It's a great place. We took a room with a balcony. They didn't regret a bit. Of course, the view from the balcony is nothing, but the very presence of such a large balcony is very pleasing. It's nice to have breakfast and dinner there. Four for the lack of cooking utensils. There is a stove, but there are no pans or pots.

There is no central heating system in the rooms, and air conditioning heating is clearly insufficient in winter, which is why, having fallen ill, he had to leave ahead of schedule. The request to retrofit the room with at least an electric radiator was ignored, and they refused to return the remainder for unused days, which is about 50,000 drams or 12,000 rubles... The hotel itself is a reconstruction of a spontaneously constructed building, of which there are many in Yerevan, especially in the Kond district, and it is adjacent to it, as it is part of it. The receipts for the cash payment were not issued. I rented room 305, and as usual I will leave as a jilted tourist, which is especially pleasant and adds pathos to the situation in my own "historical homeland."..
