendations for the city.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and fresh, high–quality linens. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, from stylish design to pleasant details that create a cozy atmosphere.
Breakfast is a special treat! 🥞☕️ Delicious and varied dishes are served every day: fresh cheesecakes, fragrant oatmeal, juices, and even a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and toast. Everything is prepared with care and served beautifully – a real restaurant level.
I would also like to mention the Carpe Diem cafe at the hotel. A cozy atmosphere, an excellent selection of food and drinks, everything is fresh and incredibly tasty.
The location is simply gorgeous! In the very center of Brest, there are many attractions, shops and cafes nearby.
The hotel also has fast Internet, a gym and all the conditions for a comfortable stay and work.
Persia Hotel is a place where you want to return. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates comfort, service and coziness!

We stayed for one night. Overall, not bad. One of the advantages: very good location - the center, all the sights, cafes, shops nearby. The hotel is new, snow-white bed linen and towels. Very friendly reception staff. The room was warm. The corridors are fresh, there is no typical "hotel" smell (most likely due to the lack of carpet). There is a big TV with YouTube, a refrigerator, a tea station, and water too.
On the downside, it's a little uncomfortable (but it's a matter of taste) in the lobby, the rooms have a slightly strange interior - laminate flooring, ceiling and lighting like in an office. The breakfasts were not very pleasant (they are in a cafe in the same building). There are only two sets to choose from, if you stay for several nights, it's not diverse. Portions of normal volume, only Americano coffee drinks, milk for extra charge, juice as if diluted with water. I booked through the island, a room for three with breakfast, we checked in together - the payment did not change, I noticed it later. But maybe it's necessary that the price is fixed at the time of booking.
Overall, I'm more satisfied than not. You can stop, but without power.

We booked a room at this hotel and it turned out very well. The rooms are new, clean, and spacious. The hotel is located in the very center of the tourist area of Brest, close to restaurants, shops, attractions. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. I didn't like everything about breakfast, but I had enough variety for two days. Delicious porridge, good coffee. On the second morning, we asked the waiters to make everything hot. The next time I visit this hotel, I will have breakfast in the neighboring cafes. But this is not a remark, just the taste and color ... in general, I found wonderful breakfast options nearby. I highly recommend the hotel!

Great hotel! Very decent in appearance and level of service. Cool lobby, comfortable furniture. It is located in the very center of the city, near a huge number of restaurants, cafes, just beautiful places and establishments, there is a place to walk, the entire infrastructure is within walking distance. A great option for walking with children. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm, conducive to rest and relaxation. The excellent location of the hotel is a big plus. We stayed at the hotel on vacation with the whole family, with a small child. Only the most positive ratings and emotions. We had a very cozy large deluxe room with two balconies and a beautiful view. The room had everything you needed from furniture, a large and comfortable (very comfortable) bed, a large TV, and an additional playpen was immediately provided for us upon our arrival. The room has a comfortable shower room. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was free and included in the room rate. We were very satisfied. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I really liked the service, and now we recommend this place to all our friends and acquaintances. And we will definitely choose the Persia hotel for our holidays more than once.

A wonderful hotel, a convenient location in the very center of Brest, clean, comfortable, very polite staff. There is a children's room, which is a huge plus for those who have small children. A children's room the size of 2 rooms, a soft, safe covering and lots of toys are a great help for vacationers with children! Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant, everything is delicious and fast. As a result, we were very satisfied with the hotel, we will come here again, it's 100 percent!

Perhaps the newest hotel in Brest, launched in December 2024, and minor improvements are still underway in some places. Located in the very center of the city, within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants and attractions.
The rooms are spacious, except that the ceilings are a little low. There is a necessary set for living. Breakfast is currently served in a cafe in the same building, in the format of two fixed sets to choose from (not a buffet). In a few months, they plan to launch a separate breakfast restaurant.

Finally, this wonderful hotel has opened in the very heart of Brest!!! I stayed there on January 17-18. I really liked it! The room is spacious and clean. Bathrobes and slippers included) The bathroom has all the necessary little things. Super comfortable mattress. Beautiful view of the city from the tenth floor balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.
Without leaving the street, you can get to the adjacent shopping center and the Carpe Diem restaurant (deserves special praise).
I highly recommend it to everyone!
On the downside, the water pressure in the shower could have been better;)

The rooms are spacious. The standard room is equipped with two armchairs and a table. The hotel is newly built, everything is new in the rooms, not "tired". The rooms have very good audibility, the sound insulation is very poor, which did not please.The location of the hotel is excellent, on a pedestrian street. The service is good, the staff is friendly. Parking is free in front of the hotel, there are about ten places, but everyone parks cars, not just the guests. Therefore, parking spaces are never available. There is a huge paid parking lot of the shopping center nearby. It is unclear why the hotel does not provide free parking spaces for its guests. We had to pay for parking separately, 2 bel. rub. hour.

