If you have nothing to do and you want to sit quietly. You can come here and wait in line all day. The employee left alone on "important business" for a couple of hours. You will never get through to these numbers, it is unclear why they are needed. In general, the service is terrible. One star only for the roof during the rain

We did everything well and on time, in order to do everything faster (for a new passport at the place) to have a passport, 4 passport photos, birth and marriage certificates, documents for children (if any) + a check if you did not pay through banking.
You can fill out the application yourself or for a fee at the passport offices, you can call them and find out so as not to stand in a kilometer-long queue in the 5th office, so that you can later find out that something is missing. I recommend coming at 8 a.m. on Saturday. 1-3 places in the queue are guaranteed. The staff is pleasant, I did not have any conflict situations with them. The passport was ready in 31 calendar days.

On 8.12.2022, they gave me a passport to make.today 10.01.2023 is not ready yet.The reason???and they demanded a birth certificate to alter the passport.They did it for my mother.I don't understand why??? They never demanded it.they came up with a different surname and patronymic for my grandmother, who died 20 years ago.What's happening???What are you smoking there???Stop bullying people!

It is impossible to reach the phone numbers listed on the website. When dialing the first two numbers, the answer is "unavailable or out of range of the network." When calling other numbers, no one picks up the phone. I would like the management of this institution to pay attention to this issue.
