There is an unpleasant impression from this airline. We have not been able to receive a refund for a cancelled international flight for 3 years. The local office in Almaty refers to the fact that they do not solve such issues. The head office sends unsubscriptions, they requested the details for the refund three times, but they never returned it. We try to avoid them and will not recommend them to anyone. It's a shame and a shame. It turns out that they are scammers, since they embezzled the money, did not provide the service, and did not make a refund.

Good time of the day! We flew with our family to Turkey in July 2023. I've never had such a terrible flight in my life, and I've been flying at least once a year for 30 years. There are no Russian-speaking staff on board at all, they speak only Turkish or English, but fluently, and when the turbulence zone started for two hours, we almost died of fear, not only was the plane shaking in all directions and the feeling that it was about to collapse, but also this wonderful staff starts yelling something at of course, it is not clear whether we are all going to die, or sit and do not dig...In short, the horror!
