It's a great place. Cool animators, especially donut, hold a morning disco dance by the pool, darts (I scored 5 points in 3 rounds, fire), the zoo on site is very cool, goats, goats, roosters, peacocks, turkeys, black swans, donkeys, cow, little goat, geese, ducks, rabbits. If you look for cons, you can easily find them. If you don't look for it, you can have a good rest. The hotel is normal. There is a lot of space, the territory is large. A wonderful little goat is running around the lawn. The breakfasts are good, lunch is on the beach and in the restaurant, the dinners are weak in my opinion. Mackerel is given every day and several types of chicken. For the first time in my many years of vacation experience, I do not see watermelons, but they are probably over and it is no longer the season. The hotel is good. The territory is large, beautiful and green. For children under 10 years old, there is a whole park with a steam train, trampolines and carousels, as well as a large number of animals in their zoo.
Rabbits run freely around the territory :))
The pebble beach is narrow, but there is a slightly higher area with sand, umbrellas, and sun beds. A large football field, a volleyball court with sand . The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and varied and there is a lot of food :)

Strengths: the presence of a large territory relative to the hotel level, a zoo, a couple of shops and pharmacies across the street, the availability of disposable cups, karaoke, smooth descents everywhere (convenient for strollers). And now the main thing about the cons is there are more of them!
Cons I put the card there the numbers are signed. 1) There is the only so-called pastry shop on the 2nd floor, where only in a single place they make coffee beans, well, you can't call desserts there what is in the window. 2) The lobby is the only place where you can get nuts (snack) chickpeas, corn, peanuts 3) the so-called zoo, as there are already reviews here, animals swim in the pool, which makes complete unsanitary conditions, and not the desire to live on the 1st floor, constantly the smell of feces of chickens and rabbits and ducks. 4) the beach bar should be open 24 hours a day, but in the evening it is closed on A LA carte, so that you understand in this hotel it is a simple kitchen from the dining room and NOTHING more! It's really not a long drive from the airport, which was a nice bonus for us. We were warmly welcomed at the reception and quickly settled in. Although the room was redecorated, it was quite comfortable to live in. Upset by the presence of an extraneous odor (humidity from the air conditioner)…
The territory of the hotel is huge, green, lots of palm trees, lawns, there is even a football field and a mini zoo. I was especially pleased that rabbits were running freely around the territory, adding joy to others.
The pools at the hotel seemed too cold to us, so we preferred to spend time on the beach. The sea there was clean, calm and very warm. In the morning, you could see flocks of fish swimming near the shore. 🙂
However, it is worth noting that the struggle for sun beds and umbrellas was quite intense – many tourists occupied places in advance with their belongings. Unfortunately, this is a problem that vacationers themselves create, and they just had to get used to it.
As for food, the hotel offered a fairly diverse menu, so everyone could choose their own dishes to taste. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel, BUT IT's NOT a TOP FIVE (just a good four))

5. Swimming pools. They are all right, clean, there is a squashed quiet pool.

A good hotel, spacious grounds, friendly staff and a good buffet, a comfortable beach. The room was generally clean and cozy, only comments on the bathroom, a little dirty. The hotel has a zoo, an aqua zone with three swimming pools and a large number of sun beds. The amphitheater is located on the way to the beach, where various shows were held daily.
Regarding the food, there was an extensive selection of dishes, fresh fish, lots of vegetables and various desserts. The buffet was good.
The beach is stone-sand, only stones enter the water. The sea is clean and warm!

