She called after sending the letter, clarified that everything had been received, my order had been accepted, and "we will inform you about the payment and the readiness of the order later"
I called in the evening, because no one called me back. "We'll call you back later, the order is already in the printing process." The situation with this phrase was repeated only three times.
I think it's great, thanks. As a result, I call on the day of the deadline (again by myself, because no one called me back), and they tell me that the letter somehow miraculously got into spam and my brochures were not printed.
It's magical! I have a project due tomorrow, where the main part is often not ready. I'll probably lose my scholarship. Many thanks to this printing company, I've never been so upset before.
The most annoying thing is that I was also responsible for other people's files, they also suffered in this situation.
The website of the curve, when trying to send an order to wallstrips, returned an error, the photos did not load. But surprisingly, they called back tomorrow, clarified the order, and asked me to send a photo to Viber. A day later, the order was clarified again and asked to send a photo in a different format. In the evening, they wrote that they would not take the order, because 1 piece for 25 rubles is not enough, it is necessary that there be an order for 4 pieces for 100 rubles, although there were no such restrictions on the site. In general, you can even thank them for being polite, my order was not lost and was refused quickly, and now there is time to take a photo elsewhere!
