The veranda plays a role in summer. There are no signs - we barely found this place. Of course, it's very inconvenient to take the elevator and wander. The guy's service was very pleasant. But the hookah was disgusting - there was no taste at all, it burned almost immediately. The hookah man barely spoke Russian, he didn't fix anything. He didn't even blow it out, and he doesn't EVEN have a mouthpiece. 😄 Interior from the 90s - inside I remembered my childhood. I had a chance to celebrate my birthday in this place. Initially, I called and asked if there were any discounts on the passport that day, the girl on the phone replied that there was a 10% discount on the ENTIRE receipt. At the end of the evening, I told the waiter about the discount, he said "we'll do it," after which I paid the check without looking. A few days later, I looked at the receipt and found that with 132p, a 10% discount is 2.20rubles))after that, of course, I called the institution to clarify the discount for the entire receipt or for certain items. It turned out that the discount does not apply to alcohol, the quote "and I do not know why I did not get through to the cheese plate" and in general your receipt is closed, so we apologize for the inconvenience 😀😀 customer orientation 👍🏽 I understand that for a place where a cheese plate with several pieces of cheese, a cracker and jam for 25p, 10% is a mere penny, but I have not even met such an attitude in a roadside cafe) check checks in this institution before payment, and not like me

a pleasant place, generally experienced staff, unfortunately the hookah maker worked the first day, so the fact that he was called a "hookah master" does not correspond to reality. It was as if the hookah had not been changed, but the same one was brought. besides the hookah, there is nothing else to find fault with, the taste of the dishes depends on the luck of your choice and fastidiousness. I wasn't very lucky with the salad. cocktails are good, I recommend daiquiris