I stayed in January of this year, focusing primarily on the convenient location in the very center of the city.
The family room on the 6th floor is spacious and functional. In the room: kettle, tea/coffee/sugar set, water, shower accessories, including several towels, slippers, bathrobe, ironing board, iron, safe and TV. The mattress on the bed is beyond praise, there are about six pillows, the bedding is new and snow-white.
The hair dryer is weak enough, long hair will take a long time to dry.
Breakfast is included in the price, we offered 2 sets to choose from, it was delicious, but breakfast is only from 10 o'clock. The exit from the hotel is directly onto Sovetskaya Street, where almost all establishments are open from 10.
The girls at the reception are polite and pleasant. I recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Excellent hotel on the main pedestrian street of Brest. Attractive appearance, luxurious rooms, polite and helpful staff. My room was on the 9th floor. Great view from the window, comfortable furniture, good Internet and excellent sound insulation, a cozy restaurant with delicious breakfasts. I will definitely be back!

Everything was great in this hotel! Location!!! The mattresses on the beds are incredibly comfortable!!! Our room had as many as 2 balconies! It was very warm and comfortable! We stayed at this hotel on January 17-18. The hotel room left a pleasant impression. Spacious and cozy, all furniture is fitted with closers. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay (hairdryer, iron, kettle, refrigerator). The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked the location of the hotel.

1. There is no navigation for guests on private vehicles, it is difficult to find the entrance, since it is located on the side of Mayakovsky Street, there are absolutely no signs anywhere on the street

The hotel has recently opened. Everything is new, which, of course, has a positive effect on the overall impression. But either everything is unfinished, or it is intended that way. There is no habitual lobby area as such, although the location allows.
There are always helpful staff in beautiful uniforms at the reception. Special thanks for getting a call after checking out of the hotel and informing us about the charger left in the room. They came back and took it away.
Number. At first it was just unusual, the ceiling was pressing down (low). 4 hangers for two, especially in winter, is still not enough. And the closet itself is open and small. Although the size of the room allows you to do something more functional. The mattress and pillows are brand new - this is both a plus and a minus for those with spinal problems. Because it's unusually harsh. I liked the textiles - the bathrobes and towels haven't had time to wash yet, they're soft and pleasant to use. I was pleased to have an ironing board and iron in the room.
We paid for the room immediately with breakfast. Breakfast is served in the cafe of the same building. There are 2 sets to choose from. The service is fast. Everything is delicious and satisfying.

The hotel is located on a pedestrian street in the center. Well, that's probably all the advantages.
The ceilings in the room are office.
The audibility is terrible. The neighbors walked all night and the door to their room rattled until 4 a.m. Those who have light sleep are tortured.
Cleaning is selective. The trash was taken out, but the towels were not changed. The water was not supplied. It's a strange service.
I tried to get hot water for half an hour, but it was not possible. I rinsed myself off at night as best I could. In the morning I turned on the hot water in the shower and in the sink, half an hour and I'm already washing in hot water.
Breakfast is a different story. The stated time is 8.00, yes, the order was accepted from us, and the oatmeal was served in 45 minutes! Burnt. Apparently this is her thing.
The cheesecakes arrived earlier, 30 minutes later. However, the cottage cheese for them is probably not from Belarus, but from Europe for the currency, because it is almost invisible there.
Today, the receptionist said that breakfast starts at 8.30 so as not to wait. It's already 8.50, and so far, not even tea and coffee have been served.
In general, think carefully before stopping here. I've lost my desire.

I can confidently advise those who appreciate comfort. I turned out to be a rather troublesome guest, but the staff was tested for strength, competence and customer orientation.
Upon arrival, the temperature rose, the staff politely provided a thermometer and offered their help, because of the early departure, I did not get to breakfast, the staff said that if they were informed the night before, then breakfast would be packed in the morning by the time you left. Despite the fact that I did not know this and did not inform them in advance, the girls managed to organize lunch boxes before my departure. So those who plan to move in can keep this in mind) I note that the kitchen is wonderful! Comfort is built in small things, starting from the smile of the employee at the reception, ending with napkins)
The room is modern, clean and tidy, a good European three-star hotel. I was glad that there are decent hotels in regional cities that I am not ashamed to recommend!
A small fly in the ointment is the sound insulation in the rooms, or rather, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. But I think it will be noticed only by those who come to cheer like me)
Overall, my recommendation! I hope someday I will be able to arrive in a healthier state)

The hotel opened in early December, the entrance and reception are pompous, which is not surprising since the owners are Iranians :) the room is spacious, super clean. I have never personally met such polite staff, super nice and attentive girls on respeshne. The breakfast is decent at a nearby cafe.

It feels like the hotel was created in a former office building: good audibility, elevators and corridors, like in business centers, there is no comfort.
There is no secured parking for hotel guests. There are 7-8 seats in front of the building, as the staff say, for hotel visitors, but they put cars there all in a row. Therefore, they suggest using a paid parking lot next to the building.
The family room is large, but we had a problem in the bathroom: even when using a towel, the legs were moving apart after a shower.
Breakfast is a separate topic. Since the hotel is new, they don't have their own restaurant yet, so breakfast is at a cafe nearby. There are two sets to choose from: tea/coffee (Americano only), juice to choose from, oatmeal with milk and cheesecakes or scrambled eggs with toast, beans and sausages. If you have allergies or personal preferences, then everything is for the money.
