It's a great idea, but it's not an interesting implementation at all. I took pasta with mushrooms, it turned out to be absolutely tasteless. Of course, it's great that pasta is made right in front of you, but the result was that you had to wait an hour for a plate of pasta, and this despite the fact that there were few people in the establishment.

A wonderful atmosphere, a cool idea, a beautiful presentation. But the pasta is absolutely bland, without a single seasoning, there is not even the pepper peculiar to bechamel.