We rested from 07.09.2024 to 16.09.2024. As any hotel has its pros and cons. All vacationers have their own "expectation-reality" ratio. We were completely satisfied with the rest, and preferred not to spoil our mood and rest with some nuances. We really liked the fact that upon check-in we were immediately given 2 keys, from 7 to 22 you can always find where and what to "have a snack", there is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, there is a bar near the beach where you can take alcoholic beverages (not only locally produced, but also imported), as well as tea/ coffee/juice (yuppie) children's non-alcoholic cocktails, and after lunch in this bar you can have a snack by collecting your own hamburger or pizza, there was fish in the restaurant for lunch or dinner, fruits all the time, luggage weighing is free (they flew with the South wind, they now have 10 kg luggage per person (but you can combine), hand luggage on person 1 place is 8 kg, while at the check-in counters everything is weighed and an additional fee is required for an excess of 100 grams) . The menu, as in any hotel in Turkey, is specific with local spices and flavor, but you can always find something to eat, pizza was prepared in the main restaurant and served directly from the oven. There is a contact mini zoo on site: rabbits run around the hotel, roosters crow in the morning, donkeys, goats and cows are brought to 8 o'clock, which can be petted and fed, peacocks, black swans, ducks, turkeys in aviaries. We had room 415. Therefore, the information is exclusively on this number, perhaps in other rooms everything is different. The balcony of the room overlooks the pool, there is a mosquito net on the balcony door, in the evenings it is very noisy until one o'clock in the morning somewhere. The room has 2 double beds and 1.5 double beds, a TV, a bathroom where the faucet in the bathroom does not switch and at the same time water flows from both the faucet and the shower (we did not bother with this), a soap dispenser near the sink, which worked only 2 days (we used the one in the shower), pinned a well-calculated number of toilet paper rolls for the entire rest period, there were no shampoos and gels, but there was one hygiene product for everything in the dispenser - it was also liquid soap, gel, and shampoo; during the entire stay, the balcony was not cleaned and even the room was cleaned anyway (but we arrived at the sea, therefore, there was a minimum amount of time in the room). When cleaning the room before checking in, a mosquito was killed on the sheet in the area of the legs where the stain remained, the blanket-waffle blanket was dirty, the complaint to the reception did not give any result (they took a blanket from a single bed and lived quietly with it until the end of the rest). For asthmatics, I draw attention to the fact that the grilles of air conditioners are VERY dusty. We don't use condee, so it wasn't critical for us. We were very lucky with the hotel guide from Pegasus Nargiza. At the meeting, she gave valuable and important instructions, and when the tour we ordered, which was not included in the standard list, did not recruit the right number of people, offered an alternative (which, unfortunately, also did not gather people), we were refunded the money to the account. In the last 2 days before departure, there was a strong storm and rescuers did not let anyone into the sea and even dismantled the pier. A warning for those who like to jump into the sea from the pier, before jumping, make sure that there are no umbrellas in the water that were blown away by the sea in a storm. Otherwise, it all depends on your mood and desire to have a good rest, and not look for flaws and get upset about it. I wish you all a positive mood and a good rest.

In general, I liked the hotel, but it is a solid 4*, if you rested in 5 *, then there are differences!
Clean, tasty, always a large selection of meat: chicken, turkey, beef, liver, fish. Vegetables , fruits are few
A huge amount of pastries for breakfast, a variety of omelets, cheeses, sausages and breakfast cereals
Alcohol is standard, locally produced, bars are everywhere, on the beach around the clock
The beach is not well maintained, sun beds, umbrellas, tables will have to be collected and moved by yourself, pebbles - be sure to take aquashouses with you! The sea is clean, there is a pier!
Standard animation, volleyball, darts, water aerobics, children's disco and shows in the evenings, night disco on the beach.
There is a petting zoo, rabbits, goats, cows, swans, chickens, etc.
Animals do not bother anyone, there are no foreign smells.
Well-groomed green area, everything is within walking distance and convenient location!

Cleaning-in 10 days we washed the floors once!!!

A good enough hotel to stay in! Rooms: clean, some cleaners make bows out of towels (thank you very much), spacious wardrobe, safe, air conditioning (conveniently, you can open the balcony, and the air conditioning will continue to work (but at least in our room). Food: delicious, but a little monotonous. There is food for those who have a diet. Pools: there are many of them, there is even a water park, but the children's ones are quite small. There are bridges over the pools. Entertainment: there is a mini park. There's a wooden train rolling around. Three carousels. However, they often break down.
Beach: pebbly, I advise you to buy corals either in the hotel store or abroad of the hotel. I do not advise you to cross the ground crossing. There may be reckless drivers. We return to the beach: clean, there are 2 marinas.
Petting zoo: goats, chickens, roosters, a cow (which tans all the time), 2 donkeys. There are a couple of swings nearby.
Infrastructure: by bus (either from a travel company or by public transporttransportation)you can get to Side, Manavgat, Alanya, etc.
There are bazaars nearby. There is also the Alara Grand Bazaar. It is 3 km away from here. You can buy a lot of things there.
Overall a very good hotel.

