We stayed at this hotel from 1 to 7 September. I really liked it!
The atmosphere in the hotel is cozy and homely. Everyone is friendly, helpful and smiling. All requests and appeals were immediately responded to.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed and cozy, in the courtyard there are tables under a wonderful huge tree, pecan, where it is never hot and you can sit and relax. The rooms are clean, I was glad that the water and electricity were always uninterrupted.
Separately, I would like to mention the cafe at the hotel, where lovely and friendly girls work. The food is very tasty, homemade, the portions are large and the serving is very beautiful.
The sea is nearby, about 3 minutes.
There is parking for a car.
We express our gratitude to the owners and staff of the hotel for a cozy and wonderful stay.

We had a rest in September 2024. Great hotel. The kitchen is super. The first day we ate, we didn't go anywhere else. The prices are average. The rooms are very clean, the linen is snow-white. The staff is the best of the best. Many thanks to the girls from the cafe for the delicious food and service. The sea is 5 min. Very close.The cows are coming towards us, but this creates a certain callorite. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Many thanks to Mason for his sensitive attitude towards vacationers. I really want to come back to you next year.

I had a family vacation in Pecan as part of a large company in late June and early July of the 24th year. The rooms are medium in size, equipped with everything necessary, the three of us spent the night in a comfortable room. The hotel itself is in a quiet part of the village. Birdsong and that's it. There is a wonderful delicious cafe at the hotel. Be sure to try the signature salad. The staff did not interfere with the rest, for which I thank them very much. The nearest beach is 150-200 meters away. But we went to the pines, closer to the border guards - 15 minutes walking distance. There are also sandy beaches nearby - they are dirtier. The village itself is rural. Everything is sincere, calm. There were no problems with water or electricity.

As a theater begins with a hanger, so a vacation begins with a hotel. Pecan's great merit lies in its staff, location and excellent cuisine! Our family, thanks to Pecan, was 100% satisfied with the rest. Yes, minimalism, yes, you need to walk to the sea (5 minutes), but be sure that you will find everything you need here. A quiet, measured life and with everything you need for a couple of weeks is guaranteed. The kitchen is a delight! It's family-friendly and peaceful here. I bow low to the hostess and all those who met us as relatives and made our vacation in Abkhazia comfortable! The hotel is definitely recommended!

We had a rest in late August, early September 24 at the Pecan Hotel. I had a very pleasant experience. Clean, cozy rooms, a beautiful well-kept courtyard, delicious food in the cafe. Helpful and friendly staff. There is an open kitchen under a canopy. Kitchen utensils, kettle, dishes. It's a pity there wasn't a microwave. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. A pebble beach, clean, clear water in the sea.
In general, I liked everything very much. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Good afternoon. We had a rest with my wife from 03.07.24 to 17.07.24. Upon arrival at the hotel at 10:00 we were immediately checked in. The room is clean, I liked the hotel, the territory is well maintained, I liked the food in the cafe, the portions are large. It takes five minutes to walk slowly to the beach, the sea is the purest. Since there are no large hotels on the coast, there are few people on the beach because of this. That's why we chose this place. The staff is responsive, always ready to help and suggest everything about the tour of Abkhazia. Cleaning every fifth day, we left the keys and went to the beach, none of the things were missing. Upon arrival home, only this hotel was recommended to everyone.
Special thanks to the administrator Khatuna, the cafe staff and the whole staff.
The next time we travel to Abkhazia, we will stay only at this hotel.

We had a rest in September 2024. We visited many canteens and cafes in the area, but the most delicious food is only in Pecans.
Although we are not residents of the hotel, we only went to this cafe to eat, very, very, very tasty, the prices are average, not cheap, but not space, but the portions of salads, first and second courses are just huge, I ate one salad. And what is not unimportant, there are no digestive problems after. I would have given 100 stars to the Pecan Cafe.
Excellent people work in this cafe, helped to call a taxi, or rather they called it themselves, never rude, pleasant communication of the staff, they will always prompt or advise.

Good afternoon. We had a rest from 08/25/24 to 09/03/24 at the Pecan Guest House. Upon arrival, they immediately settled into a clean hotel, everything was comfortable, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. In the morning we went to breakfast, we were greeted by a friendly waitress Anna and a pretty positive receptionist Mzia with a smile. Throughout our stay, the food was very tasty and the portions are large and not expensive and they greet all guests warmly. The guest house is located five minutes from the sea, and the sea is very clean, I think it's a great place for those who like a relaxing holiday. You can also find out and book any excursions here. I would like to leave a review specifically about the pecan cuisine. Always friendly waiters, always clean and cozy. And the food is incredibly delicious! The portions are large and hearty! There is everything for both kids and adults! We ate only there, well, I really liked it! Thanks to the chefs!!! We advise all friends who are going to Abkhazia to eat there now.

It was the first time we were with our family in Abkhazia! We had a rest in the period from 06/26/2023 to 07/05/2023. A great hotel, everything is clean, tidy and quiet. There is a Cafe, the food is very tasty, the prices are adequate, and the portions are huge! Special thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and friendliness. I recommend it to everyone!

I recommend it at 90%. A very pleasant hotel. The rooms are well thought out, everything is very clean, nice pastel. We settled in immediately, although we arrived much earlier. Polite staff, left a key for cleaning -all valuables are in place, you can trust. The kitchen is delicious, the gusts are just huge. Thanks to the girls separately, straight 👍🏻The only thing I really didn't like was the short stretch of road to the beach. The beach is nearby and nice, but the road..you have to walk along the edge of the roadway, where there is dust, dust from passing cars, and cows ... cows like in India. There is also a cafe with discos nearby, in which music screams late into the night for the whole neighborhood. If someone is a light sleeper, there will be problems. And the hotel itself and the staff are great fellows.

