The staff is very polite and kind, they helped at the self-service checkout. The selection of products is very large. Only one of the cash registers was working, and that was with a long queue. Today we decided to buy bread, but it was hard. Also, when we bought the candies, they were normal, but they looked strange. Discounts and promotions seemed to be present there. Out of cleanliness, not to say that it is clean, but maybe there are places where it is clean, but rarely. The floor is dirty, and so are the tables. Fruits and vegetables seemed to be normal. Culinary pastries are present.

The Perekrestok 12 store was initially not very good. And over time, it deteriorated completely. The quality of the products leaves much to be desired. It is almost impossible to buy bread, especially NEW MOGILEV BREAD WITH SEEDS, a maximum of 2 packages can be found on the counter, if you are lucky, whenever it does not arrive, the answer is always the same, either they did not bring it, or they have already disassembled it. Like all the stores in this chain. The smell of rot and rottenness meets at the door. There is one cashier at the checkout at the 10th hour of the day, and constantly. Nothing changes. There are no free packing packages for weight goods (sweets, cookies, fish), there are only paid ones. The discrepancy between the price tag near the product and the price punched at the checkout. There are only 2 disadvantages: problems with the staff (either there are not enough sellers / cashiers, or they are not as competent as possible), they often put price tags not for the corresponding goods, or there are old price tags, and at the checkout you already find out that you will have to pay another amount.

An ordinary intersection. Convenient location for the residents of the area. The prices are slightly inflated, but not critically high. The only drawbacks are that the stand with good drinks (tea, coffee) was removed by weight and there is no chicken butchering. The advantages are a good assortment, there is tolerable cooking, regular promotions. And the Minsk Crystal Group store is right on the corner :)

Pay attention to the prices on the price tags and the prices in the receipts, there are discrepancies. So, for example, today, 10/17/2022, I bought Bambolina baby vegetable puree (cauliflower) at a pleasant, as it seemed to me, price of 1.13 rubles per jar. I was charged 1.27 rubles at the checkout. The store employee laying out the goods managed to find only a senior cashier to resolve-explain this situation, the manager was not at the workplace at 4 p.m. (so they said). The difference in price was refunded. At least, the cashier did not consider it necessary to apologize, moreover, the same cashier said that with such questions they turn to the security guard in their store. In general, it's A MESS! I do not recommend this particular store, especially since the Hit store has now opened in the same building.
All this is especially incomprehensible and strange in the current situation with prices, when they should have been frozen by presidential decree since the beginning of the month.
