I would like to express my gratitude to the head of the excellent penguin swimming center! At the entrance, a polite receptionist greets you and immediately gives you a tour of the center. The center itself looks great inside, it's just a bomb for children, there is a desire to study there before you get into the pool itself. A swimming diary is a very cool thing for a child, in addition, the center has its own cafe, a game room, a training room where children warm up before the pool. There is also a private parking under the barrier. In the changing rooms there are babysitters who help children change clothes, get dressed and dry their hair. After the pool, children visit the sauna and drink tea. The whole center is very clean. Therefore, there are not so many such centers, and given their professional coaching staff, few can compare with it. Definitely a score of 10 out of 10 Thanks for the work!!!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to coach Alexey Voronov for his professional approach and invaluable contribution to our Daughter's education. He is a professional in his field, as focused as possible in the training process, always kind and responsive, calm and reasonable. A well-structured training process and an approach to our child brought the desired result from the first lesson!!! Our daughter attends training sessions with great pleasure and does not even think about the achieved results. We've been going to classes with the baby for almost six months now. We started training when he was only 2 months old, and we've been working with coach Vlad all this time. I want to say a huge thank you! Vlad is a true professional, very attentive and empathetic. He makes each lesson interesting, dynamic and useful, choosing exercises based on the age and capabilities of the child.
I would also like to mention the girls administrators! They are always friendly and helpful, ready to help with any question. Thanks to them, the center has a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.

Everything is great! A great bass player for learning to stay on the water! Clean, neat! Cozy cafe! You can have a snack or a full lunch! A game room! There are comfortable sofas and pillows for mothers buried in a smartphone. The coaching staff is professionally selected.

My son (he is 4) started going to penguin in June, in September we went to the sea. Putting the child in the pool in advance was the best decision. While other parents were on duty in the pool at the slides of the water park and built sand castles, our son calmly drove himself even from the adult slides, was not afraid to go into the sea with us and got real pleasure from the waves. My husband and I also had a rest) now he goes to a group, I don't like it, I don't see progress, so I'll transfer him back to individual classes.

The water in the pool is 30 degrees, a sauna for children with herbal tea.

the most wonderful pool that I visited with my son! the coaches are excellent, they are able to find an approach to different children. very responsive administrators who always help you choose an alternative. after training, you do not need to go anywhere in a hurry with your child, because there is a playground for children, and it is quite spacious. and of course, you can eat in a cafe after a workout. simple and understandable food for children, cooked at home, for absolutely sane money. I recommend it!

Hello! My favorite place! Starting with the receptionists at the entrance and ending with the girls in the cafe. As for the coaches, there is complete delight from everyone! Approach to the child, patience during classes, help in the sauna and changing clothes. Penguin is a place where you can spend a few hours carefree. You are the best! Thank you for being there!

Swimming school for children. The pool is very warm, which is a big plus for the little ones. Thoughtful locker room, two changing tables, playpen. In the shower there is a high chair for the baby so that mom can wash in peace. There is a sauna, you can warm up. There is a game room. There is a coffee area. Nice Dasha instructor). Minus- the problem with Parking. The parking of the pool itself is almost always occupied. I have to look for a place.

I went to aqua yoga for pregnant women. After a while, the constant cancellations of classes began: either the coach got sick, or something else. I stopped walking, but after a couple of months I decided to resume classes. 15 minutes before the start of the class, they tell me that there will be no training, since the coach has not arrived. I was 9 months pregnant and dragged to the other side of the city to hear it. Customer focus is at zero

My daughter's favorite club is swimming in a Penguin, a fabulous place, she is looking forward to classes for a whole week. Thanks to your trainers, I forgot about the fear of water, feels comfortable in the water, and loves your tea in the steam room and especially the playroom. A great place to teach swimming to children. Individual approach of the coaches. I gave the child away, the nurse will help me undress, put on a hat, at the end she will put on and dry my hair, you take the finished one. They give out towels every time. There is a cafe, you can wait for a coffee and a snack. Warm-up in the gym, classes in the warm water of the pool, sauna to warm up and phyto tea. Here is the training program. The coach will tell you about the child's achievements after each lesson and paste a new sticker into the issued art diary, which will definitely motivate the children. Everything is nice and friendly. We have been walking for the third year. The price is high, but the approach is appropriate. I definitely recommend it!

The only downside is that the locker room is not big.

The uncorrected attitude of the administration. It's just an advertised place and that's it.
Today we were at the trial class "mom and baby". There are 2 changing rooms in the pool (men's and women's). I must say right away - they are very small, there are 2 changing tables in each locker room.
Dad was swimming with the child, the receptionist at the entrance clarified and took her husband to the men's locker room. I liked everything in the pool, my husband and child were engaged, and I watched nearby. After the lesson, we understand that mothers with children are in the men's locker rooms (the administration let them in). The husband and child stood and waited in the shower while the women changed their clothes (in the men's locker room). When the women changed their clothes, the husband came in, but he himself had to go to the TOILET to change, as the mothers were collecting the children at that moment.
Then why do you specify at the entrance which parent is going to study with the child?
The administrator did not even comment on this whole situation.
