We rented a Pop Art space (if I'm not mistaken) last month and I immediately note the convenient location and interior of the room. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated (except for minor nuances).
Now for the cons:
- terrible equipment, a Chinese hissing speaker and the same terrible microphones, our company couldn't sing karaoke properly. After about 3 hours from the start of the event, the speaker practically stopped working, the administrator brought another speaker that worked better, but the microphones were not connected to it. And in the end, we were simply told that there was no other equipment and there was no way to fix these problems. The receptionist was as determined as possible to resolve this issue, but she did not have the technical resources to do so.
- also, among the disadvantages, I would like to note a common refrigerator for THREE ROOMS, which is quite small (2 shelves in the refrigerator and 2 shelves in the freezer). It was almost impossible to put the cake in the refrigerator + we had lost some of the drinks from the refrigerator and it no longer made sense to start any kind of proceedings there.
-the next disadvantage concerns the toilet, although it is located on the same floor with the rooms, but only 1 of the two cubicles worked and there was a constant queue of people who wanted to. There are usually 40-50 people in three rooms at the same time and 1 toilet for all of them, this is a clear discomfort that no one reported before renting.
- in general, all the technical content of the rooms is at a low level. As I have already mentioned, this is a cheap Chinese speaker with a bad and hissing sound, and quiet microphones that work poorly, and a very dim projector, and the inability to connect even its source to the projector (laptop, phone) properly, due to the old model of the projector itself, and the light bulbs burned out in the garlands (they really catch the eye).
To sum up: the place is nice and spacious, and it's perfect for table gatherings and dancing, but there's clearly no entertainment like karaoke or watching something on a projector.

I do not recommend this studio for events if comfort and high-quality service are important to you. We celebrated a birthday here, and we chose the place because of karaoke and the opportunity to play mafia. As a result, it was a disappointment.
1. Lack of sound insulation – the walls between the halls do not reach the ceiling, so the screams and noise of neighboring companies were perfectly audible during the mafia game. You can forget about privacy.
2. Equipment problems – a second microphone was provided for an additional fee, but it did not work all the time. They took the money, but the microphone was useless.
3. Attitude towards customers – no compensation or attempt to rectify the situation. In response to the complaints, they said that we could have given up the lease and found another place (yeah, on Friday night, right on my birthday – easy!).
No one warns in advance that the room is not isolated and the equipment may not work. If you don't want to spoil the holiday, choose another place.

Thank you very much to the organizers for the opportunity to have a good time in good company. This is not the first time we have used their premises, and everything is fine. Before that, we really visited Yakub Kolas, and yesterday we tried out a new location for us on Pushkin. Everything is fine, I just had to look for a way to them a little bit, it's a long way from the subway and I'll have to get through the territory, but in general, after the first time, when you already know where to go, it's normal)) Next time, back to you ❤
