We stayed for 1 night in a very nice hotel a full price performance place a full accommodation with relevant staff close to the center

It looks great from the outside, but it is a very far from clean hotel. The hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. You may have to have breakfast on the leftover food debris tonight.
