Awesome car service! I applied here to paint the car, as it was necessary to solve the problem with corrosion — the car is more than 10 years old, and some parts of the body were already "blooming".
The guys got down to business professionally: they handled all the problem areas, carried out high-quality repairs and painting. Now the car looks like new, especially pleased with the amazing metallic blue color (it used to be matte).

This car service demonstrates complete unprofessionalism and irresponsibility! The case went to court, where the car service was found guilty of poor-quality repairs and was obliged to compensate us for the damage. We spent a lot of time, effort and nerves to achieve justice, but it was impossible to leave such behavior unpunished.
After the accident, it was not our fault that our car was sent to this service. For a significant amount for us, we received a bad repair, and the car service ignored the identified shortcomings. They did not respond to the claims, refused to inspect the car, and did not correct the shortcomings.
Among the problems were cracks between the body and the door, damage to the lock and seals, rust on the elements, incorrect installation of the left mirror and the handle of the left front door and other defects (8 points).
As a result, the court, based on the examination, confirmed our correctness. If quality and respect for customers are important to you, avoid this service!

I left a broken car at the weekend. To be fair, no one told me the exact dates, and it was hardly possible. I called on Mon to find out the forecast. They said it was raining, boxing was busy, and they would start on Tue. On Thursday, they said that they began to disassemble something, but not completely, they found some of the spare parts, but not completely. On Friday, I asked a friend to see if there was any movement. No one came up. I called, said we'd pick it up, Alexander says take it away. A friend also picked me up, on Saturday, I was in another area. What I got in a week: a broken hood (okay, I have 3 more spare ones), a broken license plate frame and the whole car in some kind of Potato. Either rotten or boiled. The self-service car wash did not help. I tried to call and find out how to wash it, I'm probably not the first one who contacts Perfect Car with such questions, but Alexander didn't pick up the phone anymore. I do not know who threw this stuff at the car, I only know to whom I left the keys. No one called back or explained anything. Hyundai I30, in case the boys forgot. Business in Belarusian.

After that, I wrote on Instagram, they promised to call me back. In the end, of course, no one scored. The owner was extremely reluctant to communicate. All the time I had the feeling that I was asking for him. I've heard a lot of negativity about them from other people, but since the choice is not very great, I decided to turn to them.