I have very rarely seen a disco held for 70-80% of Russian hits with a free bar, after which a neighboring bar is open until the morning. The beach certainly leaves much to be desired. But you can swim perfectly from the pier. Food and alcohol are four. You won't stay hungry and sober. The numbers are four. The most important thing is to tune in for a good rest. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly hotel staff with a smile on their face.Since we arrived at about 23h. we were settled very quickly in a very nice comfortable and clean room with a sea view and the entire territory of the hotel was in our sight.The room had a three-bed and a single bed.Large roomy closet.The mirror with a pedestal is quite large. We rested in the second half of August 2024 for 12 days with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel has a large territory, a contact zoo, a large swimming pool on different levels, the second pool is small for a relaxing holiday.
There are many food outlets and bars.
The staff is excellent, friendly, sociable. The food is varied and tasty, the choice is sufficient, we did not stay hungry.
Of the cons: the beach is not big with a sharp entry into the sea, children do not particularly swim, large pebbles, after a storm it became sandy for one day. 2 Elevators often broke down, they are not enough for such a large hotel, you wait a long time for your turn to go up to the 5th floor with a stroller, you often had to leave the stroller in the room.

The pool is large, there are a lot of sun beds, but because of the SMART ones who leave towels or things on the sun beds and go to the city or to the sea for half a day, it is not always possible to find a free place and even with shade. Daytime entertainment is present. The animators don't speak Russian well, but in general you can understand it. The food is monotonous, but delicious. You won't stay hungry. During the day, you can find a place to have a snack on site. If not the main restaurant, then the beach bar also has something to eat. There is always bottled water and ayran in the fridge. The hotel has a nice beautiful pool. There is a large territory, there is a mini zoo, the kids will like it. There's a cool bar on the beach. I liked the cafe, delicious cakes and coffee.

I would not recommend the hotel, it was tolerable. A beautiful large area, well, that's probably it. The elevators are broken, one is working fine, it takes a very long time. The corridors are like in a dorm, the smell is terrible. The room is normal, I got 3+. The sea is clear, the pier is rotten and it's going to collapse. Beer is not very good, mojito is normal, wine is terrible, tequila is terribly unpleasant from small plastic bottles. The zoo stinks, not well maintained. Rabbits are running, roosters are crowing, a cow is laying cakes on the football field. The children went to visit the rabbits and got into these cakes.

It is not worth going on excursions.

We had a vacation with my husband at the end of May 2024. We liked it. The food is excellent (the variety is very large) the staff is all friendly. Good territory. It is especially good for families with children, because there is a mini zoo on the territory (peacocks, goats, donkeys and rabbits that run around the territory) and for children there is a small amusement park (7 different swings). The food is varied (except breakfast), delicious, but the hotel is not five stars at all. Not in the bathroom. The thief of toothpaste, brushes, shampoo, conditioner. Only household soap in one of the two dispensers. The hotel is very tired. The elevators did not work, we walked up to the 6th floor for 4 days. The air conditioner in our family room was not cold, apparently the coolant ran out. The employees created the appearance of activity that they were repairing, but nothing changed in 7 days.
In 7 days, the room was cleaned only 2 times.
The beach on the sea is rocky, right from the sea the sunbeds were raised on the rocks, it was necessary to go to the sea. You also have to walk to the bar from the beach.
In the Luna Park, all the rides are very old.
There is a children's club with very responsive animators, they work 2 times a day for 2.5 hours.
Pools are cleaned, cocktails are made.
There is no gym, there are no half weights of dumbbells.
But if you don't pay attention to the details, then it's not bad. Plus the view from the window is gorgeous.
Personally, I won't go there a second time.

