We are currently vacationing at this hotel. Pros, a good area with all the infrastructure: market, shops, cafes. The sea is about 15 minutes away.
Now about the hotel itself. It's very noisy. Windows do not protect at all from street noises. Take earplugs. They clean the room every day, bring water, shower gel, soap. The room is old, the walls are dirty, the shower joints are dirty and mildewed. The plumbing is patched, it smells like sewage. The conder blows directly onto the bed- it was taped up.
In general, two stars and no more.
By the way, no insects have been seen and free coffee is no longer served in the lobby.
For breakfast, you can choose from a chatterbox, fried eggs or boiled eggs. Toast, jam and butter.

We rested here from November 3 to November 12, 2023. I liked the hotel. It is small, calm, clean and cozy. Room cleaning every day, timely change of towels. Friendly staff. The air conditioning works well, the room is always fresh. A large bed with a very comfortable orthopedic mattress. They make delicious coffee)

Review : in general, everything went well, we were met, everything was fine) but the hotel was certainly not very there is no iron, hair dryer in the room, in the shower only at the top of the diffuser it is not convenient to wash your hair, and there is no dryer for things, but they cleaned well the staff do not understand quite Russian but polite) near the raspberry plaza market you can eat 🙂 the location is convenient everything is nearby) you certainly do not buy on the potong, but we went by taxi to other beaches)
