The atmosphere was very pleasant, the staff was smiling and very polite, the portions were large and hearty, we took oven-baked pancakes and chicken dumplings. I really liked everything, it was satisfying and sooooo delicious, I definitely recommend visiting this place.
There are also many varieties of tinctures on the menu.
My husband and I were absolutely delighted.

We went to the Dumpling Shop today and were absolutely delighted! Usually you expect delicious, but quite simple food from such places, but here we were pleasantly surprised.
First of all, the serving of dishes is excellent! The dumplings looked very appetizing, neatly arranged on a plate, with herbs and sour cream – a real work of art. It is immediately clear that chefs do not just cook, but put their soul into their work.
Secondly, the staff is just wonderful! They greeted us with a smile, served us quickly and attentively, and were very polite and courteous. We felt at home. Special thanks to Polina for the recommendation with sauces – you hit the nail on the head!
Thirdly, of course, the dumplings themselves are beyond praise! The dough is thin, the filling is juicy and fragrant, everything is as it should be. We ate with pleasure, and even asked for more!
Fourth, a pleasant atmosphere. It's clean, cozy, and plays unobtrusive music. The perfect place for a quick but delicious and enjoyable lunch or dinner.
In general, Pelmennaya is a great place that I recommend to all lovers of dumplings and just good cuisine. We will definitely come back here more than once! 5 stars!

I was with my wife on 04/14/2025. the wedding anniversary. To be honest, it will be difficult to find a better place even in Minsk. If you have come to take a walk around the old town to see the sights and decide to relax, then you are definitely here. Food 5. Kitchen 5 .I have only seen such a speed of serving dishes in Minsk in VERY expensive restaurants. Staff, if possible, I will put 10, although it is possible and more.(We were with a bouquet of flowers and they immediately brought us a vase for them)
The atmosphere is quiet and homely. Sorry for the digression, even the baby in the stroller was asleep in our presence. And it's worth a lot. In short, I super recommend it to everyone.

The best place to have lunch is on a weekend or on a weekday, it doesn't matter, you will always be well served, they will be kind to you and will never refuse to help, customer orientation is excellent!
The food is just great, you can have a hearty meal or a snack.

We visited this place for the first time, it was Sunday afternoon. There were no dumplings on half of the menu, which was very sad, I wanted to try unusual flavors, in the end I had to take pork, chicken and baked. First they brought me my portion alone, and only 10 minutes later they baked it for a young man. At the same time, the waiter did not ask to bring it together or when ready. In a normal restaurant, when two people come and everyone orders a main course, they should bring two dishes at once!
The service is quite bad, the waiter can bring a dish and not pick up an empty glass, despite the fact that the landing is not complete.
There is no warning that all the dumplings are sprinkled with dill at the exit, the waiter does not warn about this fact, it is not written in the menu either. When asked why you have dill everywhere, the waiter replied that it was an integral part of Belarusian dishes, and the three tables around us started laughing)) Why is no one aware of this fact? Okay, let's say a person is not from Belarus at all, does not like dill, and so on. Complete nonsense. I told the waiter that I didn't like dill, to which he neither apologized nor offered to redo the dish, but just continued to argue with us. As a result, a complaint book was requested and two tables at once expressed a desire to write their message there.
The dumplings themselves taste delicious, but the service itself is terrible.

What was opened on the site of the legendary institution is below the baseboard (and that's putting it mildly). Everything from the service to communication with the administration, the dishes themselves, the DUMPLINGS - leaves much to be desired! The waiters are rude! The administration is behaving like the masters of the world! Dumplings - it feels like they were bought at the traffic light! Anyone who wants or wants to visit and taste real dumplings is definitely not in this place. Take care of your stomachs!

I invited my friend to come in on 04/25, I regretted it a hundred times. The waiter (girl) is not in uniform, did not introduce herself. My friend wanted to order a signature coffee, but there was nothing. I decided to order potato dumplings, and when asked what they were, the answer was dough. Which one is not clear, I went and asked, it turned out to be potato. My friend wanted pancakes with ham and cheese, but she was afraid to find out what kind of ham (she doesn't eat chicken), she took it with cottage cheese. And I have dumplings with sour cream. She brought pancakes and dumplings with fried bacon, she said it wasn't mine. She took it away. She brought it to the next table, and I got mine. The serving is a bit strange, the sauce pan was in a plate with dumplings. I believe that everything is fine with sanitary standards, but doubts remain. The dumplings turned out to have no salt at all. When asked why the cook didn't salt the water, the waiter replied that she didn't cook the salt on the table either. How to salt dense balls with a diameter of 3 cm? Explain to the staff that such an answer is suitable for a station buffet, and not for a decent cafe. I salted the sour cream, ate 3 pieces (I really wanted to eat). The waiter came and we listened to a monologue about how she was doing everything well, and we were... We paid for the food (spoiled mood) and left. The girl at the entrance did not accompany us, but chatted with her friend. The pancakes were edible. Please teach the cook how to bring the dishes to taste, you can add salt, but the taste of the dish must be. I do not recommend this establishment. I'll come back myself, the rating should correspond to the quality of the dishes and service.
