We sent the cargo from Russia to Kazakhstan, paid for delivery to the door, the parcel was registered in the warehouse, I call the PEC, they tell me that the courier will contact me today. 4 days pass, no one calls! I call them, they say that they did not send the request to the office and will send it later. The next day, they call from the office, arrange delivery for tomorrow. On the appointed day, the courier calls, says that he left with my parcel and will be there soon. After 20 minutes, he calls back and says that the parcel is lost!!! Supposedly they will look in the warehouse. We call them back ourselves, they say that there is no warehouse, she was lost in some of the border towns! It's just terrible, there are 200 thousand goods there! If the issue is not resolved, I will go to court.

The deliverer did not give an invoice indicating the route and the cost of everything is hidden until the person digs it out himself.

Corrected. Disgusting company. I sent the cargo. I am the sender and the recipient. He carried out the shipment of the 98th diagonal TV from Moscow to Almaty. As a result, the cargo was shipped on 12/14/2021. And received on 01/13/2022. (A month, how is that?) while the cargo was traveling along an obscure route that actually no one knew, neither PECK nor I, it was damaged. For reference, the price of this TV is $ 13,600 and $ 500 shipping (by the ugliest company). As a result, upon receipt, after examining the integrity of the cargo, I saw damage to the integrity of the package, which I immediately warned about. In response, the director of the branch in Almaty told me himself: they say, don't be indignant here, and that time is not calm now, OR I'll just call the police. That is, I had only two options to be maimed by the company or arrested by the police. Yes, indeed, the beginning of the year was not very favorable in our city. I chose the option to pick up the cargo silently. As a result, 4 days after switching on, streaks and ripples began to appear on the screen. I called the master and the verdict was not comforting "beyond repair!" the warranty was denied due to physical damage to the CLASS! Avoid this company. My damage is $14,100 and a lot of nerves. Disgusting office! She ordered a car to move (elderly mothers) to my place in the Russian Federation. The car arrived at 5.30 pm and loaded with pallets! Things are not fully included. The driver of Myrzoyat was rude to my mother, to her indignation, said there was nothing to say, I don't like it, cancel the application! As a result, half of the things were loaded, I did not have time to hand over to the warehouse (it works until 18.00), I left the car on the territory. He said he would unload in the morning and arrive on the 2nd flight. Pay twice for movers. Things were thrown around randomly, and if they were folded normally, then everything would fit (there was a mattress and 2 mini chests of drawers) In the morning, go to the delivery of half of the things yourself, then load up again and come back to the other side of the city. A madhouse! Mom is an elderly woman, she got nervous, her blood pressure jumped! Completely incompetent and arrogant employees! The weight and volume of things were counted 2 times more than according to our calculations. Their shipping packaging was added to the obligation, even on those boxes in which ordinary things are. I called the Moscow number, left a complaint to the operator, reaction O. I do not recommend anyone to contact the Almaty office of the PEC! Never! Let's see how things get there.

Are you kidding me we sent the cargo from Russia to Kazakhstan , everything was processed, the cargo was delivered to the warehouse , the delivery was supposed to be in the city of Uralsk August 18th tracking showed that the cargo arrived in Samara and hung there in the invoice it was stated that the recipient would pay for the shipment , but since there was no terminal in Uralsk, they allegedly slowed down the cargo without notifying anyone about it on the same day as I found out that they were waiting for the payment to be made through the bank I corresponded with the operators every day, they calmed me down and said don't worry, the cargo will be delivered on time I turn to the operators on the 20th and ask where our cargo is, they say in Samara you have been charged an additional storage of 1992 rubles Are you driving or what? What kind of idiocy is it my fault that you didn't deliver the cargo on time???????

Despite numerous calls to the hotline, personal communication with the staff of the Almaty branch, "cargo appeals", I issued a "cargo pick-up on 22.06" On 24.06 the forwarder took my cargo 🙏 bravo!! and to this day, today 01.07 he is at the terminal. I've heard a million explanations about the added night flights!!! BUT for the life of ME, it is not clear how the same loads of 3 cargoes, in one branch, which were handed over independently by the sender and for which there was a "fence" 2 left, 1 did not and all according to ....... rally (((. I do not understand how a responsible person on the spot you send 3 cargo codes, he says that he can't do anything "in the order of the queue" we will send tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, 2 of them, apparently without his knowledge, leave, the girls call after 15 minutes to inform that the goods have been sent and they are really leaving, the status is changing, but the 3rd is not??? another 3-4 days pass and he is back in place!! A week has passed since the fence WEEK, please, sane employees, connect to the problem again!!! I'm not harmful, it's chaos in your logistics, and yes, now I definitely demand compensation!! the 2nd time there is the same problem, CARGO PICKUP = A DELAY OF A WEEK! I will add, today 02.07 my cargo was sent, the time from picking up the cargo by the forwarder to sending it from the terminal is EIGHT days!! This is space, I highly RECOMMEND NOT using the Pick-up of the cargo of the PEC Company - it is DISGUSTING for a long time. And this is the 2nd time in one month.. moreover, the other cargo, which the sender himself delivered and delivered today, was sent today, i.e. day / day.

Due to the inconsistency of the accounting department of the supplier's company and this transport company, it was not possible to pick up their goods from the warehouse in Almaty. The website lists the phone number of the call center with the Almaty city code, but for some reason some incomprehensible girls answered the call (I would call them "chickens") from some Russian city. As a result, without getting a clear answer from the operators, I had to "beg" for the phone number of the head of the warehouse in Almaty in very high tones. I called the Batyr and briefly explained the situation. From that very moment, the search for a solution to the problem began. For several days as a Batyr, I was "surrounded by the care" of a Batyr. A few days later, the problem was solved and I managed to pick up my cargo from the warehouse. By the way, a few words about the work of the warehouse itself. The guys work clearly and harmoniously.