I want to leave a review about Pecans. We stayed with our family for 10 days in this wonderful hotel. From 06/23.24 to 07/3.24. I liked everything - from the geographical location of the hotel to the cleanliness of the rooms. The kitchen in the cafe is really homely and delicious (special thanks to the administrator of the Mzii). The only caveat is the size of the bathroom in our room -it's really small. Otherwise, everything is great. I chose for a long time and did not lose my vacation spot 👍🏻

We are very happy with our vacation in Pecan. The hosts and staff are friendly. We are delighted with the cafe, everything is very tasty, and the portions are huge. For me, there was a big plus in the fact that you can't cook in the kitchen: it was clean, there were no greasy spots, dirty pans and the smell of frying. Thanks to the spreading Pecan tree, the guest house is in the shade, and even on a hot day it is comfortable here. There is always water, electricity, and Internet. Everything in the room is new and clean, comfortable mattresses Have a hairdryer. Cleaning every 5 days is of high quality. The sparsely populated pebble beach at the Dolphin Hotel, where there are pine trees, is 5 minutes away, though on a dusty road. There are no sidewalks anywhere at the Fish Factory. The music in the cafe next door is strictly up to 23, it did not bother us. There is a fruit and vegetable tent and a shop nearby. We will be happy to return.

I booked a room in Pekan on the advice of my son, who visits Abkhazia very often for work.
Unfortunately, serious health problems have arisen.

I recommend and hope to get well and relax in Pecan, if not this year, then next year for sure.

Vacationing in Abkhazia for the first time, 2 adults and 1 child 1.5 years old. There are zero comments about the hotel. Everything is as in the description and everything is as in the photos.
For me, probably, the main criterion when choosing a place of residence was the lack of reviews about inadequate hosts. I chose other hotels, 100 good reviews and one bad one about the owners, and the guest house was dismissed (the parents somehow got into Alakhadze for an inadequate hostess and moved out after 2 nights flashing their heels, it would be difficult for us to do this with a child).
Everything is fine here!
The main thing is to see the description (all distances are indicated truthfully), if you want to live closer to the beach with pine trees, this hotel will not suit you, it seems close on the map, but in fact there is a private sector and you need to go around, 900 meters distance. But there are beaches closer. There is a cafe with karaoke nearby, surprisingly, but we couldn't hear anything. I give a solid 5 stars, but we are unlikely to return here ourselves, as well as in general to Abkhazia

Because of the good reviews, the Pecan Hotel was chosen. We were unlucky to stay in this place. There is zero noise insulation, they lived on the ground floor, children run around hanging on the door, knocking on the windows, playing like that, the windows were constantly kept curtained. The feeling that you live on the street. They drink in the summer kitchen until nightfall, and next to it there is a karaoke bar where songs are shouted. The hot water and lights were often turned off, and the plumbing was in poor condition. But the cafe on the territory is great, it's 5 balls! We left ahead of schedule anyway, we chose a better hotel for the same price

We were passing through Pitsunda, stayed at the Pekan Hotel for 3 days. Beautiful territory. I really liked the location, it's 5 minutes to the sea, there are many different cafes and shops nearby. Great place! Friendly, unobtrusive hosts. Cleanliness! Cozy and comfortable rooms. The maid is constantly washing something. The conditions are good, compared to other houses. The owners do not impose their own rules, do not interfere with rest. There are lots of shops and cafes nearby, you can walk to the park with pine trees, you can go the other way, there are lots of kiosks where you can buy everything from souvenirs and beach stuff to medicines and magazines. There is a park with a playground, though not new.
Why am I writing this, because I thought it was everywhere, but in Tsandripsha I had to stomp about 1.5 km to the pharmacy from my guest house... There was simply no place to buy reading material. There is everything nearby. And the sea is clean, transparent, no worse than in Turkey! We have never had rotovirus.
If you go to Abkhazia, then only to this area of the Golden Bay! The sea is the coolest here!
I would love to come back here!
P.S. The rooms have cool tiles on the floor, take your slippers. I took the thin ones that they give in hotels.

I usually don't have time to write reviews, but after a trip to the hotel, I decided to take a minute. We had a family vacation from August 26 to September 4, 2023. I liked everything very much! The cafe is generally on top. In good restaurants there are always one or two specialties, but here all the food is delicious. We tried almost all the dishes and liked them all very much. The hotel and cafe staff are very polite and friendly. In general, I recommend it to everyone, and I will try to come back on occasion.

Nice hotel in the Rybzavod area. I booked through booking, payment for the first day at the time of booking by transfer to the card. Lived with a child in June 2022. One of the advantages is a convenient location near the sea and a good cafe, at the same time, it is far from a noisy street. The advantages include poor audibility of neighbors, which indicates the quality of construction. On TV 4 channels, a shared kitchen on the street-there is everything you need, there is also a cafe-it gives delicious tangerine fresh. There is its own Parking, video surveillance everywhere. A water heater is installed in each room. Friendly staff. The disadvantages include a rare cleaning and a change of accessories every 5 days. And in general, a great option for your money. The sandy beach is 7-10 minutes on foot, depending on how fast you walk, by the way there are fewer jellyfish on it. But the fact that it is sandy is very relative (about a meter at the entrance to the sea, as there are only stones from the sea itself). We ate mainly at the laguna cafe (3 minutes on foot) there's a delicious boat and not bad breakfasts. There are shops nearby (from 2 minutes to 6 minutes on foot) where you will find everything you need.

In our opinion, the Pekan Guest House is wonderful. We have been on vacation in Abkhazia twice and stayed here both times. Clean area, rooms, spacious Parking. Friendly, friendly hosts.
