Disappointed and let down by the service. We often order pies at the office, we really like the taste and quality, everything was wonderful. And on 31.01.25 I ordered pies for my Birthday on the website at 3.02, to treat my colleagues. The order confirmation never came, but I thought that since it's Sun-Sat weekend, it's okay. On Monday, 3.02 a.m. at 9 a.m., I called to find out what time the pies would be delivered, to which the bakery manager replied: "we have not accepted orders since Friday afternoon, there is no order from you"!!! How could the client know this??? And why don't you have a notification about this on your website, or at least a notification when ordering? When I asked to search for my order, they replied: "your order to the specified address was placed on 3.03"! I am reliably aware that I placed an order on the website by filling in the fields of the order form, including the field with the calendar with the delivery date, which I specified on 02/3/2025. The problems of errors on the website should not affect the customers. As a result, I received a categorical answer.: "we are not accepting orders for today!" and 0 apologies. To say that they let you down is to say nothing, to say that you lost 3 days of time is the same. It's a real shame, because we love and appreciate your pies, but trust in you is lost.
The pies are really delicious, but lately it has been absolutely impossible to place an order, even trying to make it a week before the required delivery. They don't even take orders for pickup. And this has been observed for a long period of time. It would be good for management to think about increasing capacity if there is a plan for further work.
And the downside is that they don't respond on Instagram. That is, it is just nominally wound up.
