A comfortable apartment in the very center of the city. Parking for cars is small, but there are always places near the entrance. Only positive emotions.

Lovely apartment, bright, spacious for a studio. Close to all the attractions, the location is super for tourists. There is a cool Buffet cafe across the street, delicious and priced at approx. It was clean, comfortable, I wanted to stay, and not just spend the night. I would rent this place again. Cons will be found everywhere - for someone it is difficult to walk to the 4th floor, for someone there will be a narrow shower cabin... But the advantages definitely outweigh it. I recommend.

I am very glad that I booked an apartment on a Daily basis, and not on local resources without reviews (despite the price difference), because if at least someone, after reading the review, chooses another apartment, I will be happy for you) ADVANTAGES: ideal location, the design of the apartment itself, a view from the window of the historical part of the city. minuses: - Towels with a musty smell, frankly, it stinks terribly. And out of desperation, they had to wipe themselves off, after which the body smelled accordingly. The next day, new towels were brought. In principle, due attention is not paid to cleaning (surfaces, even the table, are dusty). - A rickety old little shower stall. It was uncomfortable and long to wash. You need to wait for some time for warm water. We never felt hot water in the kitchen. - A broken toilet lid, a jamming soap dish, nails in the walls sticking out since 2018, judging by the reviews, a jamming remote control from the TV set-top box, blinds that do not rise normally, very few outlets. - They immediately said that there would be four people living in the apartment, everything was prepared as if there were two. Some could be taken additionally in the utility room / closet, some could not. - Cold floor where there are no carpets. - The photos in the photos do not fully correspond to reality, there are several old photos that are disorienting. Well, the photos are ABSOLUTELY not true from the point of view of the perception of the apartment. The case when it would have been better if it had been filmed worse.For this, the money is just about nothing. Think 1000 times before you stay in this apartment and it's better to take off something that looks simpler at first glance, but will be more functional, practical and better inside. I sincerely do not understand how it is possible to rent such an apartment at such a price and with such an attitude. Would it really be pleasant for you if you were settled in such an apartment? The funniest thing is the attitude. Initially, upon departure, they said: "Leave the key in the apartment, and slam the door, it's with a latch," and after I wrote to the service about impressions and towels, they decided to give us, apparently, a "compliment" and asked us to name the time of eviction so that the maid would accept the apartment, referring to the fact that standard practice when accommodation of four people (which was immediately known). This is the worst apartment where I had to stay and it is a pity that it coincided with a very pleasant event for the family and spoiled the impression of the weekend. And corny made them uncomfortable. I would not recommend it to anyone.