After reading the reviews, we thought that we were going to a maximum 3* hotel, but it turned out not to be so) We were settled on the 4th floor (in fact, the 3rd), so it was convenient to go up without an elevator, the room was not large, but there was enough space for three of us, the air conditioner was working, the hair dryer was also in the room. In general, no money was paid to anyone, because everything was completely fine with us and there was no point in moving to another room. Wi-Fi is free, but it doesn't work in the rooms, and it was all over the territory. Well, I didn't like that people brought their things, towels, etc. from the evening or night to book sun beds, but this is no longer a claim to the hotel, but to our people)) We came to the sea at about 7:30, there were enough free sunbeds, and by 10 o'clock everyone was already occupied. Just got back from vacation!!! We had a rest in pemar, what I want to say is, the place is wonderful!!!! There is just a lot of food at every step, drinks are different. The territory of the hotel is super!!! The rooms were cleaned every morning, towels were changed (thanks a lot to the girls for their hard work). All the staff is polite, smiling (thanks for everything). We also really liked the beach. There are sun loungers both by the sea and on the top. The pool is always clean (cleaned every evening). The slides are cool. There are small animals on the territory (you can feed them, pet them). Thank you very much for your hospitality!!! We will definitely come back!!!

Good day! I want to share my impressions about the hotel. We had a rest from September 3 to September 9. Overall, we liked everything. We always fly to relax, not to look for flaws. We lived on the 5th floor with a view of the road and the mosque. At night we slept with kondey and, accordingly, with the door to the balcony closed, so the street noise did not interfere. Personally, it was a little hot for us, kondey didn't really cope, but it's all purely individual. The Internet was everywhere, but the room was very weak. The cleaning was done every day, not very thorough. Dirty towels were put on the floor, and they were always regularly changed.
During our rest, the elevators were working properly, we practically did not see flies. We liked the food, it was delicious, satisfying, varied. The price is quite budgetary, so it's not worth waiting for frills, delicacies, as well as discussing this. The territory is large and well maintained. The beach is pebbly, on the second day we bought corals at the market across the street for $ 10. There seemed to be enough sun beds, the problem with umbrellas from the sun.
I didn't like the situation with beach towels. They can be taken from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., and handed over from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. We arrived at 12.00, respectively, what should we go to the beach with?! We wanted to be offended, but they were given to us in the hammam.
Entertainment in the amphitheater was not particularly liked because of the stuffiness, since it is located in a recess, and I had to sit on concrete.
The disco started at 23.00, we were delighted and had fun.
Would we come to this hotel again? Definitely YES! For such a small price, we liked everything!

We had a rest from August 2 to August 9, two adults and a child of 11 years old. Overall, it's not bad. There is a lot of food, almost every day the same, fish (mackerel, dogs, thin dry Red steaks), chicken meat, micro cutlets, gravies, fruits are different, a lot of greens, salads, alcohol I think is diluted) in general, do not be hungry, you will find your own menu (we missed our food on day 3, ) Room 3, shabby, old, we had no balcony with a view of the road, the road does not interfere with the window closed, but we needed a balcony (to dry things) The pool , the sea is clean and warm. The staff is excellent, there was no language barrier (Russian, English, Turkish are the main ones in the hotel) Russians are 50-60 percent in the hotel. If you are not a quibbler, then you can go!

The hotel is tired after a light renovation. In 10 days, the bed was changed 1 time, although they write that they change 3 times. You left tips - you won't see swans. The air conditioning system is poor, the hotel is stuffy, it is cool only in the lobby. The elevators were out of order, strangulation, pandemonium, the last 2 days we went to the elevator in another building. Initially, the room was given on the 3rd floor with a view of the trash. After negotiations with the manager and payment of 100 bucks, they settled on the seventh floor with a view of the sea. Do not expect abundance in food in the same way, but you will not stay hungry either. What angered the entrance to the restaurant and at the reception: there is no dress code, they walk in swimsuits, shake fat saggy bellies and cellulite, it is not very pleasant to see this during a meal. And in general, lack of culture. About the sea: big waves, big pebble beach, buy rubber shoes right away. There are + and - in everything. It takes 2 hours to get from the airport to the hotel.
