Yesterday, on August 28, at about 21.45, when leaving Charlie's restaurant on Kommunisticheskaya Street, they ordered a Business taxi to Pobediteley Avenue, 13.. After 6-7 minutes, a white BMW 2223 region 2 arrived. The driver didn't even think to get out and open the door. They sat down themselves and asked why the door did not open and ran into rudeness and rudeness (and we celebrated our wife's birthday in the restaurant and the mood was appropriate (I immediately clarify - we were not drunk!). He said that he would do what he wanted, we did not order him and that he would not go anywhere further and get out of their car. Of course, we got out... some kind of business taxi is worse than in a collective farm on a cart. Immediately, the driver deleted the order and there was nothing we could do, call or write to the service. It's like there was no order. Very negative feelings from boors who should not work with clients at all and, moreover, at the level of business services! You will have to ride in a Yandex taxi with video recorders, write this rudeness and post it online. There is just a problem with this in Minsk! In Moscow and St. Petersburg, by the way, drivers are very polite and correct.
