I take this opportunity!I was, lived and left the hotel on 07/31.24. damn thanks to everyone who rested at this time, you are SUPER DUPER , Cool this is a hotel for couples. And if it's like me, then with children, with 2 children (10 years old..and 11 months) . All wonderful sincere people, children are not left behind at all. They 're watching ...We arrived from Karelia by Car..It was everything for us ..Well , there 's a toilet in the room .in the 24th year, 2 admins worked, the beautiful Svetlana and Andrey!!kapets.. You did well!!! Great Greetings to the Samaritans!!

Everything is fine. The sea immediately upon leaving the hotel, as I needed it. The hosts are friendly. There is a place for cooking and everything you need for this. There is a place (dining room) for eating. There are sun beds, rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerators, bathroom, shower. Outside, in front of the stairs, there is also a shower to rinse off, wash off the sand before going up to the room. Of course, not 5 stars, but I'm quite satisfied with everything, I'm not coming for the first time with my husband and children. The main thing is the proximity to the sea,

We rested at this hotel in the summer of 2023. I wanted to write a review about this place because we ran into trouble. The cleanliness in the rooms leaves much to be desired, the floors and tiles in the toilet are dirty. During a thunderstorm, the lights and water are cut off! And at the time when the generator turns on in the neighboring hotels, the light appears, we were sitting without light and normal water supply. There was also an unpleasant situation with pipes in the rooms. The hose to which the water heater (boiler) is connected broke twice. Once in a room located a few rooms away from ours. But the second time—right in the next one!!!
Many people's clothes got wet. The ceiling on the ground floor is swollen. The water was flowing like a waterfall!
Next, as for the "cleanliness" in the rooms. The pillows smell bad, I would say they stink (a mixture of vomit and sweat).
There was also a heavy downpour in Abkhazia on 07/19/2023. And from the mountain, which is located behind the hotel, trees began to fall and villages came down. And the hotel was built from sawdust, as a result of which there was a threat to the health and life of the guests (fortunately, we had already left).
The only plus is the unique nature of Abkhazia (the wonderful smell of the Pitsunda pine and the Black Sea are worth visiting this beautiful corner of Abkhazia — Pitsunda).
BUT FOR TOURISTS, A TIP: CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL.

The hotel is located on the outskirts, this is its plus and also a minus!! Your own beach!! Good rooms - air conditioning 2 beds wardrobe refrigerator table bedside table !! You do the cleaning yourself. The linen has not been changed in 10 days!! You can cook in your own kitchen!! There is a dining room and a cafe about 10 minutes away!! A peaceful place!! But if you really want it, you can buy it from the administrator!! Good - natured people !!

Do you want to throw money away? So that's where you're going. The most disgusting hotel in my entire life and vacation. The administration does not care about the guests!! Don't you like it? Get out of here! Everything is in very bad condition. Cardboard houses. Everything flows like air conditioners and plumbing. The tiles in the sanitary units are either missing or falling off. The floor in the room was sinking. Mattresses are the cheapest, but in fact the springs are covered with fabric. Instead of normal bedspreads, a fleece "plaid" of 130cm. The kitchen block made of "pieces and sticks" is in a very bad, battered condition. The beach area in front of the hotel is not cleaned from the sticks from the sea. During the week of stay, light and water were absent for more than 2 days. At the same time, the price of 2500 per day is not so little for a complete lack of service! The rooms were cleaned by themselves and the question of cleaning and changing the linen caused confusion and indignation!
There was no light for more than a day, respectively, and water, and no one from the administration bothered to bring at least a bottle of water, despite the fact that the hotel was full of families with young children. They just don't care about people!!! Hello, Andrey!
When I see excellent reviews about this "hotel", I immediately think that it is the owners who write them.
The only reason we stayed was because of the sandy beach, but in the end we regretted that we did not go to another hotel!!

BABI YAGI HUT Hotel- MINUS 2 levels. The rooms are in terrible condition, the doors partially do not close, the lights are turned off very often. The LIGHTS ARE TURNED OFF, THERE IS NO WATER. So you're not washed and hungry.There are no conditions for recreation. Water from the air conditioners can drip into the room. The beach is not cleaned, that's what they cleaned themselves. One plus: the beach is sand and next to the hut on chicken legs. The manager is an indifferent person. The answer to questions and remarks is simple: You don't like it. Do you want an extreme and spoiled vacation: The houses at Yagusia are burning.
