I made an order and paid, asked for coffee to be made immediately, after 20 minutes they asked me what to do, repeated and said that I would leave for 10 minutes while it was being done (they never took up my order for those 20 minutes). When he returned, he said, "so where have you been, your coffee has cooled down, and the order has been waiting for a long time."
I asked for a complaint book - no. Well at least the money was returned
