Nice apartment. Everything is clean, everything works, no problem. Nice pool. The beach is 2 min walk. The area is full of cafes and restaurants, as well as street food and fruits. There is no rest stop on site, so there are some problems with breakfast. Either go to a buffet at a nearby hotel, or cook by yourself. Since all cafes have been open since 11.

A good residential complex, but already very old. Apartments are usually 2-room apartments, although the bedroom is designed without a window and is very small, the studio with a kitchen has a balcony. There is a shared, large, well-maintained swimming pool with all infrastructure and services, a nice, well-maintained territory. The rent is approximately 20-25 thousand baht per month.

The hotel is located directly opposite the sea. It's a little noisy in the evening near the pool, but in the evening everyone goes for a walk outside the territory.
