It's an empty place :). It seems that apart from the residents of the Pier, there are no customers there, especially since you need to go up to the second floor either on foot by stairs or by elevator. Accordingly, the freshness of the products is questionable - I bought two croissants with mango and bananas, I won't say that they were "the day before yesterday", but I wouldn't call them fresh either.
