A unique company that damages its reputation with its responses much more than any negative review.
The company has already changed its answer three times and now accuses me of lying, alcohol abuse (by the way, I don't drink it at all, but this is not so important) and even threatens criminal liability for honest feedback. In the third response, they accused me of calling them in the morning and threatening them with the police again (it only took one call for me to understand that I shouldn't contact this company and I want to protect others from such communication with my review). I have screenshots of three responses to my review, but unfortunately, according to the new Yandex rules, I cannot attach them to the review or post the link publicly. Although I would love to publish them so that everyone can read them and decide for themselves who is sober and who is drunk and emotional ;)

Terrible communication, unwillingness to explain anything, and overpriced prices.
The man who answered the phone did not introduce himself, answered as much as possible, "leave me alone," did not explain anything, only announced the prices. At the same time, the prices turned out to be 1.5 times higher than in other places where I applied. I tried to clarify, maybe something else is included in this amount, since it is so much more expensive, but in response I received a dry: "I told you how much it costs, if you want, order, if you don't want, don't call here." Naturally, there is no desire to call anymore.
Upd1: after responding to my review, you only strengthened my confidence in the correctness of the assessment, once again showing incredible "politeness" and "tact" in communicating with a potential client. I would love to shoot even this one single star.
1) The question is absolutely not about the lack of finances (you have no idea what my budget is, and judging by your answer about the complexity of the project, you are not even aware of the task with which I contacted your office).
2) Yes, the director did not say "leave me alone", he conducted a dialogue "leave me alone", these are slightly different things. And believe me, I know perfectly well what business communication is, unfortunately, I did not hear it either in communication with the person who answered the call or saw it in your response.
3) You write that prices are "never announced over the phone," but unfortunately, apparently not ever (if you recorded conversations to improve the quality of service, you can see for yourself).
4) you have only one phone number listed in your company profile, it is extremely difficult to make a mistake here. But if it leads to competitors, then I think you should pay more attention to the information in the company profile.
5) my review does not contain emotions, it is only a description of the situation that happened, so you should not tell me what to do and what not to do. And redevelopment will not cause stress and other negative emotions when you work with professionals and meet polite communication at the first conversation. Therefore, if it is always stressful for your clients, then I feel very sorry for them.
6) "I didn't have enough patience" and "I didn't continue neglectful communication" are slightly different things.
I am very sorry that my review did not arouse your desire to improve the service at least a little, but led to such an emotional explosion. Good luck finding the most "psychologically stable and sober" clients who will decide on such a difficult cooperation with you. And thank you for saving me from working with your company. Thanks to this, my repairs and the desired redevelopment will be much easier, calmer and at no extra cost. By the way, our project has already passed all the approval stages, and work permits have already been received. And I am very glad that I did not have to face the difficulties you described and at the same time meet a much smaller budget.

You should not judge people by yourself, if you have any problems, it does not mean that everyone else leaves feedback in an altered state of consciousness. And my "poem" was just an addition to the original review after your detailed but not entirely adequate response.
And of course you have the right to contact any authorities, it's not difficult to find me, but for some reason it seems to me that after the trial you will at least be charged for a false call, and at most also for slander against me.
Upd3: I'm afraid to even assume that you use it yourself, that you write SUCH answers, but go on, it's very exciting. And apparently, if someone cuts off your phone, then you have enough dissatisfied customers. But I can assure you, it's definitely not me calling you, I have absolutely no desire to communicate with such incompetent employees over the phone. And you've been threatening me with the police for the umpteenth time, but you're not doing anything. Maybe because you don't want to be prosecuted for making a false call and slandering me?)

We ordered from this organization the calculation and installation of an opening in the load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the bathroom, the demolition of the wall between the toilet and the bathroom! We calculated everything quickly, helped with the registration and started work! The work was done in 3 days, everything was cleaned up, left clean and pleasant impressions! We recommend it
Next, they also ordered a technical project to submit for redevelopment registration, and they prepared it in a couple of days!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the company LLC "Redevelopment".
We contacted the company with a question about the help of legalizing unauthorized redevelopment in an apartment in Fanipol.
We completed all the work quickly, at the appointed time and on time, even without the administration!
